When his fingers made the lightest of contact
with the skin of her cheek she let her breath out and closed her
eyes. His touch grew firmer as he stroked her cheek, ran his finger
across her eyebrows and traced her lips. His hand slipped lower and
closed over her throat. She knew he could feel her pulse
trip-hammering against her skin.

“Look at me, Katie. Please.”

Katie drew in her breath, turned her head and
stared into his eyes. Jay’s gaze held her captive as he gently
squeezed her throat for the barest instant. His hand slid along her
neck, then up to cup the back of her head before he pulled her
close and lowered his lips to hers.

Praise for
CRIMSON AND CLOVER:

“The author showed no fear in creating her
characters, and I loved that. Juli owned in this area! I am a lover
of the original, and this was most certainly original. The world of
literature would be a lot more interesting if authors took risks
like Juli did.” -All Aboard Book Reviews

“What a GREAT story! Juli not only takes you
on a wild ride of Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll, but shares the
truth behind the curtains. She builds a world that was so clear
that I swear I smelled the stench of weed pass by my nose a time or
two.” - Lisa Filipe, A Tasty Read Book Reviews

“… a nostalgic breath of fresh air, full of
characters that are fully fleshed and step out from between the
covers and into your imagination … discover the secret world of
rock guitar gods and the women who love them.” – Debi Matlack,
author of
Old Dogs

“ … the far-out, groovy journey of a
free-spirited heroine and her hard-rocking lover … an amazing
supporting cast of characters, witty dialogue, and gritty backstage
realism … an up-well-past-midnight delight that will leave you
craving More, More, More!” – Traci Douglass, author of
Seal of
Destiny
and
Seal of Surrender

“Juli Page Morgan did a phenomenal job
bringing the 60’s back to life with vibrant characters filled with
flower child passion.” - Lavender & Chamomile Press

“ … an engaging novel with a wonderful cast

period and perils of fame.” - Book Reviews and More by Kathy

drawn into this story. Juli Page Morgan has done a wonderful job
taking us back to a time of free love and rock n’ roll. … so well
written it was like stepping back in time. I loved it, it totally
rocked.” - Jill at Busy Moms Book Reviews

About The Author
:

After an exciting career in radio
broadcasting, Juli Page Morgan was left with a passion for rock 'n
roll, and memories of the outrageous antics and stories told to her
by musicians and bands she'd interviewed over the years. Inspired
by these tales, Juli started writing Romances that Rock!™

Juli lives in Arkansas with her husband. When
she's not writing, she's remodeling their old house, recording
voiceovers for TV commercials, and trying to convince her husband
the world won't come to an end if the television is turned off. She
listens to a lot of music at maximum volume and has never met a
speed limit she didn't exceed. Juli's an unapologetic lover of rock
'n roll, Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, and French onion dip,
not necessarily in that order. She's the author of Romances that
Rock™, including
Crimson and Clover
, and
Athena's
Daughter
.
