“I just want to— ” Will cut himself off. He seemed oddly uncertain for someone who had just pulled Charlie to him. “You'll like
Laura
,” he said instead of whatever he'd been going to say. “There's an actual police detective. His name is Mark... oh. You know, we could watch something else.”

“Whatever you want.” He had no idea what had Will fretting now, but he knew enough to end it. He was already leaning on Will, without meaning to, but Will finally seemed to notice and choked out a stream of apologies for standing there and quoting Mae West at him, and it should have been funny, and Charlie supposed it was, but mostly he was watching Will get excited and letting himself be pulled toward the living room, frowning as Will tucked himself under Charlie's arm as though Charlie needed that much support just to move.

He was fine. He just had to rest.

But he was biting his lip by the time they made it to the couch, and Will only let go when he saw Charlie's face. Then he hovered over Charlie, his expression unhappy, as Charlie lowered himself to the couch.

Sitting down was another shock, a sudden build up and release of tension that made him fall back against the cushion. Will was in his face a moment later, waving his hands until Charlie shook his head at him. He was okay. This was normal, just unpleasant. After a moment it went away, but Charlie stayed where he was, afraid to move.

“Charlie. I could have... .”

Will left him with another frown, turning on the TV and finding the remote before returning to sit next to him on the couch. The movie wasn't on yet. They watched a short film from World War II, or Charlie did. Will watched Charlie until he finally dropped the remote to the floor and cleared his throat. Charlie looked back.

“How was your day?” He did truly want to know. He hoped Will understood that. Will sniffed but then sat back. A moment later his shoes were off. He ran a hand through his hair. Charlie's hands were on the couch cushions, holding tight, but he wanted to reach out.

“Oh, you know, she didn't want anything that complicated, she really just wanted a second opinion on all her wedding stuff. Luckily she has bank and treated me to a champagne lunch. I feel so old school. And I rewarded her with my advice; my taste is impeccable.” Will's stare wasn't nearly as warm as his tone.

“Of course it is,” Charlie agreed dryly, and Will's eyebrows arched up.

“Don't you forget it.” He twisted, his feet coming up under him as he moved in to feel Charlie's damp hair. “Still needs to be shorter. When you were a cop, did you buzz it or did you gel it into that little cop swoop? Did you have a mustache?”

“No, and it wasn't buzzed. Why?” Most of the pain was gone. Charlie shifted to lean against the arm of the couch, and knew he was still too tense when Sam jumped up behind his head and made him flinch.

“Just wondering.” Will was defensive, then excited. “She wants this
gorgeous
shade of blonde... I was thinking of maybe trying it.” Charlie must have made a noise, because Will grinned. “But I could also stay this shade. It
does
seem to be working for me.” His fingers trailed down Charlie's neck. “And what did you do today aside from manly plumbing activities?”

Charlie exhaled, tried to relax, to not feel the sparks from Will's wandering fingertips. “Nothing interesting. It was just long.” He felt like he'd been waiting for this moment since he'd left for work that morning, and yet now... . He rolled his shoulders, smoothed his palms over his jeans. His lower back was on fire, the rest of him was stiff. His stomach grumbled. He ignored that too, focusing on Will, the texts that had promised everything tonight until Charlie's hip had ruined it. “
Spankdaddy
?” He was burning up like he'd taken Vicodin after all.

“You don't like?” Will fake-pouted, leaning into him and whispering. The rest of Charlie was getting warm now too, more so when Will scooted over to sit against his side. Charlie tensed, though Will only sighed and put his head on his shoulder. His body was heavy, his hair soft. Someone on TV was introducing the movie. Charlie's pulse was fast and then slow. Will hummed, content by anyone's standards, and Charlie had barely touched him. It would have been nice to ease down, to lay his head back and let Will lean his full weight onto him, watch the movie without any pain, or to give in to the pain and have Will not mind.

Will was pouting for dramatic effect. “I kind of liked the sound of it. It's how I could introduce you.” He was teasing, had to be.

Charlie didn't see what was wrong with something plain and simple, like boyfriend, but his breath caught at his own thought and he didn't say it out loud. Will was tuned into the movie now, anyway, or seemed to be. He let one hand fall onto Charlie's leg and was breathing steadily as the screen went dark and opening credits went by.

“Guess I'll have to find some other way to... . Oh, look at him, Charlie.” The hand on his leg curled. Charlie swallowed but looked up, watched a frowning man in a suit with a faint limp start questioning an older man. “Oh my God, this whole time I've had a type and didn't even know it.”

“What?” Charlie glanced at Will, who was staring at the TV and blushing, actually
blushing
. Charlie looked back at the movie.

“Oh,” Will said again, and then he laughed. Delighted and just a bit shocked. Even without knowing why, Charlie let out a breath. Will's fingers skated down over his knee, then back to his thigh. Then they stopped. “Does it still hurt?”

“What? No.” Will was missing his movie. Charlie decided on a safe answer. “It aches a little. The problem is that I was compensating and... .” Doing everything his physical therapist had scolded him for doing. “I really will be fine.” His throat was dry as he explained, but then, he'd never had to before.

“You're so tense.” Will's hand on his leg wasn't helping.

“It's nothing. I just need to... .”

“Relax?” Will really looked at him. He hummed again. “I can help you with that, you know.”

“Will.” Charlie's throat tightened. He wanted to, but... . “I'd— ” Will's eyes were so bright on him, and he was so tired, he couldn't think. “I'd love to, but I don't think I can— ” He stopped at Will's frown, shut his mouth when Will's hand slid up his leg and settled over his cock. It pounded against his palm.

Will turned, getting onto his knees. His other hand went to Charlie's other leg, then slid down to the cushion. Will was hot over him, not holding still long enough to do more than press a kiss to his throat and check his reaction.

“Let me, Charlie.” He was serious. “You need to relax, and I can help you. I want to. You don't need to do anything.” His hand moved tentatively, pushing, and Charlie fought the urge to arch forward. He wet his mouth.

He might have laughed if he hadn't been so breathless, except Will was so strangely intense.

“I'm not saying no.” He couldn't imagine refusing Will anymore and briefly wondered how he ever had. “But you shouldn't have to— ”

“It's okay for you, but not for me?” Will frowned, and Charlie couldn't tell whether or not it was real. He wasn't sure how to answer, settled for slowly shaking his head from side to side. Then he nodded. Maybe he'd taken the wrong pill and muddled his thinking after all.

“But you should... .” He got that out at least, watching Will's mouth. Will inhaled and spoke slowly. He moved his hand again, pulling Charlie's shirt out of the way, finding bare skin. Charlie met his eyes and tried again as Will stroked circles over his stomach, and it was warm, so warm. “I want you.” Will made a pleased sound that caught in his throat, then inched closer. Charlie's voice rose as he tried to explain. “If you want to wait, I could— ”

“Charlie, sometimes you know
just
what to say to me.” Will made no attempt to hide his pleased shudder. He bent his head again, pressing another slow series of kisses to Charlie's throat and exhaling when Charlie swallowed. “You can do whatever you want to me later if you want.” He made the dangerous offer in that sticky voice of his. “But trust me, I don't
have to
do anything here. Please, just let me make you so happy... and relaxed... and all better.” His voice was smooth, soft, dropping slowly like his hand.

Charlie gave an involuntary shiver but couldn't look away.

“Just sit back and... .” The hiss of the zipper had them both breathing harder. Then Will touched his cock, and Charlie arched up, tense for one bright moment and then falling back when Will kissed him, his jaw, his neck, and then his chest. “Let me entertain you.”

God. Will was almost laughing, and Charlie was out of breath, squeezing the couch cushions and then reaching up to hold onto Will when Will shifted back. But it was only to get more comfortable, then he was pushing Charlie's jeans aside. He chuckled again at Charlie's slight movement, and then looked up.

And if you're
real
good
,” he sang quietly, his breath warm through Charlie's shirt, and Charlie's fingers curled into what he realized was Will's hair. Soft and smooth, and what he thought was a perfect shade of blond. He found the tip of Will's ear and he didn't think he imagined how Will twisted into that. “
I'll make you feel good
.” Will shifted again, moving his hands, and then did just that.

Charlie exhaled, let his head fall back. He hit Sam, who huffed and moved away. Charlie barely noticed.

“Will.” He was still tense, so, so tense, but Will's mouth was hot, and Will was
humming
, humming his ridiculous song as he sucked his cock and massaged his leg with one hand, squeezing the muscles almost absently, over and over.

Charlie had the strangest vision of Sam flexing his claws when he was happy and shut his eyes.

He gasped and moved his hand again, urging Will down, not that Will needed much urging. He hadn't meant to, but Will was... . Will was incredible, slowly but surely making him lose his mind.

The ache was there, but Christ did he not care about it right now. He was just hot, and Will was... .

“Will,” he tried again, wetting his mouth and twitching his hips up. It hurt, but when he pushed back with a groan, Will was right there, his hands pressing down with surprising strength to hold Charlie still. A noise slipped from him as he took Charlie's cock in deeper, and he swallowed, pre-come and maybe spit, and then took more.

Charlie's chest was tight. When his body shifted again, Will shoved him down, and he hadn't stopped humming, like the kind of wicked porn star who'd lick come off a man's hand in the dark of a parking lot.

“Fuck.” It escaped at the image, at the rasp of Will's tongue and how wet his mouth was. He could practically hear Will telling him to lie back, to let him make him come, and still he tightened his grip in Will's hair, relaxing his hands a moment later at the pull down his spine, the way his body started to tighten in a way that wasn't painful at all.

“Just let me, Charlie.” It was in everything Will was doing, and Charlie frowned though his mouth was open, though he was breathing hard and loud. He was going to do this to Will later, he was going to get him on his back and make Will this happy. Make him come into his hand, watch him lick it again, and if his face was burning at the sudden dirty thought, he couldn't make himself care.

If he said it, Will would do it. He'd already said so, and Jesus... he wanted to ask. It was suddenly all he could think about. Coming, and Will's mouth, and Will covered in his come.

Will bobbed his head and pushed him down because he must have moved, and Charlie opened his eyes, stared as release got closer, as Will sucked
hard
, and pleasure was all he could feel now, and he curled his fingers, pulling Will back as he gasped again, and hot, embarrassed and exhausted but mostly hot at seeing some of his semen at Will's mouth. Will looked at him as he swallowed.

He was flushed and out of breath, and Charlie dropped his hands, shocked at himself but tired, then couldn't think to protest when Will took that as a sign to climb over him. He settled with his legs outside of Charlie's, and holding himself up, he leaned down to bury his face in Charlie's neck.

“Better, Daddy?” he asked softly, his mouth wet, and Charlie was dizzy as he smelled himself.

Somewhere, the movie was still playing, old movie fast dialogue about obsession. Charlie was warm, and Will was above him, his chest moving rapidly up and down until Charlie dropped his hands to run them over Will's back.

“Sorry,” he managed, since he hadn't even asked, and Will, naturally, laughed at him. Charlie couldn't seem to make himself care. He was limp against the back of the couch, he realized, drawing long, slow breaths, and if the pain was still there, slowly intruding on his moment with Will, then at least his muscles had stopped shaking.

He shifted, clutching at Will's hip, and Will instantly pulled back and shook his head. Charlie shivered as he moved away, sliding to his feet. He was the one who seemed to be shaky now, wobbling for a moment before he disappeared into the kitchen.

Charlie opened his mouth to call him back, ask what he was doing, but as he did he heard water running, and a moment later Will was back in sight, sipping from a glass of water.

“You don't have a coffee table, Charlie.” He seemed to have noticed that for the first time. Charlie just stared at him, staring some more when Will extended a hand to him and it had a pill in it. “If you need it,” he offered in a whisper, the water ready too.

He shifted from foot to foot, a hint of nerves that seemed at odds with what he'd just done or the arousal tenting the part of his shirt that covered his jeans. “It's not the prescription,” Will added, then he quirked a smile when Charlie didn't move. “Really, Charlie, if you're in pain, how are you going to make me your bitch later?”

“That so isn't funny.” It at least made Charlie answer. He reached out and took the pill before Will could say anything else. The water helped, then Will took the glass back and finished it. He set the glass on the floor, then curled back up on the couch, leaning against Charlie for all of a moment and then sliding down to stretch out on his side.
