And then her hips tilted up, pressing his already aching cock more fully against her.

He pulled away with a groan but couldn’t keep his mouth away from her. His lips pressed kisses along her jaw until he reached her neck, her skin soft as silk. Then he bit her. Not hard enough to hurt. Just enough to make her moan.

And writhe beneath him.

His breathing came more heavily now, his lips more demanding. She wasn’t fighting him but she was trying to take a little more control. And it made him want her total submission even more.

He had both hands on her hips at the moment, holding her in place. Now he moved one higher, skimming up her side to her breast. Her breath caught on an audible gasp as he cupped the soft flesh. She barely filled his palm but he didn’t think anyone else would fit his hand more perfectly.

He wanted to tug her dress apart and put his mouth on the swell of flesh he could barely see above the neckline of her dress. Her pale skin gleamed in the low light, drawing his attention down. But he couldn’t see enough so he sat back on his haunches.

She didn’t cling, didn’t try to keep him from moving, and her expression stilled. She looked worried, hurt. Like…

Like she was sure he was about to leave her.

Damn it.

He hated putting that look on her face, hated that she thought he was enough of a prick that he might leave her again.

With his gaze locked on hers, he reached for her dress, silently thankful that she didn’t pull away. Sliding his fingers beneath the fabric covering her shoulders, he began to push at it.

The stretchy material moved out of his way without a fight, exposing her delicate collarbones. Now he let his gaze drop so he could see what else he could uncover.

Lying still beneath him, she swallowed hard enough that he heard her.

“I want to take this dress off. Are you going to let me?”

Her tongue came out to wet her bottom lip. “What do I get in return?”

His lips curved in a slight smile. “What do you want?”

“I want you take off your shirt. I don’t want to be the only one naked.”

His gaze locked with hers for a brief, heated moment before his gaze fell back to watching her breasts rising and falling and his fingers continued their excruciatingly slow drag on her dress.

“So you admit that you want to be naked?”

“Are you admitting that you want me?”

He didn’t answer right away, at least not until he’d drawn her dress down far enough that he’d exposed her bra.

Black lace.

Had she worn that for Ben?

Shit.

“Ian.”

His gaze shot back up to hers. He heard the question in her voice, knew she’d sensed his hesitation.

“Did you wear this expecting it to be seen?”

He drew her dress down even farther, maintaining eye contact for as long as he could before he had to look.

She had such pale skin.

“I wore it because I like it.”

“Does it make you feel sexy when you wear it?”

She took a deep breath, causing her breasts to push against the lace cups. “Yes.”

“Do your underwear match?”

Another pause. “Yes.”

“Did you wear this for Ben?”

Her expression froze and finally she shook her head. “I wore it for me.”

“Do you want me to call him back?”

Was that interest in her eyes? Or was he misreading her?

“That doesn’t shock you, does it? The possibilities?”

Her eyes narrowed. “You work for Adam and Tristan. Does their relationship shock you?”

Instead of answering, he drew her dress down until her arms were trapped at her sides and her bra was totally exposed. She didn’t struggle, showed no fear, but her eyes widened and she watched him with a wariness that made his jaw clench.

“No, it doesn’t shock me. But right now, they’re not who I want to focus on.”

Without warning, he bent to put his mouth over one breast. As his lips closed over the pebbled tip, she arched her back, urging him to take more.

He wanted more. So much more. But he wasn’t rushing. No fucking way. He’d take his damn time and enjoy every last second.

Rubbing his tongue over the lace, he made her bra wet then blew a soft stream of air against her. Her barely audible moan made his muscles tense, while his cock throbbed against the zipper of his jeans. That ache made him desperate to relieve the tension, but he forced that need back and let the other, more pressing one rise.

He wanted her to scream his name, to need him more than he needed her. To want him until she cried out for him.

Licking at her breasts, he cupped the mounds in his hands and kneaded them until she could barely catch her breath. He couldn’t get enough of her, and when she started to wriggle her arms out of her dress, he held her even tighter.

When she finally had her hands free, he feared she’d push him away. Until she put her hands on his shoulders and drew him even closer.

She wanted him and wasn’t afraid to show him unleashed the darker passion he’d been caging inside. His desire for this woman brought out a part of him that he kept locked away, something he tried not to show the outside world. It’d served him well when he’d been in the service and those months after, before he and Ben had partnered with Adam and Tristan.

Partners.

That word stuck in his brain, wouldn’t leave him alone as he gorged himself on this woman. The woman who’d gone to dinner with his cousin.

Lifting his head, he looked down at Dorrie, took in the flushed cheeks and the parted lips, the half-closed eyes that watched him so closely.

“Ian?”

He heard the question in her voice, saw the way her lips pressed together after she took a deep breath.

She expected him to pull away. Even now, after he’d spent the past half hour showing her how much he wanted her. She still expected him to leave her high and dry.

“I’m not leaving. Not unless you want me to.”

She paused for a moment, and he had a few, breathless seconds to wonder if she was going to tell him to leave. After what seemed like an eternity, she shook her head and put her hands over his, still cupping her breasts.

“I will hurt you if you try to leave now.”

She said it so matter-of-factly, he smiled. He didn’t consider Dorrie weak, not at all. But he’d never seen this side of her, the side that poked and jabbed.

He liked it.

“Tough words.” He squeezed her breasts just enough to tease a slight moan out of her.

“Ian.”

“Do you want Ben to join us?”

Her eyes widened and her body stilled beneath his hands. “Do
you
want him here?”

“That wasn’t the question.”

“I’d still like an answer.”

Slowly, he squeezed her breast, careful not to hurt her, and dropped his gaze to watch. “Why should I be the only one to enjoy you? Especially since he’s the one who deserves you?”

“I don’t know—”

“He’s the one who stayed with you last night, who made sure you were okay.”

“Who put me in your bed.”

His gaze shot back up to hers, the dry tone of her voice a warning.

“Nothing happened.”

She nodded. “Did you stay all night?”

He considered his answer for several long seconds, his hands still wrapped around her breasts, his thumbs brushing over her nipples. Her breathing started to quicken and his gaze dropped again to her breasts. So fucking pretty and she wasn’t even naked.

“Most of it, yeah.”

Her face crumpled with confusion. “Why?”

“Do you really want to hear that answer now? Or do you want me to call Ben back in here and show you?”

She blinked. “Both of you?”

“If that’s what you want. Do you think you could handle both of us?”

Maybe the question he should’ve asked was, could he handle it if she looked at Ben the same way she looked at him?

Surprisingly, he knew the answer to that would be yes. Another man? The answer would’ve been vastly different.

She sucked in another breath, her chest rising and falling and threatening to push her breasts out of those lace cups. “If I say yes now…”

“Can you say no later? Absolutely. You want me to leave, I’ll walk the second you say the word.”

“And I’ll do the same.”

Ian wasn’t surprised to hear Ben’s voice coming from behind him. If it’d been him waiting in the wings, he damn well would’ve been watching, too.

Dorrie didn’t seem all that surprised either. She shifted beneath him, as if she wanted to get up, but Ian refused to move. The look she gave him when she realized he wasn’t going to let her up was equal parts exasperation and frustration.

But now that he had her under him, he wasn’t giving up the ground he’d gained.

Ben could wait his turn.

“Do we have a deal?” Ian asked.

She hesitated for ten very long seconds but her voice, when she finally spoke, was clear. “Yes.”

Out of the corner of his eye, Ian saw Ben move closer then slide into the chair across from the couch.

Dorrie turned to watch him, eyes even wider than before.

“Don’t mind me for now.” Ben settled back into the chair, his eyes hooded but clearly focused on Dorrie.

Ian and Ben had grown up in the same house together and had shared a room from the time Ian was ten and Ben was seven. They’d talked back then, about everything. Ben had been chasing women since he was twelve. And catching them since he was thirteen. He’d developed a reputation among their friends for being shameless in his pursuit of pleasure. And for having tastes that were outside the norm.

One of those was watching.

Ian had never been in the situation where someone watched him have sex. But Ben wasn’t watching him. He was watching Dorrie.

That he understood. He’d do the same if he was watching Ben and Dorrie. But he had to make sure she was still with them.

He made sure she was looking directly at him when he spoke. “Are you with us?”

She sucked in a short, sharp breath. “Yes.”

He leaned down until his lips were only centimeters from hers. “Then maybe you want to hold on.”

He sealed their lips together again before she was able to respond with words. Not that she needed them. Her actions spoke for themselves.

With her arms free of the dress, she wrapped them around his shoulders and clung as he kissed her, pressing her head into the cushion with the force. His grip on his restraint was slipping. He knew he should worry about that, knew it was dangerous. Not to Dorrie. He’d never allow himself to hurt her physically.

No, you’ll just hurt her emotionally.

He’d already done that. Now he’d make it up to her, make her come so hard she’d forget.

As she kissed him back with a sweetness that seemed almost innocent, he wiped his brain of anything that didn’t have to do with making love to Dorrie.

Cradled between her legs, he felt her heat seep through his clothes, felt her body soften against his while her arms, strong and supple, tightened around his shoulders.

With her dress already down around her waist, he wanted to feel her skin against his. As if she’d read his mind, her fingers scrabbled at his back, gripping his t-shirt and tugging it up. Lifting his head, he let her pull it off. But when he went to kiss her again, she put one hand on his chest.

Her gaze dropped to his chest, and the tension that’d been building in his gut tripled.

He couldn’t remember ever being looked at like this by a woman. Like he must look when he stared at her. Then her hand moved, stroking down. Until her fingers brushed against the darker hair on his abdomen.

His abs tightened as he thought about that hand traveling even lower. Slipping beneath his jeans to wrap around his cock.

Before she could read his mind again, Ian grabbed her hand and pinned it by her head on the cushion.

“Ben doesn’t want to watch you get me off. He wants to watch you fall apart. We’re going to give him his money’s worth. And then I’m going to take you. And then I’m going to give you to Ben.”

She shuddered, whether at his words or the fact that he’d put his hand on her breast again, he didn’t know. What he did know was that he wasn’t taking his hands off her any time soon.

Not unless she asked.

“I need to hear you say it again, Dorrie. Say yes. Or say no and I’ll leave and Ben can take you home or you can continue your nice, safe date.”

Her eyes snapped open and latched on to his. He suppressed the smile that wanted to form at her slight scowl.

“You don’t know me well enough to know what I’m afraid of.” Her eyebrows lifted and he had to bite back a groan at the determination in her expression. “Yes.”

He’d given her every out he could think of and he was so fucking glad she hadn’t taken one.

So he took her at her word.

Dorrie had wondered if Ian was trying to find a way out, to push at her until she walked away.

But there was no way in hell she was walking away. She understood that this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. A moment stolen out of time. And she was grabbing hold with both hands.

And apparently, she’d need both hands tonight because, oh my god, both Ben and Ian looked at her with the same heat in their eyes.

At her.
Awkward, quiet, boring Dorothea Haverstick.

Her boring life would continue tomorrow.

Now, Ian lowered his head and kissed her again. And damn, did the man know how to kiss.

Hard and hot, his mouth moved over hers with rough demand. He didn’t treat her like glass and he had experience. Maybe a lot of it. Or maybe he was just that good.

He kissed her and she swore her IQ dropped by multiple points. Or maybe he fried her brain cells and she’d never recover from the loss.

At this moment, she didn’t care, so long as he continued to kiss her.

But it wasn’t only his mouth that demanded. His hands began to move. He’d already made her panties wet and he’d only touched her breasts. She shook with the thought of what would happen when he actually put his hand on her mound and stroked her clit.

Which she totally couldn’t wait for him to do.

But at the moment, he seemed content to stroke her breasts and kiss the hell out of her.
