                                 Chapter 23

“Tell me, what secrets you hide. I know they’re in there, I can see them.” Drew holds my hand tighter than anyone ever has.

Walking back to Drew’s I’ve debated telling him my whole life story. I’ve thought about letting every demon that screams out at me, free.

“People think I’m the town whore. Some really great people gave me that title. Fourteen years old was the worst year of my life.” Looking over at Drew, his eyes are on mine. He has been listening so intently, and I wasn’t paying attention, to see that we are already in front of his house.

“I don’t see it, and I know there’s more.” His hand moves around to the back of my neck before roughly dragging my mouth to his.

The heat and the fire that erupt inside of me almost consume me. I’ve never felt like this before, this connection.

“Tell me what hides in
here
.” Drew’s hand comes to rest on my chest above my heart, but the demanding in his voice stirs something inside of me. My breathing picks up a beat with him touching me.

“There’s nothing in there anymore. They took it, they took all of it from me.” He drops his head lower before kissing the spot over my heart.

“You are more like me than I thought.” His whispers touch my skin as shudders travel over my body.

When he stands back up, he watches me with such an intensity that makes me want to scream.

“I want to keep you. I want to have you tonight.” His hand flows through my hair before tugging it slightly.

The tingle between my legs answers any questions he might have. I want him tonight; I want him more than just tonight.

“You can keep me.” My words take him by surprise. His head jerks as he looks me in the eyes again.

“Do you know what that means?” Shaking my head slowly, a devilish grin crosses his face.

Drew doesn’t say another word before he drags me toward the door.

Kicking it closed behind him, he spins around to grab me in his arms.

“I don’t know how to have feelings like a normal person, Han. I’ve done things that have voided them all. I’ve had to make myself feel nothing. I can’t give you what you need.” The sureness that radiates off him hurts me a little.

Drew seems so dark and lost, maybe as lost as I am, but he surely deserves more than what he’s giving himself.

Cupping his cheek in my hand, he presses his face into it. He’s trying to fight whatever it is he’s feeling.

“You made yourself to not feel. Now change that. Let yourself feel again, Drew.” Running my thumb across his bottom lip, he closes his eyes.

I don’t know who
I am
to give him advice. Advice I can’t even take myself.

“Show me, Han.” Drew slams his mouth against mine. So demanding and unyielding, he takes what he wants.

A kiss that’s full of want, but also sadness.

                                  Chapter 24

With the rope around my neck, and my arms tied to the headboard, I wait for what Drew has planned for me.

He left the blindfold off this time so I could watch him. The way he moves around the room, he seems so sure of himself when in reality, he is a caged animal trapped within himself, the way I am.

Drew lights a candle that he places next to the bed before smiling over at me. He has no idea just how beautiful he truly is.

“You are going to tell me why you have to keep the shirt on every time.” Climbing on the bed next to me, he leans down and kisses my neck softly. He might think he’s the boss here but not when it comes to this.

“I don’t want to.” Shaking my head slightly, he pulls back.

Drew reaches up and rips the top of my shirt open, exposing my bra to him. His eyes twinkle in the candle light while he looks at me.

“No objections on this part.” Licking my lips, I just want him to touch me. I just want to feel him.

“It’s not that part I’m worried about.” Drew reaches to the side of my head before he sits up to look down at me.

When I see the flicker of the candle reflect off something, it has my attention.

Drew sits there twirling a small knife in his fingers. The reflection shoots through the room but my eyes stay trained on the sharp edge of it.

It isn’t scary, it’s more of interest.

“Are you afraid?” The candle flickers in his eyes as I look into them.

“Nothing you can do will scare me.” His grin brightens before he sets the knife down, yanking his shirt over his head.

Discarding it to the floor, he grabs the knife again, settling his body between my legs.

“You shouldn’t trust me. I will hurt you.” As little as I know about Drew, I don’t believe him. He won’t hurt me.

The knife touches my chest before he slowly, yet gently, drags it over my breasts. The feeling of ecstasy shoots through me before he looks back into my eyes. My breathing increases, making me that much more turned on.

“You like that don’t you, Han?” As if the moans that escape me aren’t enough of an answer, I suck in a breath.

The knife travels down until I feel it slide under the front of my bra. Slicing through it, it exposes my breasts to Drew.

The groan that leaves his lips sends me higher than I ever thought I could be.

Drew dips his head lower, taking my breast into his mouth. Swirling and twirling his tongue around my nipple, I want to lose my mind.

He travels lower before I tense up and he can feel it.

“I won’t look right now, but you
will
tell me.” Leaving my shirt in place, he puts himself in between my thighs.

Cutting my panties away, he groans.

A long drawn out lick sends pleasure through my body.

“Drew, please.” His fingers replace his tongue as he chuckles against me.

“Don’t beg, Han. I will give you everything you want.” Sucking my clit into his mouth, he works his fingers in and out of me.

My body clenches around him but that doesn’t slow him down.

Drew pulls his fingers away quickly before I moan. He picks the candle up from next to the bed as he looks down at me. Helpless and at his mercy, my body reacts.

I’m so horny right now that I want to shamelessly beg him or reach for him. Being tied to the bed leaves me helpless against anything he wants to do to me, and I love it.

Drew’s right hand travels down to slide his fingers back inside of me as the left tips the candle slightly.

My eyes track the hot wax as it falls free from the candle and lands on my right breast.

“Oh.” Clenching around his fingers again, I feel like I’m floating.

“You trust me to please you, Han?” Trying to get closer to him, I rock my hips into his fingers when another drop of wax hits the other nipple.

As I feel like my body is about to explode, Drew moves quickly.

The candle is gone in a flash and Drew is back between my legs.

Slamming his rock hard dick inside of me, I scream for him.

His hands come up to wrap around my neck as my legs hike up around his sides.

“Cum all over me, Han. I want every drop of your darkness.”

                                Chapter 25

Standing in the shower at Drew’s house is strange.

Thoughts flood me, making my legs shake. I haven’t cut myself in a few days and the overwhelming thought to do it tugs at me.

I grab the razor off the counter outside the shower before snapping it off the handle.

Flipping it around in my fingers, I want to do it.

I look down and slowly drag it over my skin as I watch the blood trickle down my stomach.

Sometimes it mesmerizes me. The way the blood flows from my body.

“This is what you’ve been
hiding
?” My head pops up to see Drew standing there, watching me. I don’t know if I should be embarrassed or not.

“I can’t stop it. The dreams, the faces, the pain. It’s all too real for me. Every day, and night, they’re there.” Pulling his shorts off, Drew steps into the shower with me.

Taking the blade from my hand, he tosses it out of the shower before looking back at me.

“I get that it makes you feel something, Han. I know how that pain is. I’ve learned a few things over the years though. When you do this to yourself, you’re giving them another piece of you.” His fingers run over my stomach where all the scars are in plain view.

The world slowly crumbles around me at the realization of what he’s just said.

“They already own too much of me, Drew.” Shaking my head, I can’t let them have this part of me too. I can’t.

“Then stop letting them have it! The more you cut and harm yourself, the happier it would make them. They don’t deserve this part of you.” Dropping to his knees, he kisses my stomach.

Drew is so back and forth. One second he seems completely at ease and soft talking. The next he’s demanding and unyielding.

His fingers travel lightly over each one of my scars before kissing them.

“I’m taking this part of you. They can’t have it.” Drew stands back up before kissing my lips fiercely.

“It’s hard for me to not let them take what they want. I have to see them all the time. Day, after day.” He slowly shakes his head before gripping my hair roughly in his hands.

Tugging it so my neck is exposed, he kisses and licks his way down to my shoulder.

“Every day that you see them, you think about me. Think about my lips on your skin. The way I taste you. The way your body trembles when I touch you.” As he trails his fingers up and down my arms, I want to lose my sanity all over again.

When Drew pulls back, he grabs the shampoo before smiling at me.

“Turn around beautiful.” Doing as I’m told, Drew’s hands come to massage the shampoo into my hair. His scent fills my nose before his hands travel further.

“The thought of everything being sexual bothers you don’t it?” Peeking over my shoulder, I see the look in his eyes. How does he read me the way no one else can?

“They have ruined certain things for me.”

“Don’t let them ruin everything. You deserve more than you take.” Spinning me to face him, he holds me by the sides of my head.

“Take what you want, Han. You could have the world right in the palm of your hands.”

Thinking about that, I don’t know if I can believe that right now. Maybe, one day.
