Acknowledgments
I am beyond thankful for all the people who have helped this series continue, especially my editor, John Scognamiglio, and my agent, John Talbot. Sherry Harris, editor and my fellow Wicked Cozy Author, your talents at making my books better never cease to amaze me.
I wouldn't have as much joy in my work if I wasn't sharing this ride with Sherry and the rest of the Wickeds (and their alter egos), Jessie Crockett/Jessica Estevao, Julie Hennrikus/Julianne Holmes, Edith Maxwell/Maddie Day, and Barbara Ross. You guys are my lifeboat.
With every book, I choose a few special rescue organizations to mention in honor of my rescue dogs and cats. This time, I'm proud to mention these amazing animal angels:
Lisa Starker Shackett and Mary's Kitty Korner, Inc., in Granby, Connecticut, online at maryskittykorner.org.
Joni Nelson, Fred, and the Feral Cat Warriors of Boston's Forgotten Felines, Roslindale, Massachusetts, true warriors for the cats.
Angels Among Us Animal Rescue in Brighton, Tennessee, online at angelsamongusanimalrescue.org.
Vanessa at the Big Biscuit in Franklin, Massachusettsâthanks for your awesome recipes!
As always, thanks to Cynthia and Doug Fleck for being two of my biggest fans.
A thank you that will never be big enough to Kim Fleck, wearing two hats: First as Brand Fearless for her social media prowess and photography skills, and more importantly as herself for her never-ending support, patience, and love. I truly have no idea where I'd be without you. You make it all possible and worthwhile. Love you.
And to the readersâthere are no words. Thank you for loving books, and for reading mine.
