On the way home, Molly was staring out the window of the truck, lost in thought. Now that Ryder knew that she might be Gunnar’s sister, did he think differently of her? It was a strange situation. Strange, hell it was downright impossible to dream stuff like this up. She had known Joci for about six years now and never in either of their dreams would they have ever thought something like this.

Ryder pulled the truck into the garage and closed the door. He opened his door and noticed that Molly hadn’t moved.

“Hey. You still with me?”

Molly shook her head once and blinked a couple of times. “Yeah. Sorry. I’m coming.”

She got out of the truck and walked around to the kitchen door. Ryder was standing there waiting for her. He put his arms around her and pulled her close. She could feel his warmth seep into her. She heard him breathe deeply as he always did with her. He said he loved the way she smelled.

“I love you, Molly. Nothing will change that.”

Molly looked up at him. “Are you sure? This is pretty weird, you know. Most men would run screaming and yelling from me as fast as they could.”

“Well, most men are stupid. At least that’s what we’re always told,” he said, smirking at her.

Molly started laughing. “Well. That’s true.”

Ryder bent down and smacked her on the ass. He opened the door and gently pushed her inside.

“We should wait to tell them you’re moving in, don’t you think?”

“Yeah. Let’s tackle things one at a time. It doesn’t change anything anyway. I’m usually here all the time, so it’s just a matter of moving the remainder of my clothes and my bike here. A few other things, but nothing I need immediately.”

***

Wednesday morning Molly woke up early and stared at the ceiling for a long time. Today she, Joci, Gunnar, and Ryder were going to visit her mom and see if she could or would tell them if Keith was Molly’s father. She wasn’t sure what to think about all of this. She had Joci take a few pictures of her and Gunnar together and she had scrutinized those pictures like crazy. They had the same eyes, the same nose, the same mouth, and the same hair and skin color. They were similar in so many ways. Molly was a lot shorter than Gunnar, but, in other ways, you could see the family resemblance. When she compared them to the pictures of Keith, she could definitely see that they all looked alike.

Molly had grown up without siblings, but she had always dreamed of having a brother or sister. Gunnar told her he had felt the same way. Now, here they were, possibly siblings. Would it be too late to build a bond? Molly had felt a connection with Gunnar the first time they’d met. It was nothing romantic at all, but a kinship that she couldn’t describe. Gunnar had felt it as well. They’d had lunch together yesterday to discuss just how surreal this had turned out to be.

“A penny for your thoughts.”

Molly looked over at Ryder. He was lying on his side with his head in his hand staring at her. He was still the most handsome man she had ever met. He took her breath away. Her tummy still did flip-flops when she saw him walk in the door at night after work. Her breath still became ragged when he kissed her. And the sex, well, there were no words for the feeling of him sliding himself inside of her.

“I bet you would want it back if you knew.”

Molly slowly pushed Ryder down and crawled on top of him. She kissed his neck, his jaw, his mouth. Oh, she loved this man.

Ryder grabbed Molly’s ass in both hands and pushed her down on top of his quickly growing erection.

“You better not be thinking about our brother. I’m going to start getting jealous at all the time you spend thinking about him.”

Our brother. Ryder had started saying that a lot. It was weird, yet it was more than likely true.

“Who
should
I be thinking about?”

“Hmm. Maybe you should think about me. Think about how it feels when my tongue slides along your cute little pussy, how it dips inside of you to taste you. Think about how it feels when I slide myself inside of you. When I suck on your hard little nipples and make you come.”

“Hmm. That does sound nice. But…I’m good.”

Within seconds, Ryder had Molly rolled onto her back looking up at him. He shoved himself quickly inside of her and pulled all the way out. Molly moaned. Ryder rubbed his swollen cock on Molly’s clit and pushed down, grinding around a few times. He watched her pupils dilate and her nostrils flare and he knew she was turned on. He pushed inside of her again, stroked twice, and then pulled all the way out. She groaned when he pulled out and kept himself away from her so he wasn’t touching her. Molly grabbed his hips and tried pulling him down on top of her, but he was stronger. Molly groaned and tried pushing her hips up to touch him, but she couldn’t reach him. Ryder smiled down at her.

“What are you thinking about now, babe?”

“Gah, this is frustrating. I’m thinking about you.”

“Yeah? What are you thinking about me?”

“Ryder, please.”

Since she asked so nicely, Ryder slid inside of her again, stroking in and out a few times. He pulled himself all the way out again. He kissed her thoroughly and hungrily. He fell to his elbows and rubbed against her a few times. Molly’s hips were pushing up into Ryder seeking release. Ryder smiled down at her. “What are you doing, Molly?”

“Ryder, please. I need to come.”

Ryder chuckled. “I need a condom. Hang on, babe.”

“No, you don’t. I went on the pill a couple of weeks ago. Please, Ryder, I need you.”

“Did you now?”

“Yes. I wanted to feel you inside of me without a condom.”

He looked at her, his smile devastating. He nipped at her bottom lip and plunged his tongue into her mouth while he slowly entered her. Molly moaned as Ryder slid inside. He felt like heaven.

Ryder pumped in and out a few times and reached down to hook Molly’s leg over his arm so he could push deeper inside of her. God, that was perfect. She was perfect. Ryder started stroking in and out in a perfect rhythm, grinding himself against Molly every few strokes.

“Come with me, babe.”

“Yes,” was all Molly could say.

Ryder ground against her a few more times and Molly cried out his name as her orgasm rolled over her in wave after wave of sensation. God, he loved the way she made him feel—like there was no one else in this world, nothing else that mattered but him. The way it felt sliding into her without a condom, well, hell, there were no words. He could feel the lips of her pussy hugging his cock all the way in and then back out. It was such a delicate, delicious friction. He had never been inside a woman without a condom. He knew right then and there that he would never use a condom again. Her heat was intense and the slick walls of her pussy were quivering and milking his cock like never before. Ryder continued pumping into her as her orgasm continued, then he stiffened and poured himself into her, for the first time without a condom. Damn, that felt so good. Yup, he would never wear a condom again.

They cleaned up and giggled about how messy it is without a condom. “I don’t care, I loved the feeling of going bareback. I’m never wearing a condom again.”

Molly laughed out loud. “Bareback? Is that what it’s called?” He nodded and laughed.

They were still for a few minutes. “So, now that we’re both feeling relaxed, you want to tell me what you were studying on the ceiling?”

Molly chuckled. “I’m both nervous and excited for today. I still can’t believe this is happening. You couldn’t write this stuff.”

Ryder chuckled. She was right about
that
. Life was certainly stranger than fiction or something like that.

Ryder pulled Molly into his arms and held on to her. He kissed the top of her head and rubbed his hand up and down her arm. He loved lying here with her. He loved being with her. Hell, he just loved her.

“Are you embarrassed about me meeting your mom?”

Molly lifted up so she could look into his eyes. “No. Do I seem like I am? I never want you to feel that way, babe. I love you…more than anything, I hope you can understand that she’s not…well.”

Ryder shook his head. “Don’t worry, I get it. I understand. You haven’t met
my
mother yet, my biological mother. You’ll see ‘not well’.”

They both laughed.

At ten o’clock, they were seated in a visiting room of the nursing home. The nurses went to get Tori from her room. Molly could hear the clock ticking away the seconds as they waited. She looked up at Gunnar and smiled a nervous smile. Ryder kissed the side of her head and wrapped his arm around her shoulders. Joci smiled watching them together.

Surprisingly, Joci wasn’t angry or nervous or, well, anything, really. She remembered the pain she had felt when she had found Tori and Keith in bed together. As she had thought about it over the years, she was more hurt that Tori had cheated on her than Keith. After the shock had worn off, the betrayal of her best friend had cut like a knife for many years afterwards. She never saw Tori again. This would be the first time in more than twenty-five years.

The door opened and a nurse walked in pushing Tori in a wheelchair. She wheeled her over to the table and locked the wheels on the chair. The nurse looked at Molly. “Do you want me to stay, hon?”

Molly always felt sad when she saw her mom. In her youth, she had been a pretty woman. Sitting here looking at her today, that pretty woman was no longer present. Her eyes were the dull eyes of a person that merely existed in the body, the light dimmed. Her hair, where it had once been thick and full, was now a dull gray color and hung limply to her shoulders in a lifeless bob. Her pretty, clear complexion was dull. Her skin was now blotchy, probably from the medications she took. Once in a while, some of it would come back; a light would go on, but it would always go back off.

“Maybe you better in case she has a tantrum.”

The nurse nodded. Looking at Tori, she said, “Ms. Elson, I will be right here if you need me.” She sat down in a chair behind Tori.

Molly looked at Joci, Gunnar, and Ryder. “Sometimes she gets upset that she can’t remember things. Or maybe, that she can’t remember me and throws tantrums, probably out of frustration. They’re not sure.”

Everyone nodded and got up to go and sit at the table. Tori was looking at them all, trying to figure out who they were. She looked at Joci and cocked her head to the side, studying her. Joci smiled at her and said, “Hello Tori. How are you?”

Tori’s lips trembled and slightly turned up at the ends, but her attention was diverted to Gunnar. Gunnar got up and sat right next to Tori at the table. Tori squealed, “Keith, you came to see me. I’ve been waiting so long for you.”

Tori grabbed Gunnar’s hand and held on for dear life. Gunnar looked at his mom and then at Molly.

“Mom. This isn’t Keith, this is Gunnar.”

“Gunnar? No, Gunnar’s a baby. I was with Joci when she had him. It scared the hell out of me watching her deliver that baby. I’m going to have a baby and I don’t want to go through that.”

Well, that was easy. Pretty much summed up what they came here for. Joci looked at Tori, still holding Gunnar’s hand.

“Joci. Oh, Joci how are you? I’m so sorry, Joci. Please don’t be mad at me.”

Tori started crying. She wiped her eyes and nose. A nurse came over and wiped her hands with a moist cloth and gave her a tissue.

“Tori, is your baby Keith’s baby?”

“I can’t tell you. I’m not supposed to say anything. Keith said if I told you, he would leave me.”

Tori looked at Gunnar. “Tell her Keith, tell her what you told me.”

Gunnar, pushing his unease aside, was willing to get into the game a little. He looked at his mom and raised his eyebrows. He looked at Molly and mouthed
sorry
.

“Tori, are you pregnant with my baby?”

“Yes, Keith, I told you. I’m due in January. We’re going to have a baby.”

Tori was smiling and looking at Gunnar. She was clearly lost in another world, twenty-five years back. Was that the last time she was truly happy? So sad to think she had lived a miserable life all these years. Keith sure screwed up a lot of people. Some people make it through, some people crack under the pressure.
