“Oh, domina, I think I found you,” he said as
he stands up back to his feet. But what does he mean with that? “I
am sick and tired of me being the master, I want somebody else to
master me this time,” he added. Then he took me into his arms and
began smelling me again. I can hear the sound he makes with it. Oh
pervert! I want to shout for a help but it’s nonsense. Nobody is
around us. So I just jabbed him with my elbows, many times. I
resisted by moving my body continuously. But he has a firm grasp
and I can feel it.

“Hey you!” Suddenly I heard a voice around
us. It’s closer. “Hey stop!” Then the next thing I know is I can
feel my arms, they’re free from the solid grip they have been. I
turned around and I saw the pervert black person being hit by
somebody else. Oh he just can’t fight, he’s helpless. Where the
hell are your guts now huh? After some minutes of physical
confrontation, he stood up and finally ran away. “You okay?” asked
that somebody else when he approached me. “Did he hurt you?”

“I’m okay,” I answered, which is true.

“You sure? You want me to do anything or
what?”

I shook my head.

“He’s an asshole. You should be careful
especially at this time, at this kind of place, it’s too
dangerous,”

I smiled a little, “I was about to do the
same thing to him but you just did it first,” I kidded back to him.
He paused then smiled to me. I didn’t see it, I just heard the
sound of it. But he didn’t follow anything. “Thanks anyway,” I said
to him. “I have to go now, I still need to find my friend,” Then I
continued walking.

“Wait,” He followed me. “Do you want me to
drive you? Where are you heading?” he asked.

“It’s okay, I’ll be fine,” I said. “Thanks
again,” I guess he understood that. But wait, I guess he’s right, I
don’t know where the hell am I and I could go back to Elizabeth in
no time if I’ll take just one ride on his car. And I think it
wouldn’t be that big deal when in fact he was the one who offered
me first. So I stopped walking and turned back to him, “I guess
you’re right, I’m not really familiar with this place. I don’t know
exactly where to go,” I expressed. Then I gave him a look. And
there he goes. Oh God! Wait. Just one moment please. You didn’t
tell me that he’s…

“Yeah, no problem,” he just said to me.

I didn’t know I was talking to a gorgeous
man. That’s right, he is so beautiful. I mean, he’s good-looking, a
handsome person, and ridiculously hot! I didn’t look at him a while
ago because I think there’s no reason to do it. But I shouldn’t
have done that, I mean I should have looked at him at least. I
didn’t speak after that, because I don’t know what to say. I just
bowed my head down.

“Let’s go,” Then he took me to his car just
waiting around us. He even opened the door for me.

Inside his car, “I’m sorry if you needed to
do this,” I expressed to him.

“What’s your name?” he asked.

I turned to him and he’s waiting for me. Oh
his eyes, they’re freezing me. And that kind of candid look, his
face, oh it’s magnetic too. “Miranda. Miranda Alabama.” I said.
Maybe after twenty seconds of stare, he took his eyes away. Then we
finally left the place. Silence took over us on our way. But
occasionally, I coupled it with my glance to him. Well, nobody can
blame me. And I guess that’s just okay. I mean, I don’t want to
start the conversation even if I want to, you know that right? And
besides, I want to say that what he just did to me was totally
amazing. He just saved my life and now he’s supporting it again.
And one more thing, I want to ask his name too. We stopped at Swiss
Avenue. I didn’t move for a while because I’m waiting for him to
talk. Maybe he wants something to say or what. But I guess I can’t
expect it to him anytime soon so, “Thanks for the ride,” I just did
it first.

He turned to me again and I noticed that even
if I’m not looking. When I’m about to open the door, “You take
care,” he said to me. I paused and there I looked at him again.
There, his eyes are looking at mine too. They’re focused and I
don’t know why. We lasted maybe for about a minute staring at each
other. But I cut it when I finally got off. Then I stood outside
and looked over his window and waited him until he left. That’s
right, without even knowing his name.

I walked my way back to the nightclub. It’s
still loud and alive. People around are growing. It’s already two
in the morning and I have to see Elizabeth before she totally lost
her mind. Inside, people are still crazy. All I can here is the
strong music and heavy shout of the party animals. And of course,
indecent calls from pervert creatures around. For goodness sake why
don’t they just leave me alone?! And oh where is she now?

Incidentally, a different kind of noise
caught my attention. It was like a sound of somebody else is
flirting somebody else. I turned on my right and there I saw
Elizabeth sitting and chatting in the middle of a bunch of men. So
I rushed my way to get there, “Elle, Elle,” I called for her name.
But she can’t hear me because she’s too focused. “Elizabeth,” I
repeated. But nothing happened so I moved closer to them. This time
I reached for her with my hands, “Elizabeth, we need to leave,” And
there I finally got her.

“Hey Miranda. What are you doing here?” she
said to me. Oh yeah, she is totally wasted.

“Come on, we need to go home now,” I insisted
again.

“Wait, what? Come over here, please take your
seat,” She asked me to join her which I did. I sat beside her and
still in the middle of those men. “Hey, everybody, listen to me. I
want you all meet my lovely friend here. Her name is Miranda...”
And yes, she began introducing me to them. “She is smart, and
beautiful, as you can see now, and she doesn’t have a
boyfriend,”

“Hey Miranda,” They all greeted me.

I turned to her and gave her my surprised
expression, “That’s enough,” I said. “You’re drank, stop it there
now,” I tried controlling her.

“Who’s drank? You are drank, so you’re the
one to stop there,”

She’s really tough and she doesn’t want to be
stopped. But she forgot she has me who is the toughest. “Elle, I
said it’s enough!” Then I grabbed her hand and carried her away
from them. I heard some protest from the men she has talked with
but I didn’t care at all. Even her is complaining with me. I
hurried her away from the place. When we finally reached outside I
told her to fix herself because we will go home now. I even said to
her to stand on her feet because nobody will carry her there. I
don’t know if she was cooperative enough or she was just scared of
me because she did all of that I instructed her to do. For that, I
salute her for being such a good girl.

We reached home at maybe four in the morning.
She went straight to the bed because she was so wasted. She
couldn’t take it any longer. I was still in control of myself so I
was able to help her. I even changed her clothes. On my part, I was
so sleepy too so after changing my clothes I jumped on the bed too
beside her and sleep.

The ring of Elizabeth’s phone and as she answers it
woke me up. And the first thing that I felt is the pain in my head.
Oh, hangover. And yes, Tom is in the other line. I sat on our bed
and checked the time on the table beside and it is already one in
the afternoon. We need to be at The Big Dogs at four so I asked her
to get up. I stood up and went to the kitchen to prepare something
to eat. But while the thing makes me busy, I heard Elizabeth’s yell
so I went to back to her in a sudden, “What?” I asked.

“What happened?” she asked back as she
squeezes the blanket on her body.

“What’s wrong?”

Then she had a peek on it inside the blanket,
“Who touched me?” she followed.

I laughed a little, “What are you talking
about?” I replied.

Then she took the blanket away from her, “Who
did this to me?” she said showing me her only panty and bra on. “I
didn’t do it last night,”

I think I know what she meant there, that’s
right, she’s thinking that somebody else took advantage of her when
she was drank. Whoa, she remembers a thing huh. So I gave her
another round of laugh again, “You’d better hurry up there, we
still need to work,” I just said to her.

“What?”

I didn’t answer and just gave her a nod. Then
I left her and went back to the kitchen. Truth is, I am still
thinking about that man I bumped into last night. I know it’s weird
to do it to someone I don’t even know but I just can’t get him out
of my head now. And I wonder why I didn’t even get his name.

“Hey,”

“Hey,”

“So what happened to you last night?” asked
Elizabeth as her sluggishness stretches across the kitchen. “Where
did you go?”

“I stuck around,” I answered not telling the
truth.

She sighed, “Not this time Miranda, come on
tell me now,” she followed.

I knew she won’t believe me no matter what I
say. We’ve been together since we started college and we’re best
friends now so she already knew me. I know too that she knows that
there are still so many things that I hide from her, thing she
respects because she said she loves me and that’s what friends are
for. I smiled with a little sound, “All right, I met a guy
outside,” I just said to her.

“So what about that guy?” she asked next.

“Nothing really. He just drove me back to the
club,” I followed.

She turned her eyes to me, “Drove you back to
the club? Why, where were before that?” she asked out of her
curiosity.

Oh, there she goes again. There’s her
inquisitiveness again. I looked at her and gave my genuine look too
so that she’ll believe me with my answer, “I was actually looking
for you and I got lost. Where were you last night?” I asked with my
tone of voice as if I’m really worried. I hope she won’t notice
that.

She leaned her head back to the table and
said, “I didn’t leave at all,”

“I lost you. What happened?”

“No you didn’t,”

Then I followed it with a teasing smile, “So,
who did you do it with?” I asked next. I know that she knows what I
mean with that.

“Oh I wish I could,”

“So you’re serious with that?”

“I don’t know, I can’t remember,”

I didn’t follow anything and I guess it’s all
fine with that. I just continued it with my pretension. It saved my
day again. Well, I need to thank ‘hangover’ too, for messing her
head like that. But sometimes, I can feel my guilt knocking on my
door. She tells everything to me and I still keep mine secret from
her. I’ve been doing it for years now and I know it’s not fair and
it’s not good. Honestly, it’s worst because I’ve never told her
anything about my secret encounters. Not one of them. But I am true
enough telling her that I’ve never had a real serious boyfriend.
That the last one lasted only two months with sex as the reason why
we were together. That’s true again, and it’s also the reason why
we parted away. Frankly speaking, he was the one who left me. And
he told me that the reason why is because I’m always in control of
our foreplay. That I never let him even once to take over the
authority. Apparently, the same thing I heard from my ex before
him. And my other one before my ex. They were four to be exact.
Right again, I only had four boyfriends in my entire life.

That maybe the reason why I never had my next
after him. Possibly yes, because at some point of my life I cried.
It made me sad. I felt like stupid in a way that every girls on my
age around me have theirs but where’s mine?

So I guess you can’t blame me at all if I
don’t tell Elizabeth this. I mean, I don’t want her to be sad about
me. I don’t want her to judge me because of that though I’m sure
she won’t. I don’t want her to worry. That’s why I always tell her
that I am serious with my studies because I want my parents to be
proud of me for finishing college with my scholarship whenever she
asks me when to have a boy friend. I know it’s a naive excuse but I
can’t think of any other to say.

After having a quick meal, we hurried
preparing ourselves. And it was about half past three when we went
out. I’ve mentioned before that The Big Dogs is only ten minutes
away by walk so we were able to get there ahead of time. There, we
were introduced to our tasks. We’ll serve meals to the customers
and we’ll work at the counter too which I think is not a hard job
to do.

Chapter Five

We woke up at eight in the morning today Monday from
maybe six hours sleep because we need to be at school at nine for
our first subject of our first day. Elizabeth asked me to drink
some beer after work so we slept at about three in the morning. We
took a bus and lasted for fifteen minutes on the road so we arrived
at school just a couple of minutes before the class started. Also,
we know where we’re going so we found our room in a matter of time.
I could say I kind of missed studying though our school break
wasn’t that long. And as usual, we sit beside each other.

“Oh,” expressed Elizabeth as she extends her
elbow to me when our professor entered the room. We’re sitting at
the third row. “Look,” she said. I turned my attention. “Oh he’s
hot. Is he new here?” she asked next. “Haven’t seen him
around,”

She’s right, he’s hot. Big arms could tell
her why. And oh, her eyes are quick huh. “Maybe,” I replied. I
looked at her and the smile filled her face. That’s Elizabeth.

“Would you shut them up?” said Tom as he sits
beside her on the left side. Yes, he’s in our class too.

“My teddy bear,”

“You didn’t call me, how could you?”

“I’m so sorry, I was kind of occupied honey,”
And there they go again, necking, what else I could say?

So we have a new professor. I’m sorry,
a
hot professor
. You don’t need to strip his top off to tell that
he has a nice-shaped body. Seeing his mint green-colored long
sleeve polo forming around is enough. And what about his look? Yeah
right, he looks like the handsome lead of the comedy movie where
the actor strips by night in a club. Best of both worlds, right? So
I think our last year in college would be exciting. And I can’t
wait for it.
