He pulled the door shut behind us. “One day you won't be embarrassed you will feel empowered! The female body is a work of art and science which you should be proud of!”

I smiled. “I will learn I guess!” I closed my eyes as the water soaked my hair.

“You liked what happened over the desk right?!” His body pressed into mine from behind as his hands smoothed up my body.

I took a breath in and then released it. “Yeah, it was good.” I grinned as I wondered if he wanted to repeat it.

His mouth skimmed my shoulder.

“Would you like to repeat it on here?! Against the tiles?!”

I moaned as his fingers brushed the apex of my thighs.

“Oh god yes!”

I turned around, I wanted to kiss him first. “I want to kiss you first!” I let my fingers wander up his chest as I moved closer and brushed my lips against his, our wet bodies pressed into each other, his hand found my ass as I slid up his chest, his lips melted against mine.

I moaned into his mouth as his fingers explored my back.

Kissing in the shower was a lot wetter and hotter so when we broke the kiss I was almost panting as he guided me back towards the tiles, my back softly made a slapping sound as it hit the wall.

“I've changed my mind, I'm taking you now.” His breath was hot against mine as he kissed down my neck.

I moaned and moved my head to one side, allowing him access to my neck. I could feel his erection pressing into me already.

I knew he'd lift me so I braced for it when his left hand brushed up my right thigh and pulled it up, so it was hooked around his middle.

“Because it's wet in here, you'll keep one leg on the floor, well for now.” He looked down our almost combined bodies and his eyes filled with the words I knew he struggled with, to explain why he needed me like he did but I understood. I gripped his shoulders. “It's okay.”

With my leg hoisted up it gave him perfect access to me, his cock pressed into me, filling me as he thrust his hips.

“Ah.” I tried to arch my head back, but the shower wall was stopping me. “Fuck.”

“It feels like heaven! You are my little slice of heaven Evangeline, in a world full of darkness!” He thrust in and out of me in quick thrusts, pushing me up the wall.

“You and me, ah, better when we're connected.” I cried out as he rolled his hips into me. As he gripped my ass and pushed me up the wall, my hair became trapped behind my back as he pushed me up again, the sharp tug at the root of my hair made my head tip backwards, but instead of pain I felt a rush of pleasure crash though my body as I came against him in a shuddering rush.

“Fuck, I felt that! Did you just come from trapping your hair?!” He pulled me free of the wall for a second as he moved my hair, then pushed me against it again with a roll of hips.”

I let a breath go as I buried my head in his neck. “I did. Sorry.”

I wasn't sure if he was angry or just bemused.

“Don't say sorry! There is a very fine line between pleasure and pain! You just worked that out!” He groaned as he lifted my other leg, and thrust me against the tiles, each time my back slapped against the wet tiles and I cried out.

“Oh Cameron... Please.” I felt my legs stiffen this time, my sex contracting.

“Oh yes, yes, my darling! I want to feel you. Let me see you.”

I moved my head so it was against the wall and kissed him as hard as I could.

He moaned into my mouth. I didn't close my eyes and for a second I could see all the tiny veins in his eyelids and how his eyelashes fanned out before he opened his eyes.

He rolled his hips again, his face etched with concentration.

I gripped his shoulders as his last thrust pushed me over and I came again. I gripped him with my legs now. I knew he wasn't far off, his eyes were so dark, but his face shifted from hard to soft in a split second, his mouth slack as he shot his hot liquid load into me. He grinned lopsidedly as satisfaction spread over his face.

I bit my lip as he closed his eyes and rubbed himself out inside me. His face was almost angelic. This was how he knew we were okay, that things were normal between us. He said things with this body that he just didn't have the words to say out loud. I was learning how to decode each little subtle look, touch and feel.

He lowered us both to the floor and we sat under the stream of water for a while, my legs wrapped around him and my head leaning against the tiled wall as he kissed my shoulder before resting his head on it.

“Wow. I've never come from pulling my own hair before that was new.” I giggled.

He smirked. “Yes, I enjoyed seeing your face when you realised you had processed it as pleasure and not pain! We could talk about some more if you wanted?!”

He sounded hopeful and it hadn't been bad. “Maybe, let's just see! We should actually shower now, before we deplete your water supply!” I giggled.

“I love that sound! It's such a happy sound!” He moved back and stood up, holding his hands out to me.

“It's because of you! You make me happy!” I pulled myself up with him as support.

“We make each other happy, how did I survive before you?! I truly could never go back to that life! To fucking someone without love. It's empty and oh baby you fill my life right up.”

I smiled at him. “I'm glad, you fill mine up too!”

After the shower. We had both dressed, had breakfast and I was now outside finishing up the dressing table. Cameron was in his office doing work emails and such, I could feel him looking at me every now and then. I was sure I was probably distracting him, but he had insisted I wasn't.

My phone vibrated in my pocket and I pulled it out half expecting it to be him but it was actually Jess! What was wrong?! She never rang me!

“Jess?! Are you okay?!” I frowned as I stood still.

“Yeah, I'm all good, but are you?!” She sounded worried.

I laughed. “Yeah, I'm great, why?!” I didn't get what she was aiming at!

“I've seen photos! You look different! You’re crazy mermaid hair is gone and you're all, I dunno, it's like you've changed!” She sounded confused.

What the hell is she going on about?!

“No, I haven't! I'm still me! I just had my hair fixed is all! It was so fucked from all the bleach that I had to have it cut! I like the honey blonde! And what photos?! I've not sent you any or been online for a while!

I scratched my head in confusion.

“Photos with you and Mr. Hero hair shopping, and you and him out running having some water fight! Girl, you hate shopping and you hate that type of exercise!”

I couldn't help but laugh this was crazy. “I don't hate shopping completely, we went dress shopping as it happens for a black tie thing and as for the running, it was more a jog and it was the first time he took me with him! And anyways since when did you rely on what the Internet told you?!”

One thing that did occur to me was that the dude that had been following us obviously was selling his photos! I would have to start making the photos worth the dollars they were sold for!

“A dress?! Oh! And I don't believe all what they say, but it's the only way to see what you’re doing because you don't message me much and when you do they are void of information!”

I breathed heavily out of my nose. “If I don't message you a lot, it’s cause you've gone quiet on me too! I know you've been busy with the new job and the beau so I don't wanna intrude!” I sighed. “Also there’s no information to tell you!”

I sometimes felt like she was just too busy for my drama! Also, I couldn't exactly tell her things about me and Cameron! How was I meant to explain that he liked it kinky and had given up his bottoms for a relationship with me?! She'd have a fit!

“I am never too busy for my best friend! I know you're like in the UK and I'm here in New York but I care! I don't want him to change you! He seems like he's so possessive of you! All the photos he is almost guarding you!”

I rolled my eyes. “That's cause he was! You've never been stalked by the press have you?! It freaks me out and he knows if he pulls me close I feel safe, okay! It's more than Sean ever did!”

She paused. “Okay, I will concede that I don't know how that feels, but the way he was looking at you when he poured the water! I dunno... I worry about you!”

I heard the office door slide open fully. “Is everything okay Evan?!”

“Is that him now?! He sounds different to how I imagined him! Where are you now?!”

I sighed I couldn't answer them both at once. “One second, Jess.” I lowered the phone. “I'm fine Cameron honest!” I turned to face him.

He scanned my face with worried eyes. “You don't look it!”

I shrugged. “I'm just kinda fed up okay! The photos from the last few days have hit the Internet! Jess thinks you're changing me and I'm telling her otherwise!”

He raised a brow. “I'd happily tell her that I am doing no such thing!”

I put the phone back to my ear. “I guess you heard that! Wanna speak to my boyfriend instead of assuming things?!”

I knew it was a risky option but if it made her see sense it'd be worth it. I prayed it didn't backfire.

“Yeah, okay!” She sounded pissed.

I cringed and held the phone out.

Cameron took the phone from my fingers with a smug air of satisfaction.

“Miss Martin I assume!”

I should have known he'd know her name!

I loitered while he stood facing me.

“I don't think you give your friend enough credit! She doesn't have an obedient bone in her body! Even if I wanted her to do something she'd probably not do it! She's a smart, beautiful young woman, and yes, she drives me mad sometimes when she puts herself in danger and I'm not there to stop it, but I can assure you I am in love with her and is it wrong I want to protect her from all of that stuff?!”

He paused. I smiled, remembering him blindfolding me as his bottom, the one and only time I actually did what he said! I liked that, I liked pleasing him.

“I'm not like Hagen! As for me changing her, you're very much mistaken if you think she'd allow that! She's had my balls over several subjects that I've had to back down over so if anyone is changing its me!”

I snorted at the ball's comments.

He smirked at me. I knew she'd ran out of things to say when he laughed. “Maybe when we are in New York in the next few weeks, we could all meet up?! Prove to you I'm not a condescending asshole!”

I raised a brow. “Did she call you that?!” I wasn't having it that was just downright rude!

He shook his head. “Yes, I think she's pissed as you'd put it! I'll hand you back over!” He shook his head as he handed me my phone.

I studied him, trying to work out what had been said at the other end.

“That's kinda rude! You don't even know him!”

She sighed. “I don't like him! I think he's just saying what he knows you want to hear! Evan please don't be angry with me! I'm just looking out for you! I don't want him using you! I grew up around men like that! Please just at least think about meeting up so I can check he's okay!”

She sounded worried and I was getting fed up of her empty worries. She treated me like I didn't know what I was doing!

“I'm not some dumb love struck teen! I am an adult I make my own choices! Of course I will meet up with you! You're my best friend and I love you, but please don't act like you're my mother!” I hated when she did that.

She snorted. “Okay, I'm sorry, look just message me okay! Let me know how things are!”

I smiled. “I will do, you know its good vibes only these days!”

She giggled. “Yeah, I know! I love you!”

“I love you too, you're annoying as fuck, but I do love you!” I did, she was like my sister.

“Text soon?!”

“Soon! Bye!”

I cut the call and slid the phone back into my pocket before looking back up. “I'm sorry if she spoke out of term! She's kinda hot headed!”

The smile played at the corner of his mouth. “She doesn't give you enough credit to know your own mind!” He pulled me towards him and slipped his arms around my middle.

I tipped my head back to look up at him. “She's used to looking out for me, I guess, but I feel like I have changed from the girl she knew back in New York! I've grown as a person since I moved here!” I wanted to kiss him, to feel his lips against mine, but he was talking again.

“You have grown up, I've seen you start to flourish as a woman and I am so fucking proud that I've had a hand in that, you don't need her trying to tell you that it's wrong!” His hands moved to my head and held my face still as his lips softly brushed against mine.

I let a breath go and closed my eyes. He was right, of course. “I know.”

His lips parted against mine as my tongue explored his. My hands found their way into his hair and I moaned as he teased my bottom lip with his teeth as he pulled away from the kiss.

“My fire within knows no bounds when I'm holding you! It consumes me and I can't get enough of you!” He let me go.

I licked my lips. “I know what you mean! You ignite me in ways I didn't know existed!” I let go of him. “But you have work! Get back to it!” I giggled.

He shook his head and laughed. “I love you Miss Watson!”

I smiled broadly. “I love you too, Mr. Ballard! Now I've done my dressing table I've had an idea for my jacket! I'm gonna go get it! I'll be right back!”

I slipped past him into the office.

“Oh, okay! I've also taken the liberty of ordering you some patches and pins!” He followed me into the office.

“Oh can I see them later?! I'm just gonna go get the jacket and then I'll resume my place outside!” I walked off at quite a pace, I was excited now. I wanted to paint a slogan on the back, he had given me quite a selection of paint brushes so I was sure I would find one that was suitable to paint letters with.

I headed straight to the closet where I'd rehung my denim jacket. I took it down from the peg and headed back to his office.

“You have a look of determination on your face! What are you gonna paint on it!” He grinned from behind his desk.

I winked at him as I tapped my nose with my index finger. “Wait and see!”

He quirked a brow up at me in amusement. “Oh, now I'm intrigued!”
