She didn't waste time getting ready. She kept her shower short spending minimal time to apply her makeup and do her hair. Nikki dressed in some dark leggings, a skin-tight red bandage style dress that flashed skin everywhere and her spike heeled boots. She grabbed a leather jacket she could ride in with and tucked her helmet under her arm. As she exited her room and moved down the hall to the main area of the clubhouse she could hear Slick talking to Tex and Trace. "I will do this because you know how I feel about Nikki but I'm telling you now I don't like any of this bullshit. I don't like to shit where I eat man and this is dangerously close to that but besides that I'm seriously worried about Nikki. I know what happened awhile back and I watched her in the club that night she was smashing back the drinks and she let that guy practically fuck her on the dance floor after little more than a hello, then she disappeared with him. Then the next week she's back there again and she approached me and I know it wasn't for a catch up. She had that look in her eye like she was going for a buy till rich boy distracted her not that I would've sold to her anyway. She is looking for a way to self-destruct I've seen it too many times before" Nikki was not going to let this conversation go any further. She stomped into the main room "Right I'm ready, let's go." All three turned to her and their eyes swept over her from head to toe. "Maybe you guys should risk a trip into town cos looking like that I think I'm gonna have my hands full keeping everyone off her." She rolled her eyes at Slick "Please no one is going to touch me if I don't want them to." Her demeanour said straight out that she wasn't someone to be messed with. "You're riding in?" Slick gestured towards her helmet "I thought I was taking you?" "You're not taking me you're escorting me and I'm taking my bike I could use the ride." It was not up for negotiation.

She headed outside without waiting for him. Slick caught her up "He isn't good for you Nikki." She stared at him blankly. "Cole, he'll wear you down until you break then he'll toss you in the trash and move on to the next victim. He's not capable of caring or love. I know the shit he's into and you don't need that shit, you might think you do but you don't. I've seen it happen Nikki." She'd known this about Cole from the moment she saw him. What he wanted he took and when he was finished taking and he no longer had use for something he disposed of it. Classic spoilt rich boy. No regard for anyone's feelings above the bare minimum of what was necessary in social settings. "I'm not blind Slick I'm aware of exactly what Cole is." He glared at her "I don't think you are. Do you remember Lucy?" She vaguely remembered her, Slick had dated her for a while "Yes." "She was sucked in by all his bullshit. He got her so she dependent on him, she spent all her time pandering to his every whim, to the point where she no longer socialized with her friends didn't even see her family any more. Then he dumped her. He completely cut her off, acted as if she'd never even existed. She became a shell of a person and completely desperate for any kind of scrap from him. Then she jumped off the roof of the apartment building where she lived because of him. I was the only one who knew about them and when I told him what she'd done he said nothing. Even in death he didn't acknowledge her." She had no way of knowing what happened with Lucy. No one can know the inner workings of another's mind, there could've been a hell of a lot more to the story than that. Plus people deal with grief in different ways and Marcus Cole was definitely the silent type. "That's fucked up Slick, there's no denying that but you can't know the whole truth of the situation anything could've happened to push Lucy to do that and I'm not Lucy."

"Fine you wanna put yourself in that situation you go right ahead but I don't like covering for you guys Nikki, the information about the bouncer I don't mind, I don't even mind helping to get hold of that bastard. But covering for you and Cole, if it weren't for the fact that I work for him and I need that income I would not be getting involved in this shit." She needed him to keep his mouth shut. "There's nothing to cover for Slick. Cole and I are not dating or having a relationship and I can assure you I am not emotionally invested in him. What we are is fucking and what that is, is none of yours or anyone else's business and I would like to keep it that way ok? So you don't know shit because you don't know shit. Got it?" Slick shook his head at her "Whatever Nikki but I'm telling you, you are going to come off second best here." "I can handle it Slick. If and when I can't it won't be you who I turn to for help so don't worry." He almost looked offended at that comment. Tex walked out of the clubhouse and Nikki gave Slick a pointed look. Tex approached her as Slick moved off to get in his car. "We're gonna get those plates run although I don't think it'll turn up much." Nikki nodded her head at him. "You sure you know what you're doing here Ace?" She was struck with the notion that he wasn't just referring to her information gathering excursion. She turned and glared at Slick. "Hey don't blame him. I'm worried about you Nikki, we all are. You've never been careful and you've always been happy to throw down with the rest of us but you've never had total disregard for your own safety. All I'm saying is be careful. I don't want to lose you especially to upstairs." He gestured skyward. She couldn't put up with any more of the shitty guilt they heaped on her; she needed to be numb again. "I'm pretty sure there's no chance of that and I know exactly what I'm doing." She fixed her mask to her face and put her glasses and helmet on. "Right we'll talk when you get back." She threw her leg over the bike and took the weight of it "Yeah." She started her bike and rolled out of there Slick following behind her.

They'd been in the club barely long enough for her to down her second drink when Cole appeared out of the crowd. "So I have all the info they need on Lenny." He showed her a manila folder filled with info on the bouncer. She didn't look at him and when she tried to grab the folder he closed it and drew it back across the bar towards him. "Ah ah aahh. You can have this after we sort out what we need to sort out." She was tempted to tell him to fuck off but only because she would enjoy the fight. She stood from the stool and glanced around searching for Slick, if she disappeared without warning him he'd bring the whole MC down on their heads. She spotted him across the space and gestured towards Cole. He gave her a single nod of his head while looking seriously pissed. "I don't have a whole lot of time. They expect me back in a few hours." He scoffed as he directed her through the club with his hand at the small of her back "Well right now I am more focused on my own expectations like the fact that I expect to be compensated  for the bullshit attitude I copped from you after trying to help you." They were stepping into the staff corridor when she decided to flirt with danger. "Helping? That what you call it?" The hallway was eerily empty and she realized that was a mistake. He had her pinned against the wall before she inhaled her next breath his hand tight in her hair pulling her head back. He growled into her ear "You like to push your luck don't you Angel." A door off the hall opened and he quickly stepped back from her. "Walk" he demanded quietly and she did straight to the elevator.

Enclosed spaces were a bad idea when you shared them with Marcus Cole. She felt it like last time, the stifling presence of a man who was clearly in charge of everything around him. "On your hands and knees Angel now" the command came short and sharp. She gritted her teeth and got down on all fours as he leaned nonchalantly against the wall of the elevator. He was gonna make her crawl for him and that pissed her off and excited her in equal measure. She was sick. The doors to the elevator opened and he pushed off the wall sauntering past her "Come Angel." He called her like she was a dog and she raised her eyes glaring at him warring with the impulse to stand up and smack him one. He just raised an eyebrow at her and kept walking. She crawled along behind him fuming quietly. He made his way through the main doors not bothering to hold them for her so she had to push and crawl through quickly feeling ridiculous. Then he went straight for the black door. Anticipation caused her to shiver and her motion became more fluid, sexy even as she moved into his space. He halted not far inside the door and she stopped just behind him. "Sit." Nikki sat back on her haunches. "Eyes down" he waited for her to comply "Stay." Damn she wanted to hurt him. She listened as he shut the door behind him and then moved around the room fiddling with things opening and closing draws, the clink of metal, a whirring sound, something moving across the carpet and his now bare feet appeared in front of her. His hand went straight into her hair grasping it tight in that way that he did. He pulled her to her feet and tilted her head back so he could claim her mouth rough and without pretence. He moved his hand out of her hair and around her neck placing his lips to her ear "You partial to these clothes?" She shook her head. He bit down on her earlobe hard making her whimper slightly "Out loud Angel." "No Sir." She felt him smile against her neck "Good."

Then they were moving his hand still round her neck. He stopped her in the middle of a clear space "Don't move." She stood still as he moved a few steps to a small trolley scattered with items. He opened a draw picked up some things then came back to her. "Show me your wrists." She held them out to him. He fastened a thick leather cuff around each one. They had metal loops attached around the outside of them. Then he went down on one knee and picked up her leg from the ankle and placed the bottom of her spike heeled boots on his thigh "Let's get these off shall we." He removed her boots then Cole placed a matching cuff around each ankle. He took her feet and placed them wide. It was then that Nikki noticed the small chain and hook attached the floor where he placed her feet. He hooked each one to a loop on her ankle cuffs. Then he stood and took one of her wrists raising it above her head. She looked up to find something like a trapeze bar hanging above her head. He hooked her cuffed wrists, one at each end, with short chains. She was stretched out legs wide, arms wide the stretch slightly uncomfortable. He stepped back to look at her. "Now to do something about those clothes." He moved towards the drawers and came back with a pair of scissors. "Don't move angel we wouldn't want to snip something unintentionally." He raised her dress up to her waist then pinched the material of her leggings where her inner thigh met her body and pulled it away from her skin to make the first cut. He cut up and along the underside of the waistband then down the other side between her thighs. The cut slowly revealed the front of her already damp black lace thong. He moved around behind her and continued the cut in the same manner revealing her ass. Her leggings now looked like black chaps.

Cole stood somewhere behind her. She felt his eyes on her body and she became more of an object and less of a person as it went on. She turned her head to the side and twisted her torso slightly trying to catch a glimpse of him. His hand came down on her ass hard and without warning. "Eyes front." She twisted back immediately and heat bloomed through her body. There it was or at least the start of it. He moved back around in front of her and cut straight up the middle of her dress then clipped the shoulders and it fell to the floor. His eyes passed over her body and she could see the hunger in them. He looked at her like she was prey and it made her insides heat. Cole reached out and pinched her already hardened nipples. Nikki's teeth sunk into her bottom lip as he took a nipple in his mouth continuing to pinch and twist the other with his fingers. He bit down and pulled stretching her nipple till it hurt "Aaahh." He released her nipple and locked eyes with her. His intense green eyes burned into her with emotion, not indifference. It called to her deep down in that dark ugly place at the pit of her stomach, not love but something else, something twisted. She was playing with fire and she knew somewhere in the back of her mind it was only a matter of time before she got burned alive. She gasped as something cold and smooth pinched her nipple. A metal clamp. Cole turned his attention to her other nipple placing his mouth over it and giving it the same treatment biting and pulling and clamping it. He moved back to the trolley and picked up two silver balls with clips attached. "The last couple of times we've got carried away and forgotten to discuss the particulars of our time together" Cole attached the balls to the clamps the weight pulling her nipples downwards. "Fuck the particulars" Nikki growled at him. She didn't want to discuss the boundaries she just wanted to push right through them.

Cole's laugh echoed through the room. "Oh Angel. How I'm going to love pushing you till you break. So no limits?" She shook her head "As long as you and I are the only ones involved and you're not into any seriously gross shit like faeces or animals then no." He gave her a look "I can assure you I'm not but we should at least have a safe word." She didn't need one. He couldn't break her she was already broken and fucked up to boot. "Fine. Bridges" It was the first thing that popped into her head and she wished she hadn't said it the moment it left her mouth. He raised an eyebrow at her "Bridges it is." He slid a blindfold over her eyes and the world went dark. "I'd spent a lot of time thinking about our next meeting, too much time. Then after the way you behaved today I changed my mind. You would've enjoyed what I had in mind before, this, this I think I will enjoy." A swishing sound to her left caught her attention. She turned her head listening for more sounds. The quiet brush of footsteps on carpet circled around her. She tilted her head towards the sound as it moved. A noise sounded at the other end of the space but she ignored it, he was standing behind her she could feel it in her body. The swishing sound came again, off to her left but not close. And again, only this time it was closer and slightly to her right. He was teasing her she knew building the anticipation of what was to come. On the third one she felt a rush of air against her skin and she knew the next one would make contact whatever it was. She gritted her teeth and prepared herself for the strike to come.
