The Wedding

It was the day of my wedding and I was in my soon-to-be in-laws’ home getting dressed with Renee and my mama’s help. Renee told me all eight people were in attendance. Besides the groom, and myself it was the Johnson’s; Renee and Caine Sr., the wedding officiate, three hired staff and my mama. Mary had also came with a date. Mary helped me put on my wedding heels and I couldn’t help but notice how good she looked. I could tell she had been clean for a while. I was starting to become nervous so Renee offered me a glass of water. “I prefer a bottle of water,” I told her as she walked out of the room. I knew how that family got down. The bitch might try to catch me slipping.

Mary handed me a box. When I opened it, it was a pearl necklace choker. “I know I haven’t been the greatest role model for you Kandace but I’m so proud of you. I want you to keep these pearls.” Mary started to cry. I had never seen my mother cry. Even when my dad left, she went in her room to weep. “These pearls belonged to your grandmother. I swore to her I would give them to you on your wedding day.” I couldn’t believe it. Mary sold her ass for pennies on the dollar but she had managed to keep those pearls. I tried to change the subject. “So who’s the guy you brought along?” She knew exactly what I was doing because she grabbed a napkin to wipe the two tears that fell from her eyes. “Oh he’s just a friend, nothing serious.” Renee walked back in the room with a bottle of Fuji water. I was so glad because I was starting to sweat from being in that hot ass gown. She handed me the bottle of water and an envelope that read
To My Soon To Be.
Renee said Caine had written me a love letter.

I sat the letter down on the vanity and opened my bottle of water first. Knowing every bride needs a few minutes to herself before marriage Renee asked me if there was anything else I needed before the ceremony started. I told them I’d be out as soon as I gathered my nerves and powdered my face one last time. In unison, my mama and Renee both said ok then left out for me to finish up. First thing I did was open the letter and it read:

Dear Kandi,

I am afraid this is the only way I could get your attention. I beg of you NOT to marry Caine. He is gay and his family knows.

I included evidence so you don’t have to believe me. Just listen for yourself.

Gina

I couldn’t believe that bitch had the nerve to write me a letter. Mary knocked on the door to see if I had cold feet. “Kandace is everything okay, can I come in?” I yelled through the door, “I’m fine Mom… be out in a sec.” I finished drinking my bottle of water and then proceeded to powder my face. I couldn’t let that hating ass bitch Gina come in between my money and me. Any minute, I would be marrying Caine. I opened the door to find Mary standing there. “Are you ready?” she asked me one last time. “Yes, I waited long enough,” I replied. Walking out arm in arm Mary walked me down the aisle.

Meeting Someone New

Kandi

Three years after our wedding Caine and I decided to move back to Virginia to be closer to family. Since then he’s been working all the time. He was the CIO of a company ran by a friend of Caine Sr. Most days I would stop by to drop off Caine’s lunch at his job and this day was no different. When I would go I’d take the second elevator to reach my destination, which was the 12
th
floor. There was just something about that particular elevator that I liked. It was never full of people and the shit opened up as soon as you pressed the button. If I didn’t know any better I’d think I was the only person that knew that elevator even existed.
I walked onto the second elevator as usual, in my Italian Gucci stilettos and pressed the number twelve key. The elevator door closed and began to make its way up. Then all of a sudden the shit started to slow down and stopped on the third floor instead. The door opened and I was speechless. My mouth became wet instantly, as I saw the most gorgeous man I’d ever laid eyes on. The elevator door closed and he pressed the one button. He had gotten on the wrong set of elevators. Standing in the back of the elevator, I began to envision him stopping the elevator, grabbing me by my neck and turning kissing me like I was his bitch. The thought alone made me lick my lips as I stood there watching him. I then began to imagine him buttoning down my Michael Kors blouse and sucking on my tits. I would grab the back of his head and moan as he sucked my breasts like a newborn in need of mama’s milk. He would pull up my pencil shirt exposing my leopard print thong and go to town on my sweet pussy. My legs would be wrapped around his neck while his fingers played with my nipples. I would start to vibrate as he made me cum in his mouth. I knew I shouldn’t be thinking that way but shit I was horny. As we were making our way past the sixth floor, my daydreaming came to a complete halt as the man of the hour said;

“What’s up pretty lady? I’m Alex. What’s you name if you don’t mind me asking?”

I turned my head slightly towards him, trying not to act impressed and said, “Kandi.” We made eye contact and shook hands to finalize the introduction. To my surprise his hands were soft, which made me hold on a few seconds longer to let him know I was interested in where it was going or could possibly lead. It was like a flash before my eyes and just like that, I could see us in a house with a picket fence and me having that nigga’s babies. We
were having such a good time with our small talk about the basics; like where we were from and other minor things, that we didn’t know that the elevator was approaching the 12
th
floor. It starting to slow down until it eventually stopped. The elevator door opened and Alex quickly handed me his number and I accepted. I told Alex goodbye and walked off the elevator. I didn’t want any of the nosey fuckers to see me talking to him so I decided not to turn around until after I heard the elevator door close. I took the phone number which was still in my hands then placed it in the hidden pocket of my pencil skirt. That’s when I realized I wasn’t wearing my wedding ring. My nine carat ring snagged anything I would wear because of its size and prongs. I knew I would have to make this lunch drop off to Caine quick. I walked towards my husband’s office where I softly knocked on the door and walked in. When I walked in he was on a phone call and from the sounds of it, it seems to be with an important client. I sat his lunch down on the corner of his spacious desk, gave him a kiss on the cheek and told him I had to run. I walked to the door but before I could make it out I heard Caine tell the client to hold. “Where’s your wedding band?” I turned around just as Caine put his hand over the receiver waiting to hear my response. “I forgot to put it back on once I got done making your lunch” Caine must’ve been satisfied with my answer because he told me he loved me then took his hand away from the receiver and started talking business. I walked out his office and made my way back home.

Over the next couple of days, Alex and I kept in constant contact so it was no surprise when I called Alex to meet up for a quick bite to eat. We agreed to meet up around 4 p.m., which would give me about three hours until the time Caine would be home. In addition, it would give me enough alone time with Alex for me to explain my situation. He still didn’t know I was married so I was really anxious to figure out how he would accept the news.

Alex

I met a fine ass sista on the elevator a couple of days ago. We had been talking here and there and she seemed to be a decent broad. She told me she went to medical school so shorty had brains too. She had a shape like a Coca-Cola bottle and her ass was so phat it would make a racist white man stop and stare. She was the prettiest dark-skinned girl I’d ever seen. Her dark brown skin was so damn smooth, silk had nothing on it. She wasn’t like all those other silly ass bitches around there. She had a good head on her shoulders, only stepped out in the freshest gear, plus she drove a newer BMW so she had high class taste to keep up with a nigga like me.

My phone rang and it was Kandace. I answered without hesitation. She wanted to meet at a restaurant in Virginia Beach so I told her we could meet up. I arrived at the restaurant about ten minutes early. Of course, great minds thought alike because Kandace was pulling up as I was getting out of the car. I walked over and being the gentleman that I am I opened her car door for her. Kandace stepped out in the shortest, yet classy, dress and the tallest heels I had ever seen. She had a mean shoe game and the walk to match. We greeted each other with hugs and kisses. Once we got inside the restaurant, the hostess greeted us and showed us to our table, which was overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

“How have you been pretty lady?”

The strange look in her eyes made me think something was unquestionably wrong so I asked her, “Is everything okay? You look a little nervous.” She looked around and said, “Yes, of course I’m okay,” and smiled. It was in a voice that didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that something was wrong but she continued to speak, “I’ve just had a lot on my mind lately that’s all.”

I wondered what could have shorty so damn jumpy or paranoid even. Shit if that bitch only knew. I should be the one looking over my damn shoulder. “Is there anything I can do to help?” Standing there concerned about my lady’s feelings I asked Kandi again, “Who do I have to fuck up for fucking up your day? Just tell me and problem solved.” She looked at me with a slight frown on her face like I was kidding but I was dead ass serious.

“Well there’s nothing you can do per say, but I do have to talk to you about something.”

Before she could say another word, the waitress came to the table and asked us if we were ready to order. Kandi ordered some type of fruity girl drink called a Basil Mint Sangria while I got a double shot of Belvedere. Once the waitress was gone I asked Kandi to continue what she was about to say. A nigga’s ears weren’t ready for what came out of her mouth.

“Alex,” she said and took a couple of deep breaths, “I’m married.”

I went into a quick daydream because the next thing I remember was her asking me was, “Did you hear what I said?” Waving her hands in front of my face like she on a float in a parade. She said,” Say something Alex.” She was persistent.

“Damn so you mean to tell me you’re married?” I asked. She took a sip of her drink, looked me dead in my eyes, and said, “Yes. Yes I am.”

Right then and there, my hands could’ve smacked a bitch. I couldn’t let her see me lose my cool in that restaurant so the next logical question that came about was, “Are you separated from him or something Kandi?”

She took another sip of her drink before she said answered the question. “No, Alex I’m not.” She said that shit like it was the proper answer for her to say. This bitch just didn’t know I wanted to haul off and smack her ass. What the fuck did she mean she was married? I kept my cool because I didn’t want her to see that side of me. I took a sip of my liquor and told her, “You know what pretty lady; I have to respect the fact that you’re woman enough to tell me. That takes guts and I like that. But just the fact that you’re sitting here with me lets me know that you’re not happy at home with your nigga.”

That Belvedere was starting to kick in so I waved the waitress over to order another one before I went on. After receiving my drink from the waitress, I went on to explain more.

“No woman sleeps around or has male friends if she’s happily married, period. Especially not the ones who are one hundred percent happy...” I finished off the rest of my drink. “That fact alone also lets me know you’re going to be mine.”

She said nothing so I knew she was feeling what a nigga said. We finished up the conversation as we ate dinner. That grub hit the spot. I let her in the door to know a little bit more about my life and me. Although the door was open, I had a rule never to let a bitch in past the foyer. Shit that had to be rule number one of the streets. Never tell hoes the truth. Kandi had potential and all, but the fact that she was married and sitting there having dinner with me, let me know out the gate that she couldn’t be trusted. Therefore, I only told her what I wanted her to know. I told her I had a little girl named Chyna and about my senseless ass baby mother Lola. As the conversation flowed, I could see in her eyes that shorty might have more potential than I was giving her.

Caught in the Act

My marriage to Kandi meant the world to me. I decided to commit my life to her and only fuck niggas in the ass on special occasions.

Since my queen was sick, I figured I would surprise her at home with a dozen pink roses, some ginger ale, and her favorite soup. Lately, Kandi had been telling me I wasn’t doing enough like I used to, to show I loved her. I was trying to do just that. I would call her but I didn’t want to spoil the surprise. Maybe if I was lucky she‘d suck my dick before I headed back out to work.

“Who the hell is parked in my driveway?” I asked myself as I pulled up.

Her mom must have been checking up on her. Shit, her ass couldn’t be that damn sick if she had Mary over. I approached the front door, opened it, and to my surprise, Kandi was butt ass naked waiting on me to get home. Damn I knew my baby was waiting on me. So I wondered who the fuck owned the car that was in the driveway. I walked closer to Kandi and said, “Why do you look so surprised to see me? Looks like you saw a ghost.” Kandi didn’t answer me. Matter of fact she just kept looking at me like she was puzzled. I asked her, “Whose car?” However, once I get closer, I realized why she wouldn’t answer me. There was another nigga in my house.

45 minutes earlier

The sex he gave me was so amazing, like ice-cold lemonade on a hot summer day. Alex was kissing me all over, and I was moaning beyond control. Every time he fucked me, the sex felt more intense then the time before.

Out of nowhere, my phone started ringing. “Damn, I must have been dreaming.” I bet it was Alex because Caine left for work hours earlier. I glanced at my Blackberry and it was Alex!
