Becca, you are my foundation, motivation, and inspiration. I love you more with each new day and would be honored if you agreed to spend the rest of our lives together.  Will you marry me?” 

“Yes.” 

The final word had barely left his lips before she had answered. She sniffled and smiled down at him. “I love you, Nick, and nothing would make me happier than to be your wife.” 

Relief washed over him as he slipped the ring on her finger and rose up to
place his hands on her damp cheeks. Bending down, he kissed her gently before leaning back. 

“I’m glad you said yes because our vacation is
actually going to be our honeymoon. Anne and Missy have been planning the ceremony for a couple of weeks now. How does a small wedding, surrounded by our friends, here in the gazebo sound to you?” 

Bec
ca shook her head and laughed. “You are just full of surprises. It sounds perfect. You’re perfect. I do have one question, though.” 

Nick wrapped himself ar
ound her and pulled her close. “What’s that, Angel?”

She ran her hands down his back and pulled him into to her
to wiggle against him. “How secluded are we here?” 

Nick groaned and started to guide
her back to one of the benches.

“Secluded enough.”
