Makes one cocktail

3 oz of
The Bloody Anytime

4 oz of tomato juice

Garnishes (we use fresh parsley, dill, and celery leaves, along with pickled green beans and caper berries)

i.
Combine The Bloody Anytime with tomato juice in a cocktail shaker.

ii.
Shake for 5 seconds to combine and strain into a glass filled with ice.

iii.
Finish with your favorite garnishes.

Popular along Italy’s Amalfi coast where lemon trees grow in abundance, Limoncello is a citrusy after-dinner liqueur. Most recipes for the fragrant drink take weeks to execute. That’s why we developed the
Overnight Limoncello, a super-fast method to craft a tasty Limoncello-inspired liqueur in just 12 hours. By using a large number of sliced lemon rounds, we increase the surface area of flavorful citrus, speeding up the infusion process.

5 oz of vodka

5 oz of
simple syrup

1 lemon, sliced into rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick

i.
Combine all ingredients in a 16 oz Mason jar. Seal and shake until combined.

ii.
Let infuse at room temperature for 12 hours.

iii.
Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep in the refrigerator for up to three months.

To make the simple syrup: Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool before using.

bitter is better

While it may seem natural to remove the pith, the white layer between the lemon and the peel, we prefer to leave it on. The pith adds a slight bitter note to the infusion, which we love.
