Take borage oil capsules three times daily.

Take betaine hydrochloric acid tablets with pepsin before meals. But speak to your GP about this first. In all the cases of RA that I have come across, every person has exhibited very low stomach acid. This supplement may help to reduce food allergy symptoms by helping to break down proteins.

Ask your GP about the possibility of vitamin B

injections.

Vitamin B complex with extra B

, three times a day, is a must. 1,500 to 2,000 mg
is what’s needed to make a difference.

Use royal jelly paste as another way of getting the B vitamins, especially vitamin B

Take vitamin E daily in capsule form.

If your arthritis gets worse in winter, there could be a vitamin D deficiency. It’s not a bad idea to supplement with D in the winter, especially if you have little exposure to sun at other times of the year.

Take glutamine powder before meals for gut health.

EXTRA TIPS

Keep a food diary and see just how much wheat, corn, red meat, dairy, white potatoes, peppers, paprika, tomatoes, and caffeine you are consuming.

For a month or so, adopt my food-combining principles to maximize digestion. That means fruit by itself, never for dessert, and not mixing dense proteins such as chicken or fish with dense carbohydrates such as potatoes or rice at the same meal.
