“Oh, Chase!”

“No. I couldn’t have gotten you wet.” I dove two of my fingers into her. Warm flesh surrounded those lucky digits. I sniffed at the sweet area and breathed in the haunting fragrance of jasmine.

She’s going to fucking kill me if she ever tries to leave.

I kissed that cunt. Her liquid smeared against my lips. I licked those folds and released a growl that made her turn back and look at me in fear.

You better be scared.

I smacked her ass again. It jiggled from the impact. “Who made you so wet?”

“You.”

“No,
tesoro
. Not me.” I rose and yanked my pants down even further. Although my cock was already out and pointing her way, I needed to touch all of her and feel my balls slamming against that creamy treasure and my thighs hitting hers as I pumped.

“You did it.” She writhed against me. “Damn you.”

“I did.”

“Yes,” she moaned. “You. Now give it to me.”

“No. Too easy. What’s my name?”

She sucked her teeth. “You know it.”

“You’re so stubborn.” With the tip of my cock, I spread her lips apart, barely holding on to my sanity. The head burned with desire while I massaged her opening, pulling back every time she moaned. “No, you don’t get this until I say so.”

“Fuck you, Chase. Give it to me.”

“Don’t you want to know what
tesoro
means?” I pierced her with only two inches, just enough to rub the tip against her g-spot. When it came to her pussy, she’d been the easiest woman to figure out. I’d fingered her, in a night club long ago, and discovered that sensitive area around two inches from her opening. Anytime I nudged it a little, she went crazy, wagging her arms out and humping the air.

Grinning, I asked. “Did you hear my question?”

“Give it to me,” she whined. Her voice was made for porn, her body created to please all my desires.

Tesoro
means treasure, and you’re mine. If I could hide you, I would. I wouldn’t even draw a map. I’d bury us both somewhere deep within the earth so no one could find us.”

She pushed that bottom back as if trying her best to get on my cock. “I don’t care about all of that. Right now, I need this.”

“What do you need?” I clasped my fingers hard around the tip so I wouldn’t explode.

“I need your dick,” she cried out. “Now.”

I formed my lips into a wicked grin. “But I’m on probation.”

“I hate you.”

“’Whose beautiful pussy is this?” I let the head caress that spot a little more and then pulled out so quick that a tiny pop soundede. It caused me to grunt and grip my cock harder. At this rate, I had no idea who would combust first, me or her.

She dug her nails into the blanket in front of her. “Yours. This pussy is yours.”

No. You don’t get off that easy.

Gritting my teeth, I smacked that ass again. “What’s my name?”

“Chase.” That word on her lips did so many things to my body at once. With no control, I rammed right into her. She yelled out in pleasure, but still it wasn’t enough. I needed to get deep, I was desperate to be completely inside of her. She was so wet and mine, creamy and warm. I worked that pussy, stamped my annoyance on those secret lips. “Don’t ever keep this from me.”

“Oh!”

“Ever.” I grabbed her hips and pushed into that soaked tunnel with madness in each shivering stroke. “Mine! Goddamn it. You feel that?”

“Oh, Chase!”

“Mine, when I want it. Mine, when I beg!” Slapping sounds ensued, so loud I knew the whole floor heard it. The headboard banged. The mattress bounced, and dear God, Jasmine screamed and moaned like four men fucked her instead of one. Still holding those hips, I lifted her legs up, so that her knees no longer touched the bed and she was forced to steady herself with her arms.

Sweet Jesus. Can I ever get deep enough with you?

“Oh,
tesoro
!” Winding my hips and clenching my ass each time I pierced her, I lost all control. The world shifted to white light, so bright I had to close my eyes to the glow. Increasing my pace, I slammed into her.

“You’ll take it. Won’t you?” I said through clenched teeth, plunging my cock deeper into her than ever before. Madness corroded my brain.

“Yes, baby!”

“You’ll take it, my little treasure, cause you made me wait so fucking long.” I knew she would come right before it happened. She was getting too wet, so much that that tunnel gushed and drove me crazy. Her inner muscles clenched around my cock and carried us both away into ecstasy. “Oh! Damn you to hell!”

I couldn’t stop or find any rhythm. In the end, my cock was a slave to her. It moved as she guided up and down on me, so hungry, milking me for all I was worth. We came together, or more like we collided. Crashed. Exploded. And even detonated, right there on the bed. Sweat covered our bodies. Pillows fell to the floor. Blankets shifted in disarray. The haunting fragrance of sex rode the air. Her moans and breathing rose in the space. It was all I heard. It was all I needed to decipher as I flipped her around, drunk in her exotic face, and started the damage all over again with my mouth.

“I love you, my little treasure,” I murmured.

“Hmm. . .me. . .yes. . .” she whispered between battered breaths.

“Now for lesson two.” I thrust into her hard.

“T-two?”

“Yes.” I bit my lip. After coming, my length quivered inside of her. The head was really sensitive, but my cock remained hard. “Now it’s time to teach you about that evil word no.”

Chapter 17

JASMINE

Troy spied me as I entered his bedroom. “Why are you walking like that, Jazz?”

“Like what?” I took my time sitting down. My behind was already injured and couldn’t take any more pressure.

Troy slid over, probably to give me more room. On his laptop Dawn and a strange woman talked. He paused the video playing on the computer in front of him. “Jazz, you’re walking like a fox crawled inside of you and ripped your insides apart and you’re just healing from the damage.”

“That’s ridiculous. I’m walking normal.” I did my best to not sit on my bottom. Instead, I sort of balanced on one thigh and leaned against the wall.

“You should stop having rough sex.”

“Eww. I’m not having a discussion with you of all people on sex.”

“Not that what I heard was even sex.”

“No one told you to listen.”

He bunched his face up into a horrific expression. “Trust me. I was doing my best not to listen as that white boy beat it up.”

“You’re disgusting.”

“No, you’re the one and you’re mad that I’m right.”

“Yeah. Yeah. Chase is on probation. We didn’t have sex.”

“Well, then he’s cheating because he sure had someone upstairs screaming out biblical names for the past two hours.”

Saying nothing, I formed my lips into an angry line.

“Oh, Chase! Help me, Jesus!” Troy screamed in a light voice. “Let the heavens open up! God take me now!”

“No one said all of that.”

“Might as well. You sure screamed out ‘Oh, God,’ enough.”

“I hate you.”

“Naw. You just hate the truth.”

“Topic change, please.” I gestured to the computer. “What have you got so far?”

He glanced over his shoulder. “None of your business.”

“Which means you have nothing.”

An exasperated breath left his lips. “These rich chicks just whine, complain, drink, follow Chase around, and then do it all over again the next day. It’s just videos and videos of this stuff. I’m surprised one of them didn’t start killing sooner. I already want to murder all three of them. Listen to this.” He pressed a button. On the laptop screen, the volume rose.

Dawn’s face appeared as she pointed at an exotic brunette draped in designer clothes and huge diamonds. “I found cocaine in your dresser drawer. Explain yourself.”

The brunette opened her mouth in shock. “What are you doing searching my bedroom? How do you even have a key? I’m telling Chase.”

“You say something and your funds just might be lower next month.”

“You can’t do that.”

“Poor, Evelyn. If you were sober long enough, you would understand that not only can I slash away at your monthly allowance, but Chase will authorize it.”

The woman whom I now knew as Evelyn backed up. “D-dawn, that coke wasn’t even mine.”

“No? Whose was it?”

“A friend’s.”

“Then no more friends coming to visit. I don’t like that type of people on my property.”

Whoa. You’re really feeling yourself there. Can we say power fucking trip?

“Um. . .I can’t have friends come over, ever?” Evelyn tucked her hair behind her ears. The diamond bracelet on her wrist clinked against itself. “But I get lonely.”

“Let’s just say no visitors for a month. I’ll let you know how I feel about it after thirty days.” Dawn checked her watch. “I have a meeting. We can talk more about this later. As far as I’m concerned, you don’t get your scheduled night with Chase this week.”

Evelyn brought her hands to her face and covered her mouth.

“I’ll explain it to him.”

“Y-you won’t tell him about the cocaine, right? After all, it wasn’t even mine.”

“No.” Dawn patted her on the shoulder. “I would like us to handle things like this between each other. Chase should never be involved unless the matters are out of hand. You keep quiet and I will.”

Evelyn nodded and watched Dawn leave. As soon as the door slammed, Evelyn picked up the phone, dialed a number, and spoke into the end. “That bitch took my night away again. I know. I know. I shouldn’t get mad, but this is insane. I’m so tired of her messing with me.”

Evelyn ceased with talking for a minute and listened. “Well, she found the coke. No. I didn’t tell her it was yours. She thinks it’s someone that came to see me. What should we do?”

I raised my eyebrows. “Is she talking to Chase? I don’t think he does cocaine.”

He better not have.

“I doubt that it’s him.” Troy paused the footage. “The first one who died was talking to someone too. When Dawn and Chase came around, she jumped off the phone real quick.”

“You mean Vicky? She was the first one who died.”

He covered up a yawn with his big hand. “I don’t know their names.”

“Vicky is the one who committed suicide.”

“Oh, yeah the chick that chugged the pills.”

“You saw her do it?”

“Yeah. The one named Lucy brought her some green smoothie and bored me half to death as she talked about all the health benefits. Chase was in the bathroom, brushing his teeth and fluffing up his feathers.”

“Leave him alone.”

“He’s a fucking pansy.”

“You just wish you had his finesse.”

“Thugs don’t have finesse.”

“Boy, please. What happened to the smoothie?”

“Lucy left it on her stand. That Vicky chick, took out her pills, swallowed three, I think with the smoothie.”

“Did she drink anything else?”

“No, but she had come back with the alcoholic hours earlier, so maybe she had a drink with her.”

“The alcoholic?”

“Wendy.”

Yeah. “Alcoholic” works.

I rested my head against the wall. “The coroner said Vicky died due to an overdose of Ambien and alcohol. Lucy must’ve done it.”

“Maybe or maybe not. I figured that and texted pansy boy. Chase said the smoothie glass was never tested because at the time—”

“They didn’t think it was a murder.”

“Yeah.” He pressed play.

“I’m so fucking tired of Dawn.” Still on the phone, Evelyn stomped to the corner table near a pale yellow couch. Although she and I both lived in the same apartment, her decorating made it appear like two very different spaces. Yellow shined everywhere—sunny carpet, lemon painted walls, photos of juicy bananas hung everywhere, and bundles of sunflowers filled every vase on almost every surface. It was like a giant had sprayed urine all over the spot.

“Want to guess at what’s Evelyn’s favorite color is?” I smirked.

“Yeah. That’s a real hard one. And who the fuck puts up pictures of bananas, man? No wonder your boy is whipped with you. He’s only messed with crazy females.”

Bending in front of the small table, Evelyn popped open a door, pulled out a small box, opened it, and grabbed a tiny plastic bag with white powder in it. “I swear. I’m going to tell Chase this time. She’s an evil little witch.”

“There we go,” I said. “She’s definitely not talking to Chase.”

“Dawn is pretty evil,” Troy admitted. “Every time she comes on the screen, I cringe. She gives me the creeps.”

“You’re a scaredy cat.”

“I just don’t like to fuck with crazy-ass women. Something about an insane person with a vagina makes my testicles shrivel up and rot away.”

“I’m more shocked that you have balls in the first place.”

“You’re one to talk, screaming with that white boy like you caught the Holy Ghost in the middle of a baptism.” Troy closed out the video and pulled up a new one. “This is the last one who died, Yancy.”

“Ah,” I nodded. “She’s the easiest ex-girlfriend to remember. I think she had a gambling problem. Lucy claimed she spent her free days in Las Vegas, getting herself in debt to top casinos.”

“That must be why she’s always begging Dawn for money. Every video with Yancy she’s got her hand out. I just checked out a date night between Yancy and Chase. He came to her apartment for dinner. The chick didn’t even cook it herself. She got delivery, put the food on plates, hid the cartons, dirtied up a few pots, and served him the meal like an exhausted stay-at-home wife. When he got up to go to the bathroom, she dove for his jacket, yanked out his wallet, and took a whole load of cash out.”

“Did Chase notice?”

“Naw. She made sure he was busy when he returned.”

“Busy?”

“You sure you want to know how?”

My stomach bundled into knots. “No. Spare me the details.”

Sure, it was all before me. Years even, but that didn’t stop the jealousy from rising within my core.
Chase and his women.
It was funny how this trip to Italy had taken over my mind and placed me in this odd reality where Chase was all mine. After we discovered who was trying to kill me, we would need to sit down and talk about what he truly expected in a relationship. He’d named me treasure, in English and Italian, but did he truly understand the meaning? I wasn’t going to be
one of
his treasures. I had to be the
only one
. Selfish or not, sharing wasn’t my style, and he’d have to figure out a way to deal with it.
