“Let it go,” Toby said. “She’s just trying to release some tension.”

“Trying to push me past my breaking point more like it!” Nuke stooped back over the table and hit one of the numbered balls so hard it bounced onto the floor. “Dammit!”

Toby held in his snicker. “Nuke, you’re in an outlaw motorcycle club, you’re in an interracial relationship, she was a civilian, she’s hot and you’re you!” he laughed. “The two of you have beat all of the odds. She stuck by your dumb ass. She went without for you. She held it down and you know damn well that she kept her legs closed while you were locked up. Stop being an ass over a fucking ring and go make up with your wife!”

“How do I know she was faithful? I was locked up!”

Toby shook his head. “Because a woman who scrapes together that kind of money and gives it all to the club isn’t going out fucking someone else.”

Nuke glared at him and shook his head. “Some dude probably gave her the money!”

“Idiot,” Toby replied as he sunk another shot. He picked up his beer from the edge of the pool table and took a drink. “How many times do you think I’ve been married?”

“Once,” Nuke replied.

“Three times.”

Nuke frowned. “No shit! Where the fuck was I when all of this was going on?”

“One was before I even knew you; it was annulled. Another was when you were a hang around. You were so fucked up on drugs back then it’s a wonder you remember anything! The last one you knew, Shasta.”

Nuke laughed, “Yeah, worst name ever. So what’s your point? I need to buy stock in wedding rings?”

Toby laughed as two of the new Snake Swallowers walked over with fresh beers. One girl in particular, a short brunette, brushed her perky tits against Nuke’s arm as she gave him the beer.

“Thanks,” he said, then he looked over toward Jasmine, but she hadn’t noticed.

“I need something in my mouth. Can it be you?” the brunette said with a smile. She then walked over to one of the chairs and sat down. She made sure that her skirt slid up her creamy white thighs, revealing that she had no panties on.

“Bitch, naw!” Nuke replied as he looked over at Jasmine again and she was looking right at him, throwing daggers with her eyes.

“My point is, I married the wrong women; you didn’t. Don’t fuck up a good thing. You know our life isn’t easy. It takes a good, strong woman to deal with it, one that can keep her mouth shut, too. She isn’t like Wayne’s wife, who went to the feds. Now he’s doing twenty-five years because he married the wrong bitch.”

“I don’t tell her club business,” Nuke defended himself.

“You don’t have to. Wayne’s wife cooperated with the Feds. I heard she even let them bug the house.”

“Jasmine wouldn’t do that!” Nuke insisted as he glanced over at her. Her stare had gone from daggers to a machine gun.

“My point exactly; don’t fuck it up! You want to end up with one of them whores?” Tech pointed to a group of Snake Swallowers who had stripped down to nothing at all. Then he pointed over to the brunette sitting in the chair with her legs spread. She now had her hand down in between her legs and was rubbing herself. She smiled at Nuke as she put two fingers into her pussy.

Nuke made a face. “No, I don’t want to go back to that.”

“Listen to me. Swallow your pride, and say you’re sorry even if you feel that you are right. Bro, go make up with your wife.”

The brunette got up from the chair and walked toward Nuke. Tracing her wet fingers across his bicep, she reached for his face in an attempt to put her fingers in his mouth. Nuke pushed her away. He turned toward Jasmine, who was storming across the room toward them. “Oh shit!”

Jasmine stormed past Toby and hit the Snake Swallower upside the head with the beer bottle that was in her hand. The woman immediately fell to the floor, screaming. Jasmine kicked her in the face, then spun around toward Nuke.

Her dark hair was a tangled mess of fury, and to Nuke she looked sexy as hell. He reached for her and she moved away from him. “Go ahead and fuck that bitch. I know you want to! I’m sick of this shit. I’m done!”

“Jasmine, calm the hell down!” He reached for her again and was met with the same reaction.

“After all I fucking did for you! I gave up everything for you!” she screamed at him. She stormed off down the hallway.

“You need to fix this,” Toby said as he watched another Snake Swallower pick her bleeding friend up off the floor.

Nuke nodded. “She is beautiful, though, when she gets all fired up!”

Toby shook his head again. “She’s not fired up. She’s hurt. A woman who feels that you’ve broken her heart; that’ll lead to you being single again.”

He knew that Toby was speaking the truth, but he just couldn’t go talk to her right now. He needed to get that ring back first.

Chapter Fourteen

Discipline

“Nuke, Mitch and Toby were talking till the wee hours in the morning. Nuke left about eight,” Amy said as she sat down at the kitchen table in the clubhouse with Jasmine. “I’m sure he didn’t sleep at all last night.”

Jasmine glanced at the clock on the wall; it was after two in the afternoon. “He didn’t talk to me the rest of the night. Every time I came back down from the bedroom, he was still over there by the pool table. Those whores were circling him like fresh meat.

Amy was used to all of the women. It was something that she was trying to get Jasmine to get used to also. “You have to stop letting them get to you.”

“Amy, did he hook up with somebody after I went to bed?” Jasmine feared the answer she’d hear. “He was really mad. I knew he’d be upset about the ring, but never did I think he’d react the way he did.”

“Honey, he didn’t get with anyone.”

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah, I’m sure, and I’d tell you if he did.”

Jasmine burst into tears anyway. “It was such a stupid fight. Pipe tried to warn me that Nuke was going to overreact about the ring.”

Amy scooted her chair closer to Jasmine and gave her a hug.

“I don’t need the ring to love him. Why can’t he understand that? What the hell is wrong with him? He gets out of jail and the first thing he does is have an argument with me?”

“Well, he’s crazy,” Amy said honestly. “And he also needs to clear his head. He has what I like to call the alpha-male-who-doesn’t-have control syndrome. They don’t know how to handle it. They need to fix things and he’s crazy!” Amy repeated herself.  She gripped Jasmine’s face with both of her hands. “Jasmine, I’m serious. You know that there is something really, deeply wrong with Nuke.”

“I know. He told me.”

Amy shook her head. “I’m not just talking about what he told you.”

“Amy, I know. Why does everyone think I have blinders on when it comes to Nuke? You think I don’t know that he has major issues? He’s controlling, he’s jealous, he’s violent and he’s moody. I’m fucked up too, Amy; I like that shit about him. I like how he can go out and do that mysterious biker stuff then come home and hold me and watch a movie. It’s screwed up but I love it.

“There’s something about those moments when he looks at me with love in his eyes. I feel needed, safe, desired. I know he’d move hell or high water to do right by me. He doesn’t think I understand that.”

She paused before adding, “I wasn’t happy until I met Nuke.” Jasmine sat back and wiped her eyes with a napkin lying on the table. “We’ll probably have insane kids, too, if we ever get to that point.” Jasmine attempted to laugh but failed.

“God help us all when the two of you reproduce!” Amy chuckled out loud.

***

Everyone was avoiding her, or so Jasmine felt. Maybe it was her obsessive cleaning and crying that kept people away. Jasmine cleaned the kitchen, the bathrooms and the game room in the clubhouse.  She found and threw away twenty various items that were soiled with bodily fluids, fifty-six used condoms and countless empty beer cans and bottles of whiskey. Most of which were also covered in bodily fluids.

Her head hurt from crying and she was tired of smelly things covered in human juices. Nuke had taken her car and she really didn’t want to ask someone else to take her home.

Two of the Honeys who were pretending to be friendly stopped her in an effort to gather info on what had gone down between her and Nuke. She made small talk, not giving them any information. When she saw the opportunity, she left that uncomfortable conversation and headed into the main room just as Nuke entered through the front door. She stopped dead in her tracks as a wave of relief came over her.

He moved swiftly as he walked toward her. The happiness at seeing him turned to dread as flashbacks of their fight entered her mind and she backed up, bumping into the bar. From out of the corner of her eye, she could see the Honeys watching. Mitch and Ice had also entered the room. Everyone was expecting the worst and so was she.

Nuke reached out and took her left hand and placed her wedding ring back on her finger. It left a trail of blood that wasn’t her own. “Don’t take my ring off again!” he said calmly, then he walked past her and down the hallway.

“Jesus!” Jasmine said as she finally took a breath. She looked down at her hand, then rushed to catch up with Nuke. She followed him as he went into the bathroom and closed the door behind them. “Nuke, what did you do?” Images of the man who bought the ring flashed through her brain.

He reached into his leather Hells Vipers jacket and handed her three stacks of money that also had droplets of blood on them.  He took off his biker boots and his cut. Then he began to strip off the rest of his clothes without saying a word to her.

“Nuke, please say something to me.”

He didn’t respond.

“Jason, talk to me!” Her hands shook as she placed the money on the counter.

He was naked now as he turned on the water. “Take a shower with me,” he said as he turned to her and reached out his hand. “I promise not to get your hair wet,” he laughed out loud as he flashed his perfect smile.

She stared at his bloody knuckles. “Nuke, he was a nice guy who just wanted to buy a ring for his girlfriend. Nuke, please, please tell me he’s okay. Please, please tell me that they’re both alright!”

He let out a deep sigh as he walked toward her. She tensed as he reached down and lifted her shirt over her head. “He’s fine, Jasmine, they’re both fine. I bought it back from him. I even paid him extra for the inconvenience. The blood is from someone else and me beating the crap out of the walls yesterday. Now come on!” He knelt down and slipped off her shoes, then removed her skirt.

“Nuke!”

“Jasmine,” he said, standing up, staring her in the eyes and cupping her face, “I don’t lie to you. If I said they’re alright, then they are!” He lowered his hands, unhooked her bra and dropped it onto the floor.

“The blood, who’s is it then?”

“It’s from someone who owed me money. I went and got it.”

“Nuke!”

“Baby, take what you need and go buy stuff for the trailer. Just leave me some spending money. I need to pay Pipe back for covering my dues, too.” He removed her panties. He took her hand and led her to the shower. He stepped in, holding her hand as she unwillingly got in with him.

A single tear rolled down her cheek.

“Why are you starting to cry?” he asked as he adjusted the water.

“Because I’m in a shower with the man I love and he’s covered in blood. My wedding ring is covered in blood. Our money is covered in blood.”

“At least it’s not our blood,” he said and smiled.

“Nuke,” she said, letting out a breathless sigh of defeat.

“I’m not covered and neither is the money. It’s more like a splatter,” he chuckled.

Cindy’s warning words about the Hells Vipers came flooding back into her mind
. ‘These guys have a way of turning you into someone you won’t recognize when you look into the mirror.’

“Jason, you need to explain yourself to me! You overreacted and you know it.”

“Jasmine, the ring,” Nuke paused. “I want to give you the world. The ring for me represented my promise to you that I’m going to do right by you. It also means you’re mine. I want the world to know that you belong to me.”

“I don’t want the world, I just want you…I want you to stop being an ass!”

Nuke chuckled. “You lived with the bare essentials for me. A woman like you deserves the best. When you look at that ring on your finger, I want you to know in your heart that I got this. I’m going to honor you until the day I die. I want you to remember that you’re mine.”

“I know that already, Nuke.” Jasmine looked anywhere but at him as she tried to force back the tears that were welling up inside her. Part of her was still angry and she wanted him to know it.

“That was funny what you said,” he changed the subject. “My ‘lifetime-of-criminal-activity ass.’ That was pretty good.” Nuke smiled. “When I stopped being mad, I starting laughing.”

She half-heartedly looked at him as he flashed the smiled that she loved again. “Yeah, it was pretty funny actually. Descriptive, too!” she said with no inflection at all in her voice.

Nuke laughed as he washed his hair. “You were right in that I didn’t teach you what to do if I got locked up,” He let the water rush down his face. Then he wiped his eyes with his hands. “I apologize. I should have done that. You really did do a great job but I’ll go over what you should do for next time, and odds are, there will be a next time at some point in the future.”

“Were you going to hit me?” She watched him closely, reading his body language. She was not going to let this just slide by like it was nothing.

“I don’t like it when you doubt me and how I feel about you. Do you think I abuse you, Jasmine?” He seductively moved forward and pinned her to the shower walls, crushing his strong, hard body against hers.

She could feel his long, thick cock pressing into her flesh. “It was different and you know it!” She held her own as she stared right back into his eyes. It felt good to have him so close but this needed to be talked about now.

“No, I wasn’t going to hit you in anger. Jasmine, we need to make up. The longer this goes on, the harder it will be. Now be a good girl and get on your knees and suck my cock.”

She reached up and touched his face. “Did you hook up with anyone after I went to bed?” She knew what Amy had said but she needed to hear it from him.

“JASMINE, NO! I don’t want any of them gashes.”

“All those women were happy as can be at seeing us argue. You were really mad at me yesterday. Sometimes I feel like I’m going backward emotionally when it comes to us.”

“It’s my fault if you don’t feel more secure by now.” Nuke flicked his tongue across her full lips.

“Why don’t you feel more secure? If you felt secure, then the ring wouldn’t have upset you so.”

“Because I’m a jealous, controlling man.”

“Why? You know I love you with all of my heart.”

He hesitated before he responded. “Because I’m not worth your love.”

She rolled her eyes.

“Fine, baby, how about this, I just want you and a do-over,” he said, laughing. “Let’s just pretend that yesterday didn’t happen. That I wasn’t an idiot and I just got out today. Can we do that, please?”

“I’m still mad at you!” She broke from his grip and moved to get out of the shower. He gripped her upper arm and pulled her back.

“Get on your knees,” he repeated.

“NO!” she said as she struggled with him.

Nuke firmly put her down onto the floor. She ended up on all fours. His wet, muscular legs were planted firmly on each side of her as he stood over her. He grasped a handful of her hair, snatching her head back to look up at him. “Jasmine, I don’t want you to be afraid of me but you need to be reminded of your place! WE need to fix this, get back to who we are.”

“LET ME GO!” She reached up in an attempt to remove his hands but it wasn’t necessary.

He released her hair and walked away. He sat down on the toilet, then snapped his fingers for her to crawl to him

Her stomach clenched as she looked over at him. The love and desire she felt for him was starting to overwhelm her anger. It took several moments of them staring at each other but she did as he ordered. She crawled across the bathroom floor on all fours and kneeled in front of him like a good little pet.

“Crawl to the door and come back. Don’t stop crawling ‘til I tell you to!”

No matter how jagged the terrain that she now survived on with him, she loved Nuke. She quickly shot a glance up at him, then looked back down to the white tile floor. His muscular, dominant, tattooed figure was rippled with tension, as was his hard cock with her name on it. She obeyed again and crawled across the floor.

Back and forth on the cold, wet, tile floor she went, until her knees began to ache. The utter humiliation of being on a bathroom floor crawling started to wear her down physically and emotionally.

Twenty, that’s how many times she went back and forth before he grabbed a handful of her hair and jerked her head up hard. With the other hand he twisted one of her nipples and she let out a scream. “Was I gone so long that you forgot who you belong to?”

“No, but you forgot who I am!” she said defiantly.

He took his hand from her nipple and gripped her throat, hard enough that she coughed. “Apparently you have forgotten who I am with that smart-ass reply you just gave me.”

“No, I did not forget,” she strangled to say as her cunt began to throb. Just do it already, she thought. Just take me, make me your whore, your slut, your wife again.

He released his grip on her throat.

“Are you being a little bitch just so that I can punish you?”

“No.” Jasmine’s pussy was getting wetter the longer she looked into his eyes. “I’m mad at you!” she said as her insides were crumbling into submission.

He narrowed his eyes and pushed her head down to the floor. “Lick!” He pointed to his feet.
