He completed the Betty Ford Center professionals in residence training program and has worked for the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health. He holds a doctorate in psychology and a master’s in counseling, marriage, and family therapy, and maintains a full-time license to practice psychotherapy. He currently resides in Los Angeles with Rocco, a Jack Russell he adopted from one of L.A.’s animal rescue groups.
