"I can hardly feel it," Jane said with
relief.

"Go to the next size," Usha instructed.

"This one is about the thickness of a man's
thumb. Don't tense up. It hurts if you do that."

Jane tried to comply, but her instincts kicked in and
she tightened her bottom. Usha sighed. "Laski? Come hold her wrist. Her
bottom needs some convincing to relax."

Jane yelped as Usha smacked her bottom sharply four
times. Lynette introduced the ivory smoothly as Jane forced herself to release
the tension in her muscles.

"Spankings work well for her!" the younger
girl exclaimed in surprise.

"Just as they did for you. Bring the next size to
her. Jane? Bear down and invite entry. No," she smacked Jane's backside.
"You're still tense."

"I can't," Jane whimpered.

"You can," Usha said, spanking Jane with a
flurry of swats that quickly added a dark shade of red to the already
discolored skin.

"It worked," Lynette noted. "You need
to tell Uncle Philip to spank you if he wishes to fuck you in the ass."

"Lynette, do not be so vulgar," Laski
scolded.

"She likes it. Look!" Lynette said, pumping
the phallus back and forth within Jane. "Spank her some more, Usha. Let's
see if she can take the last one."

"Do not force it. It is larger than Rama's
lingham
. I do not know how Philip is in
comparison."

"He is blessed. Very,
very
blessed," Jane panted, nodding. "Yes, please
try."

She held her breath as Lynette removed the last one
and quickly replaced it with the largest ivory rod. It slid inside her,
stretching her walls to discomfort. It felt wonderful… except it was so cold
and hard. Her body tensed as she imagined Philip impaling her with his magnificent
cock, filling her most secret place with his manhood.

"Argh!" Jane cried out, as she climaxed
wildly.

"She spent herself without being touched,"
Lynette whispered in awe. "Just from the insertion! Oh Jane, I am so
pathetically jealous. You are one lucky woman."

Chapter Four

"The paste of turmeric in rosewater removes the
hair and leaves the skin smooth and supple," Usha murmured, as the four
women completed the final stage of readying Jane for her wedding.

"Sandalwood cream upon the breasts draws him near
to inhale their essence," Dharma whispered, applying the emulsion to
Jane's erect nipples.

"Jewels adorn the body like stars in the sky, to
fall away when the sun of your love rises in his eyes," Laski said,
wrapping a gold belt of dangling bells around her waist.

"The incense of flowers makes your passion burn
with desire, only to be quenched by the softness of his lips and the joining of
his body to yours," Lynette added, dabbing Oil of Jasmine in the folds of
Jane's womanhood and at the insertion point of her Blessing Ring.

"And finally, the bindi symbolizes protection for
you and your husband, and gives you wisdom and the ability to see beyond your
eyes." Usha marked the center of Jane's forehead with a red dot.

Jane was wrapped in a red sari trimmed with gold,
spotless white petticoats, and ornaments of weighty bracelets, necklaces,
earrings, and a headpiece. The contrast of the sari's bold color with her pale
skin emphasized the red stain previously applied to her fingertips, and the
intricate designs that had been drawn on her hands and feet. Jane's senses were
ablaze with wonder—the brilliant colors, the scents, the music being
played behind the curtain, the feel of her skin against the silky fabric

"You are so beautiful," Lynette said.
"I only wish we could have decorated your nose."

"I would like that. Usha? I heard that girls of
marriageable age have their noses pierced. Can we do that?" Jane said.

Usha smiled and nodded. "We certainly can. Would
you like me to proceed now?"

"Yes! Please!"

"I would be honored."

The piercing was surprisingly fast and fairly
painless, and Jane reached up to touch the gold band with a ruby teardrop that
Usha had carefully placed in her tender nostril.

"This is yours as my wedding gift," Usha
said. "It was my mother's, and her mother's before her. Please wear it in
good health, happiness, and prosperity."

"It's beautiful, Usha. Thank you," Jane
said, touched by the gesture.

"By giving you a gift that came from her family,
she has adopted you as her daughter," Lynette whispered in Jane's ear.

"I don't even remember my mother. And now, I have
a mother, uncle
and
sisters to share
my wedding day. Usha? How can I ever thank you?" Jane hugged the woman
tightly, trying not to cry and ruin the powder and henna markings around her
eyes.

"Be happy, child. Live in peace and harmony, and
find balance in your life. That will be enough thanks for me."

"And attend your lessons with being cheeky,"
Lynette whispered in Jane's ear.

"I don't know what to say. All of this is so
much." Jane stared at her image in the dressing mirror.

"What are your thoughts, daughter?" Usha
asked, her hands on Jane's shoulders as she added her image to the mirror.

Jane touched the large necklace around her throat,
fingering the gold filigree. "I had to come all the way to India to find,
not only myself, but love. I want to thank all of you so very much." She
turned to the women, placed her hands together, thumbs close to her heart, and
bowed. "
Namaste
."

"
Namaste
."
The four wives dipped their heads and returned the gesture. Jane truly felt the
meaning of the word; '
I
bow to the divine in you…
'

Rose petals were strewn over the throne room floor,
outlining a path to her groom. The ceremony was small and intimate, with only
the prince and his family in attendance. Lynette sobbed like a baby as Philip
placed ruby-encrusted rings on the second toes of both Jane's henna decorated
feet, speaking his vows in a strong, clear voice. Usha was seen dabbing her
eyes several times on the back of the Raja's pristine white and gold coat as
Jane spoke her return promise in Tamil.

After a sumptuous meal, Rama led the bride and groom
to the courtyard, where a massive, decorated elephant waited to take them
through the torch lit path to the river. From there, they boarded a ceremonial
boat to the cottage, the wake of which was strewn with rose petals and jasmine
blossoms.

The flames from the flambeaux reflected off the water
as the ride down the quiet river began. The sounds of cicadas and evening birds
sang a romantic chorus in celebration of the union, the tempo as lazy as the
water lapping along the hull of the boat.

Philip held his arm around Jane, his eyes never
leaving her. "I can't believe how beautiful you are."

Jane shyly lowered her face, her blush hidden in the
veils of her shawl. "I only wish to make you happy. I cannot believe all
that Uncle Rama has done for us. I am not worthy of such attention."

"You are worthy of even more, my darling. You are
also starting to sound like the proper Indian wife. Janie?" Philip lifted
her face and kissed her lips, "Never stop being you. Promise me
this."

"I promise."

"In return, I promise that I will make certain to
do my best to fulfill your every need. Heart, body, spirit and mind," he
murmured in her ear.

"My mind? Does that mean you are going to allow
me to work with you in the business now?" Jane asked slyly.

Philip groaned and gently banged his head against the
tarp frame. "Jane, Jane, Jane… I thought we reached an agreement about
this."

She snickered, pinching him gently. "I've not
said one thing since we left England and you tried to be so Mr. Marquis in
Charge. The company is officially both of ours now, and we don't have to worry
about shareholders. In talking with Usha—"

"Honey," he placed his finger on her lips.
"Can we discuss this at a later time? It is our wedding night, and my
desire is to fill you with myself, not with thoughts of work."

"When did you learn to be so romantic?" she
asked, nuzzling under his chin.

"The moment I knew I was in love with you. Wait
until you see what I have planned for you when we arrive at our new home."

"No, Philip," Jane said, drawing his lower
lip between her teeth as she invited a kiss. "Just you wait to see what I
have planned for
you
."

"Should I be afraid?" He chuckled.

She bit his lip. "Yes. Very afraid. You don't
know about the things I learned today from these ladies."

"What did they teach you, little one?" He
scooped her in his arms and held her snugly to him.

Jane's hand snaked down to the growing bulge in his
trousers. "How to make you my slave…"

The boat docked and was tied to the wooden deck that
glowed with torch light. Shadows danced off the thick trees and vines, and onto
the cobblestone path that led through the dense thicket towards the house.

He lifted her into his arms, cradling her closely as
she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"I can walk, you know," Jane whispered,
kissing him

"Yes, but I can carry you. I must protect you
from the snakes, spiders, and the Jane-eating tigers of the jungle."

"Mmm, you are one Jane-eating tiger I wouldn't
mind attacking me."

"Oh, I will. I intend to devour every soft, sweet
portion of your body. Bite by bite," he said, nibbling on her neck.
"No giggling. I'm being romantic."

"You're tickling me. Oh, my. Is this it?"
Her mouth hung open in awe as she surveyed the immense building snuggled in the
center of the ancient jungle.

"Welcome home, my lady dearest." He placed
her on the grassy carpet to allow her to absorb the view of their new abode.

"This looks like a palace," Jane whispered,
her eyes taking in the stark white walls of the 'modest cottage'.

"He used the Taj Mahal as a model, with a desire
for it to become a sanctuary of peace. Did you know the Taj Mahal is actually a
tomb that was built after the Shah lost his beloved wife during
childbirth?"

"No. I had no idea. How sad!"

"It was a structure designed to show his eternal
love for her. The Shah even described it like this…" Philip pointed to the
Sanskrit plaque mounted on the white pillar outside the giant doors. He read
aloud:

"
Should
guilty seek asylum here,

Like one
pardoned, he becomes free from sin.

Should a
sinner make his way to this mansion,

All his past
sins are to be washed away.

The sight of
this mansion creates sorrowing sighs;

And the sun
and the moon shed tears from their eyes.

In this world
this edifice has been made;
to display
thereby the creator's glory.
"

"That's beautiful," Jane said. "He made
it a place to honor love, and provide peace and forgiveness, didn't he?"

"That is the heart of India, Lady Jane."

Two
servants opened the double doors and stepped aside, bowing as the couple
entered.

Jane gasped, walking into the center of the grand
foyer and slowly turning around. White marble floors, plastered walls, and high
vaulted ceilings with giant drop fans kept the air inside cool. Drapes of sheer
material added color throughout, and separated the individual areas in lieu of
doors. Centered in the middle was a magnificent red-carpeted, marble staircase,
framed by carved railings and banisters, around which garlands of fresh flowers
had been wrapped. The aroma of spiced food and incense filled the air.

"This is incredible," Jane whispered
breathlessly.

"No, sweet. You are incredible. Are you hungry?
It smells as though our meal is ready to greet us."

"I
am. How can I be hungry so soon? We just feasted a few hours ago."

"Passion awakens not only the body, but the
appetite." Philip kissed the back of her hand. He introduced her to the
staff who, much to her delight, were the same individuals who had tended to the
couple at the palace.

"They adore you, wife," Philip mused, after
the explosion of congratulations and gratitude had finally ended. "Every
single one of them volunteered for this position, much to Rama's dismay."

"Dismay?"

"Yes. They are from his prime selection of
domestics. They voiced the desire to serve us—you—here in lieu of
the palace. It was quite a blow to Rama's ego," he said with a chuckle.

"Then why did he agree to it?"
