He was apologizing, and she was beginning to feel uncomfortably full. Not to mention she was beginning to cramp uncomfortably. He removed the hose, and continued to talk to her, continued to apologize for not seeing through her tough-girl act.

Until recently, she wasn't even sure it was an
act
. Now it was too clear—of course it had been an act! Even the sleeping around had been a ruse to get her parents to put their foot down, to pay attention to her for once. Instead, they had just turned their heads even further away in disgust. After that, she became the village-bicycle just to spite them and to fill her lonely hours. Penny had acted like she wasn't embarrassed by her reputation, by sex, by being used, because she was too angry with everyone around her to be embarrassed.

She wasn't angry now—just physically miserable.

“Alright. Need to go?” Thorton asked her, as if he was reading her mind.

She gasped, “Yes!”

He helped her into standing and guided her the couple of feet to the toilet. “You can release all of that,” he told her, pointing her to the toilet.

“I'm not going in front of you,” she assured, looking at the seat with fear.

“I'm not leaving the room, and neither are you,” Thorton replied simply. “The sooner you release, the sooner we can move forward.”

She wasn't in a hurry to 'move forward' and so she stood there for a good thirty seconds until the cramping became unbearable.

“Please go away?” she begged as nicely as possible.

He smirked and crossed his arms.

Finally, she sat down and proceeded to be more embarrassed than ever before in her entire life. He even cleaned her up with a washcloth afterwards. She thought she was immune to this awful feeling until she met Thorton Hux… But even as she wanted to vanish into thin air, he was behind her, cooing, “Trust me, Babygirl. Relax and let me handle you.”

She relaxed and he re-lubricated her bottom and pressed a glass plug into her. She closed her eyes and gritted her teeth. “It's too big!” she said, feeling an uncomfortable burn as it stretched the ring of her anus.

“No it's not. Just trust me.”

She closed her eyes again. He left the plug in her, told her how beautiful she was, how much he loved her, how extremely terrified he was when he realized who was flying that ship. “If you're going to do something remarkably dangerous… we have to work out a system so that I can at least be with you while you're doing it. To sit there with no control whatsoever was torture for me—how you feel now is nothing in comparison, I guarantee you.

“I wanted you safe. I don't want
you
to leave
me
, either. You're not the only one with a complex. I lost every woman ever important to me. I've lost every woman in my life that I didn't even think I
liked
until they were gone. There's no bringing anyone back, Penny. I know you've been ignored, but how many people have you lost
forever
? I've been dealing with that since I was five when I lost my father. I've felt like I've had to earn and scrape up every bit of love I've ever had… And I want to get you to the point where you'll love me easier… That you'll
obey me
easier.”

He took out the first plug and put in a second, this one much larger. She gasped and sobbed after he pressed it in. Her anus clenched uncomfortably around it, but then he walked towards the other side of the bathroom and came back. She felt the cool touch of leather on her bottom.

“No, no… No, no!” She tried to reach her arms around, but it was no good in the cuffs. His hand held her lower back to the tub. “Not with the plug in! No, no, no! You're gonna kill me!”

“I promise you'll be okay. It's not going to feel very good, Penny. This is going to be one sorry bottom when I'm done with it.”

It was already a very sorry bottom, but when he slapped the previously unacquainted leather paddle down upon her skin, it reached a whole new level of sorry.

She forgot about her family. She forgot about her struggle for attention. Now she had more attention than she could handle! SMACK, SMACK, SMACK! The sound of the paddle slapping her bottom cheeks, which were trying so hard not to clench the plug within too tightly, rang so crisply through the room, was so loud, that she was certain the entire galaxy could hear the sound of her discipline.

“I love you, Thorton. Please don't punish me like this!” she began to babble, helpless. “I'll obey you. I won't endanger myself again, I promise!”

He acted like he couldn't hear her. “You're not done yet,” he decreed eventually as she began to plead. The paddle seemed to feel harder and harder as her skin began to feel more and more tender and swollen.

Tears streamed down her face, and the punishment seemed to last forever. The noise was deafening, the pain kept her from thinking…

Then—as if in a great eureka moment—she felt suddenly different. The pain was still immense, but her sobbing stopped. She didn't know what she was sobbing about—everything was going to be okay. She suddenly knew that, to her bones. It was as if a magic spell had been cast.

She felt his fingertips press into her hot skin, and then he dropped the paddle and let his fingertip delve into her folds. “Thorton—I need you. I need you inside of me. Please, please…”

She felt his large, warm cock press against her opening, filling her like even the phallus still lodged into her bottom couldn't do. In fact, she had never felt so full in her life, so satisfied, so punished, so loved.

She remembered this feeling from before—like she was melting into Thorton—but she didn't second-guess herself. The voice inside of her head pressing her not to give her heart, body and soul to Thorton was gone. She wanted to give him everything—he was going to take it, anyway! He was in control of her, every part of her, every piece of pleasure, every emotion.

“Come in me,” she said, grinding against him heatedly. She wanted it—she wanted to give him a family like he never had. She wanted to start a new life with him; a life of being happy, being fulfilled by one man, being loved by a family that wasn't ever going to leave her now. “Please, please come in me, in me….” she panted.

He kissed the back of her neck as he thrust into her. “I love you, Fireflower.” She believed him—God, did he love her! What was she thinking before? He was her protector. She never had to fear from him. She couldn't live without him, and she finally understood that he couldn't live without her.

This time, when he filled her, it felt like he was filling more than just her womb. She had never felt so satisfied. And the feeling didn't leave this time. If it ever did, he would just remind her that he really wasn't going anywhere. He would fill her every need. She didn't need anyone else as long as she had him!

He eventually pulled out her bottom plug and carried her in his arms to their bedroom, where he laid her out on the bed and cuddled under the sheets with her. “I never want this feeling to go,” she suddenly said into his chest as she snuggled against him.

“I promise it never will. I know what you need now, and you know what I need. Our whole lives we'll feel like this way.”

And they did.

Five months later…

“So you thought I was only inviting you in my office to shoot you in the face?” Jack said as Mike was retelling his post-battle story. Jack began to laugh—he had wanted Mike to be a little nervous for blatantly disobeying orders, but the Jonas family were already known as heroes.

“It's not funny, Dude. I thought we were in for it. Like, at least a flogging,” Tim replied, leaning over the table. “I had an escape route planned.”

Tom raised an eyebrow. “You didn't let us in on this supposed 'escape plan',” he remembered dubiously.

“Only one of us was gonna make it out of there… It had to be me. I was the only one with a girlfriend. Or five of them,” Tim admitted unabashedly.

Jack shook his head at them. With the federation expanding so quickly now that the war was over, he didn't get to see the boys much. They were normally busy in their private laboratory; refusing to become Earthling diplomats despite the emperor's many pleas. They had helped pilot several loads of Earth-born human refugees back to their planet, collected a large bonus check, and then were happy to be the galaxy's bad-boys. The media loved them, silly (and unspanked) girls wanted to marry them, and their heads were getting quite large.

They would be perfect for a space-exploration mission Jack wanted to launch. They'd get out of the spot-light and hopefully use their brains for something other than getting rich—there was a universe out there, one that was at their fingertips now that Jonas-Warp existed.

They all looked up when Penny and Thorton came to join them. Thorton gently pulled out a chair for his wife—one who was more pregnant than anyone Jack had ever seen, and she was only five months along. Though, it was well-known that Thorton, somehow, had impregnated his wife with triplets. “Boy, you acted fast on getting yourself a litter,” was all he could say to Thorton as he sat down, looking as proud as always. “Did you pick out names yet?”

“Well, all we've decided on for the boys is
Not-Jack
One and
Not-Jack
Two,” Thorton teased with a wink towards his uncle.

“Ungrateful little bastard,” Jack huffed at Thorton, but then grinned. “You have a girl's name in mind, though?” he gathered.

Thorton grinned shyly, and nodded. “Kella.”

Tears immediately began to spring to Jack's eyes. He didn't say anything for a moment, but then his throat came out choked as he said, “That's actually a surprise.”

“We never got along,” Thorton admitted, “but I always felt bad that she never got to find her mate—especially after I found mine and I realized what a loss it really was. My daughter will find love for the both of them. Not too much love, mind you—” he added firmly, “but that one guy. That I approve of… When she's thirty or so and I allow her to go to the marriage festival.”

Thirty?
” Penny said, raising an eyebrow. “A little over-protective already, aren't we?”

“I imagine that I'm going to be pretty unbearable as a father,” Thorton admitted. “Especially since she's got Jonas blood in her. I'm not letting her out of my sight—God knows what sort of monkey business these kids are going to get into!”

Jack smirked. “You turned out all right, Son, you know that?” he told him approvingly.

Thorton nodded. “I do,” he replied. “But that's because I got a good lady.” He put his hand onto Penny's and smiled at her happily, which she returned to him. But eventually, he looked around, “So… I thought, for as long as Penny took to get ready, there'd be a little Masterson here by now. What's the hold-up?”

“I'm sure Eleanor's going as fast as she can,” Jack replied calmly.

Mike picked his teeth. “We've been waiting for hours. Somebody needs to tell her to push,” he added impatiently. “There's gonna be a story on the news tonight about the war, and we're mentioned—
positively
. I don't want to miss it.”

“Just think about it—just over nine months ago, we were still working on
cars
in Nowheresville, Oregon,” Tom mentioned with a grin. “Now we're welcoming a whole new flock of Jonases, working on futuristic projects, and have featurettes being made on us and being aired on TVs six-billion miles away from there!”

“It's been a long, strange trip,” Mike replied, nodding. “Thank God Ellie got abducted in the first place. The universe might have never realized how awesome we were.”

Jack pursed his lips. Yep—the boys needed to get away on a new project before their egos got any bigger.

The door on the far end of the wall suddenly opened and Fie stood there. “You can all come in now,” he invited, stepping out of the way. “We've got a little boy in there, twelve fingers, ten toes. There is one small problem.”

Jack rushed into the room and saw Ellie, looking extremely tired and she was sprawled on the bed, watching everyone file in. Graham was standing next to her with a bundle in his arms. “What's wrong?” Jack asked, concerned.

“We're going to have to call him
Jack
,” Graham huffed, but he was doing a poor job of stifling his smile. He handed the teeny, tiny infant carefully to his father. “He had the nerve to come out looking exactly like you.”

“He's like a clone except for the feet,” Ellie added, but then she smiled brightly. “And he gave me nothing but trouble all day before he came out with a very stern expression. He's a very serious boy.” Ellie frowned when he saw Jack's eye glaze with tears. “Oh, don't go tearing up on me, Dad.”

Jack shook his head. “I didn't think I would ever get this feeling back, that's all.” He didn't have to say what that feeling was—the feeling was thick in the room. This feeling of
family—
an unbroken one! “I am so blessed to have you all. I'm so blessed you kids came into our lives,” he said to the Jonases.

“We gave you nothing but trouble,” Penny reminded him with a wink.

“And I loved every second of it. You have been worth every headache.”

“Agreed,” Graham and Thorton said in unison. Suddenly the room was alight with laughter—everyone was just so… happy.

Penny grinned and reached for the baby, feeling more content than ever. “Give him here. Poor kid—he's come into the weirdest family in the universe. And we're far from changing.”
