Chapter 2
Interchangeable Flowers & Motifs

Let your creativity shine while making these fun flowers and motifs! Each one uses only a small amount of yarn, so they make great stash busters. Feel free to break the rules and pull out those wild and funky fibers, scrap pieces and embellishments to create these motifs. After you’ve finished one, you’ll want to make them all!

Want to use a different size button than the pattern calls for? Simply adjust the center ring of the motif by increasing or decreasing the amount of chains to form the beginning loop. This simple alteration will make it fit over the button.

Not only can you change the look of any of the projects in this book by adding these embellishments in different colors, textures or fibers, but you can create with them in many other ways, too!

P.S. Little girls love these accents! They get to pick whichever flower or motif their little hearts desire. Better yet, they get to put it on themselves!
