Feeling
as urgent as he and forgetting about her resolution to wait, Christine kicked
off her topsiders, slipping off her jeans as he stripped off his shirt. He
watched as she pulled off her own shirt, drinking in the sight of her body in
plain white cotton panties and a sensible bra. Slightly disheveled, she looked
at him, his briefs a mere scrap of material, barely covering him in his
arousal. She licked her lips, made fuller by his earlier assault on it, and
Nick felt his cock twitch at the gesture. He stepped closer, allowing her to
touch him through the thin grey cloth, and his manhood responded to her fingers
in a way that made her smile in satisfaction.

“Oh,
my,” she murmured, devouring him with her eyes.

I
make him this big
, she
thought, forcing herself to trace the outline of shaft slowly when all she
wanted was to pull his briefs off. Nick shuddered, eyes shut, moaning at the
maddening sensation of her finger running down the length of his throbbing
manhood.  It was a strange mix of bursting need and pleasure, and he tortured
himself by imagining how tight and wet she would be when he finally entered
her.

Christine
finally hooked her fingers on the elastic of his underwear, letting his manhood
out of its confinement, and he was formidable indeed. She squirmed as she felt
her sex moistening up at the sight, the muscles of her inner thighs jumping in
anticipation. Nick joined her on the bed, pushing her legs up so he was between
her legs. He pressed forward, letting his engorged member push against her
panties, and Christine was suddenly dry-mouthed at how hard he was. She
imagined that he would simply push right through the thin fabric, and the
thought made her pant, her breasts sheaving up and down rapidly. She clamped
her mouth on a moan, her eyes feverish with desire.

Nick
leaned down, teasing her nipples with his teeth to hardness through the fabric
of her bra, and one hand pulled down the strap to reveal one breast, then the
other, and he licked the sensitive nipples until she felt like screaming.

“Nick…”
she whispered, writhing under his weight, her hands convulsively gripping the
covering quilt of the bed. The insistent pressure against her cloth-clad sex
was driving her insane; she so wanted him to plunge it in and rub her arousal
to oblivion. “Oh, Nick, please!”

He
raised burning eyes to her face and the pressure against her pussy was suddenly
off as he moved back. She experienced a feeling of loss that was replaced by
shock as he actually ripped her panties apart, the tattered remains still
clinging to her. She gasped, her heart pounding at the sheer brutality of the
act, and felt both scared and exhilarated as he flipped her over, ripping the
remaining cloth to reveal her bare ass.  He moved between her legs again and roughly
lifted her hips, so that he was straddling her from the back. Christine felt
his fingers groping her, marking her slit before he slid smoothly into her.

Christine,
face turned to one side, blinked at the unfamiliar feel of him taking her from
behind, and then the pressure started to build up as he thrust into her in a
completely different way. He was supporting himself by grasping her hips as he moved,
alternately pulling and pushing her as he penetrated and withdrew, slowly at
first, then faster. She began to moan as her excitement escalated with each
downward swoop, and she struggled to a kneeling position so she could feel him
more.

“Oh,
yes!” she moaned as her sex throbbed harder. Nick’s hands left her hips, and
she felt him fold his torso over her as he groped her breasts, squeezing as his
strokes grew slower but went deeper. He stopped, his panting breath stirring
the short hair on her neck, increasing her arousal.

“Don’t
stop!” she begged, trying to move against him.

“I
have to, I’m very close,” he said hoarsely, and she could feel his thighs
tensing in effort. His fingers were pulling her nipples, twisting slightly as
he kneaded her breasts. It was exquisitely painful and erotically pleasurable,
and she suddenly climaxed, bucking, her ass slamming into him, and he was
startled into thrusting again. He cried out and she felt him come even as she
bucked again, the powerful tremors of her orgasm making her cry out as well.

“Oh
fuck!” he cried, giving one last convulsive thrust before collapsing against
her. She carried his weight for a second before rolling to the side. He fell on
his back, and she curled up on her side next to him. They were both panting
from the exertion and sudden release.

“Baby,”
he breathed, weakly curling an arm around her. She snuggled against him,
breathing in the smell of his sweaty skin. She found it intoxicating.

“Hmm…”

“You’re
very naughty,” he scolded, smiling. “I didn’t want to come yet.”

“It
was so good,” Christine said apologetically, smiling sleepily. “I’m sorry.” He
kissed the tip of her nose, and as her breathing slowed, she slipped into
exhausted sleep. Nick watched her face smoothen out, gently pushing hair from
her brow, and she murmured something unintelligible, her lips curving into a
small smile. He lay listening to her breathing for quite a while, thinking.

Chapter Six

Christine
awakened in a dim room, lighted only by the lamp on the writing table next to
the television. She was covered by a bed sheet against the cold, but she still
shivered as she stood up, pulling up the straps of her bra and covering her
breasts. She winced as the material rubbed against her nipples, but she smiled
at the memory of Nick’s head bent over it, his tongue tantalizing them into
aching awareness. She felt herself getting excited, and her hand stole down
under the sheets, finding her sex still wet from his come.

She
lay back on the bed, one hand fondling her breasts as her other hand explored
her pussy. She started tentatively not overly familiar with erotic
self-stimulation, but remembering Nick’s less-gentle exploration was enough to
get her started, and she found it wasn’t hard at all. She gave herself long strokes,
closing her eyes as she relived the sensations of Nick’s hands, lips, tongue
and shaft doing things to her, squeezing her breasts, and moaning as the
sensations grew more real. Her strokes became shorter and faster, centering on
her clit, making circular motions until finally she cried out as her orgasm
exploded.

Spent,
she collapsed back, waiting for her thighs to stop twitching before attempting
to get up. She found her knees could hold her up just fine, and she made her
way to the bathroom to take a quick shower. She glanced at the clock, and
hurried a little. She had a lot of work to do, and not a lot of time to do it.

Nick
was in a hurry to leave, but not by any sign did he show his impatience. The
bride was Kate’s friend, but Nick went o school with her brother, and the groom
was a year below him in college. In consequence, he knew quite a lot of people at
the wedding, although none were especially close. One person he wasn’t
overjoyed to see at the reception was Paula, a former girlfriend with whom he
had been extremely close to in college.

“Nick!”
Paula said, clearly delighted. She looked as pretty and put-together as when
they were a couple in college save for shorter hair. She had since married, and
Nick heartily wished her all the best.

“Paula,”
he replied, smiling, and was unprepared for her hug and kiss. “How are you?” he
managed, holding her at arm’s length.

“I’m
fantastic,” she gushed. “I’m married now. And you? Anybody special?”

Nick
was looking at Paula, but he was seeing Christine in his mind. He was seeing
her bent over her laptop, her brow creased as she upended her laptop. He saw
her sitting across from him as she nibbled salmon mousse on toast.  He saw her
winking at him as she said goodnight the previous night. Finally, he saw her
sleeping next to him, a small smile on her lips. He hadn’t wanted to leave her,
but Kate’s repeated calls to him forced him to.

Paula
was looking at him, her smile faltering at the faraway look in his eyes.
“Nick?” she said, “Are you okay?”

His
eyes focused on her, and he smiled easily. “Yes, of course. Just thought of
something. Yes, I’m seeing someone right now.”

Paula
slapped his arm slightly, smiling roguishly. “Lucky girl! Is she here?” she
asked, looking around expectantly.

Nick
shook his head, suddenly anxious to be gone. “No, I’m here with Kate.”

As
if on cue, Kate appeared by his side, exclaiming at Paula, kissing the air near
her cheek. Paula had not been Kate’s favorite person. Paula had a tendency to
be clingy, and had even been jealous of the cousins’ closeness. Looking at them
now, they acted like long-lost sisters. Nick marveled at female interpersonal
relationships.

Nick
wandered away, waiting for an opportunity to slip away. He saw a couple of
college acquaintances chatting by the door and conversed with them a little
before finally making his escape. He had caught Kate’s eye as he was going, and
she gave a barely perceptible nod without missing a beat in her conversation.

Nick
hurried up to his hotel room, hoping Christine was still asleep. He liked
watching her sleep, finding her presence soothing. The problem was she excited
him so much when she was awake that he found it hard to think. And he found
that he wanted to think about where their relationship was going.

Nick
was no saint. Young, rich and handsome, he’d had a lot of sexual encounters,
and a couple of girlfriends, but none had been serious. He wasn’t exactly a
stud; sex was not all-important to him. The way he felt about Christine was a
totally different proposition. She filled up his senses in a way that no woman
had ever done before. He thought about her constantly, and he had only known
her a couple of days! He was also grimly aware that he had been bare-backing
with her, something he never did with any of his sexual partners, even his
girlfriends. Yet he felt perfectly safe being so vulnerable with her.

The
room was as dim as he had left it three hours earlier, but it felt empty.
Christine was nowhere to be found.

Nick
felt a moment of panic, shrugging out of his jacket and discarding his tie,
thinking she had decided to go home after all.  He raked a hand through his
hair and spied her knapsack which was still on the chair near the window. He
took out his cell phone, intending to call her, when the door’s lock beeped,
indicating someone using a keycard to open it. He turned sharply as Christine
walked in with a shopping bag. She stopped short when she saw him there, and a
look of guilt flitted through her face.
What is she up to?
he wondered,
amused at her expression.

“You’re
back early,” she said accusingly, hiding the bag behind her, which only served
to draw his attention to it.

“I
missed you,” he said simply, and she smiled at his obvious sincerity.

“Really?
That’s so sweet,” Christine said, casually dropping the bag into the hotel
closet before coming up to him to give him a hug.

Nick
breathed the smell of her hair, savoring her closeness. They stood like that
for a moment, then Christine drew back a little to look at him, a twinkle in
her eye.

“I
hope you didn’t abandon Kate,” she teased. Nick shrugged, keeping his arms
around her.

“She’ll
live. I didn’t even want to come in the first place, though I’m glad I did
now,” he confessed, squeezing her a little. Christine laughed, moving away.

“Bad
boy,” she said, sitting down in an armchair, kicking off her shoes and tucking
her legs under her.

“Have
you eaten?” he asked, moving to the hotel phone, where a room service menu was
propped.

“No,
but I’m not really hungry,” she demurred, her expression hard to read. Nick
thought he saw a mixture of embarrassment and excitement, and wondered again
what was going on with her. He remembered the bag.

“You
went shopping?” Christine nodded, and this time, there was no mistaking the mischief
in her face.”What did you buy?”

“Well…”
Christine wasn’t sure she wanted to go through with this. It seemed like a good
idea at the time, but being in the same room in a relaxed mood like this, it
seemed…contrived somehow. She jumped up, sticking her feet into her shoes
again. “I’ll tell you later. You know what? I am hungry after all, but I don’t
want room service. I saw a nice little deli a couple of blocks away, and I’d
kill
for pastrami on rye.” She hooked an arm through his, looking up at him confidingly.
Nick laughed as she steered him determinedly towards the door.

They
had a nice time. Surrounded by the smell of cured meat, cheese and baked bread,
Nick found that he could eat as well. Christine wolfed down her pastrami on
rye, making generous use of the mustard pot and sauerkraut bottle, drinking
soda sparingly because she didn’t really like soda. Nick chose turkey on whole
wheat, getting some gouda to nibble on.

And
they talked. Christine told him about growing up, how her parents cool about most
things, college, and Lisa’s plans for the future. When prompted, Christine
admitted she didn’t have such clear cut goals, preferring to live in the
moment.

“I’m
enjoying what I’m doing now, freelance writing. It’s an easy life,” she said,
casually reaching out and wiping off some mayonnaise from a corner of Nick’s
mouth. She licked it off her finger without thinking about it, and because she
was so relaxed, the potentially provocative gesture became almost motherly.
“But enough about me. What about you?”
