Go-Stop-Go
While flirting in STEP 2, you learned that giving and taking away pleasure by challenging and validating her is a useful tool to enhance sexual tension. While escalating towards sex in STEP 3, you learned that by going back and forth, the situation can turn physical very fast, and now you will learn the concept of
‘Go-Stop-Go'

What this technique means is that while thrusting inside of her, you put some variations into speed, force and depth to create spikes in her emotional roller coaster. Therefore, I want to set the record straight and give the clitoral system the place it truly deserves, which is at the top of the physical element of female sexuality.

The Clitoris
Glans or C-spot
The clitoral glans, not ‘gland’, is a part of her body that has around 6,000 to 8,000 nerve endings, which makes it the most sensitive part of her body. By comparison, the head of a man’s penis has only one-quarter as many nerve endings. If you were to compress all the nerve endings you have in the glans of your penis into an area about the size of a small pea, it would still be much less sensitive than the C-spot.
If you are unfamiliar with the term, C-spot, it is one I prefer to use instead of clitoris to avoid confusion and also because labelling this small, external part as the clitoris is incorrect.
Shaft
At the back of the C-spot lies the clitoral shaft, which connects the outer part of the clitoris with the inner parts. The clitoral shaft is also packed with nerve endings and when combined with the clitoral glans, it looks a lot like a mini-penis. When this ‘little penis’ is aroused, it fills with blood and becomes erect just as your penis does.
You can actually feel this with a simple test. Place the shaft between the pads of your thumb and index finger when she is not aroused and then do the same when she is. When she’s not aroused, you will only feel the tissue covering up the shaft. But when excited, you will find a hard stringy texture right under the surface. Be careful not to squeeze it too hard as it’s a very sensitive area and too much pressure can cause her discomfort.
Bulbs
Two bulbs surround the vaginal entrance and are located right behind the vulva, meaning the exterior parts of her genitals. When she’s horny, they also fill up with blood and therefore become bigger, putting pressure on the vaginal entrance and causing the vulva to protrude outwards.
