Nothing could stop their love, not storms, nor beasts, nor men themselves. Their love was built on a concrete foundation, held sturdy by their own unconditional emotions felt so strongly towards one another.

Ever since that fateful day, a monumental event in both their lives that changed everything completely, not one iota of their existences was ever the same after it, after the groundbreaking effect it had on both of them, neither wanted their lives back to the way it once. How it was now could only be called: perfect.

They remembered that day like it happened yesterday, it was an unforgettable chapter in their lives, one they reminisced about with much true fondness, they spoke about it often in their most intimate moments together, in their private quarters, under the harmonious sheets in their loving nest, after making love for the third time.

It was a vibrant spring day, the remains of winter were dwindling away with every passing second, the grey skies were an afterthought, the thick blanket of snow that enveloped the ankles had melted into puddles evaporated by the return of the sun.

It was a side of Russia many outsiders did not know of, many assumed it was a land gripped in endless snow and blistering cold every day of every year, they couldn't have been more mistaken. It was graced with its fair share of splendour and warmth as well, and this day of all days was its pinnacle.

The trees were receiving their first sprouting addition of leaves that would soon cluster all over the once barren branches.

Flowers were standing erect with their freshly bloomed petals opening up to be blessed in the light of the sun's brilliance.

Newborn birds were announcing their birth unto the world, letting it known that the beginning of a new season was afoot.

The plants and the animals weren't the only things blooming that Spring, there was another beautiful gift of nature flowering on the emerald green fields, one that could not be seen but felt within, a small word with the grandest meaning in any dialect: love.

They had met by pure chance, it was an unforeseeable act of spontaneity. Neither of the two lovers could have predicted or planned meeting their other half, or know that such a person existed until they saw it with their own cloudy eyes.

That day, in the hallways of the exact same university they were both studying at, it all began with the starry eyed and shy young woman with long hair of black velvet with the innocent face that could have belonged to a living angel on earth, with a heavenly name to match her visage from the heavens, Indria, was racing to get to her next class.

In her haste, she had stumbled over her own shoes and dropped her bag, spilling all her contents over the floor.

It was there, at that precise instance, the warm eyed, dashing young man with short shaven hair, and a five o'clock shadow with a face showing that while he may have been rough looking on the surface, he was smooth on the inside.

She would soon know him by his name, a name that sent her heart rate to skip multiple beats and still did when she said or thought of it: Victor.

Victor politely assisted in helping her gather every last one of her books and stationary equipment, she greatly accepted his help with the sweetest of smiles he had ever seen. Victor had witnessed many women smile, but none had such an impact as her smile of an angel that sent him in a fluster within.

Her impact had not eased since, it was stronger every time he saw her wonderful smile that heightened her uncomparable beauty.

Something miraculous took place during that little first meeting which held an enormous scale on both of them. Their hands had inadvertently crossed paths while picking up the mess, the wires had met and with it brought on a powerful spark between the two conductors. It was a chain reaction like no other, they felt a strong connection from that very small contact. They could tell, intuitively from their own pulsating hearts rapidly thumping at their chests that this was no ordinary encounter, this was not something to pass them by. They would not finish with a quick exchange of a “Thank you” and a “You're welcome.”, then go on their separate ways and never think anything of the moment again.

Victor and Indria, Indria and Victor, their names went together, they fit perfectly like two pieces to a grand puzzle.

Further emphasized when offering to walk Indria to her class, he discovered a most shocking coincidence, she was in the same class as himself. She was just as astounded as himself, how could they have missed one another for all this time, how could they have been in the dark to their existence when sitting so close.

It was often said that the one thing looked for was the one thing that could not be seen. Victor and Indria were no longer blind to each other's presence. Throughout the entire lecture, they couldn't take their eyes off the other, they were more interested in getting to know their find of the century in greater depth than the ramblings of their long winded lecturer.

They spent every free moment they could that day in their company, feeling the connection moving closer to reaching the very tip of the wire. They learnt everything they ever needed to know about the life of their significant other. The clouds in their eyes were drifting away, parting so they could see one another in much clearer light and both liked what they saw with an unfiltered view a great deal.

When the phenomenal day drew to a conclusion, such a rush came over their exhilarated bodies, it was the most fun they had in ages gone by. Bidding their piece that completed their puzzle a good night, heading back to their dormitories, they could not contain the rapture charging through their very cores.

It was apparent from that moment on, it would be the beginning of something extraordinary. The flower of their love had already bloomed in one day, all it needed now was frequent nurturing and caring, a duty both gladly took upon themselves to keep their sweet flower standing tall with much strength as the day it sprouted.

The days went on, every minute was used well, their relationship was growing broadly, it was showing no signs of ever withering and dying. They would not allow such a tragedy to befall such a beautiful gift shared between them and only them. There was no flower alike, what they had was special, they cherished it as much as they did with each other.

Victor and Indria were inseparable, thriving off their company as if it was a mighty drug, one that benefited a life as opposed to destroying it.

The high they felt was akin to soaring into the infinite vastness of the galaxy. They could not get enough of the joys and wonders a couple was granted. They never knew what they were missing out on until they were engaging in it themselves.

When they were forced to return to their dorms without the other at their side, they faced such potent withdrawal symptoms. They came crashing back down. They were lost without the most powerful dose of love injected into their lives. They were gripped by the craving for more, they waited intensely for the next day, appreciating the following dosage of togetherness and savouring every last drop of it.

Each dose increased its strength, the high they felt was ever so more strong, their feelings were growing more deeper and intimate.

Before either anticipated it, they were venturing onto the next stage of the addiction called love, their lips had been drawn, merging as one combined pair, smacking and smooching off with sounds of affectionate contact.

It was their first kiss. And from the one, came the many that followed.

The intense affections did not stop with just kissing, it progressed to a level that could not be denied or ignored. It had to be appeased, the powerful drug had to be taken to fully cement their relationship and declare their eternal love.

One romance filled night, after a dinner at Victor's favourite restaurant that cooked the finest vintage Russian cuisine going and a dance at the local nightclub, he brought her home to her dormitory. He expected it to go like the other dates, they would have a sweet good night kiss and then wait until the next moment arose for the pair to meet. That was not the case, from the meal and the dancing, a strong sexual feeling was flowing between them, it was impossible to ignore, they could tell they were both sharing the sultry sensation.

Their minds and their bodies were aching to touch, to feel, to be with their kindred soul mate. The flower needed no more growing, it had reached its full maturity and with it, came the requirement to  spread the seeds to unearth more young sprouting love.

Their eyes were unable to look away from one another, more often than usual, they could not avert their gaze for a second. They were admiring every fine inch of their lovers picturesque features, from their cheeks, to their noses, to their lips. It was much more than simply observing their partner in silent awe, they were undressing their lover with their eyes, picturing in their vivid imagination what they looked like in their bare, natural form. How beautiful their bodies must have been, the perfect vessel to contain their identically beautiful souls.

The time spent at the neon drenched nightclub, dancing the last hours of the night away to techno music pounding off the speakers, their moves were a lot more sensual and closer than ever before. Their bodies were rubbing off one another in a rigorous friction, their hands could not be pried off any part of their lovers body they could feel, from Indria's curves, to Victor's thighs, to their chests all the way down to their rear ends and just above their crotches, they were frisking their lovers up, wanting to tear their clothing off on the dance floor.

Managing to resist their urges to lay one another bare, they forced themselves to walk home without stripping naked and making love in the nearest alley, their exposed flesh heated up by the flames of their passion and the warm night air. They fought back their passionate emotions, that did not restrain them from kissing all the way to the university grounds.
