Rixheim sword

Distinctive type of early bronze sword from the
URNFIELD
period of central Europe, having a narrow blade and a tang for the attachment of a hilt using four or six rivets. Such swords were traded to many other parts of Europe and prompted the development of local imitations. In the British Isles they appear during the Penard Industrial Phase, around 1000 bc.
Rixheim–Monza sword

Variant on the early bronze Rixheim sword from southern areas of central Europe where a hooked tang or a rod tang was cast above the blade to provide the means of attaching and securing the hilt.

A term used to describe a structure from which building materials have been removed for reuse. A
robber trench
is the hole dug to extract usable building materials from an existing structure, usually by simply chasing the walls down to their foundation courses. The plan of many substantial Roman and medieval buildings is now represented archaeologically only by their footings and robber trenches.

Married (1) Isabella , daughter of Donald, earl of Mar (2) Elizabeth , daughter of Richard, earl of Ulster. Died aged 54, having reigned 23 years between 1306 and 1329.

King of Scotland of the House of Stewart. Born 1316, son of Marjorie , daughter of Robert I, and Walter , High Steward of Scotland. Married (1) Elizabeth , daughter of Sir Robert Mure of Rowallan (2) Euphemia , daughter of Hugh, earl of Ross. Died aged 74, having reigned nineteen years.
Robert III

King of Scotland of the House of Stewart . Born c.1337, son of Robert II and Elizabeth . Married Annabella , daughter of Sir John Drummond of Stobhall. Died aged c.69, having reigned sixteen years between 1390 and 1406.
