Yes, Sir.” She didn’t
hesitate.

I came here for a visit and
discovered a woman that was bold, sassy, sweet and beautiful. I
couldn’t get you off my mind. I couldn’t stay away from
you.”

Hearing his words was like a rain storm following a
long draught. Her heart was beating so hard she thought she would
pass out. Taking a deep breath, she stayed focused on the man
before her not wanting to miss a single thing.

When I thought I’d lose you
forever it was like someone had ripped my heart out of my chest. I
couldn’t fathom living without you.” Cupping the back of her head,
he pulled her against him.

She felt his heart beating in time with her own.

Did you want me to go away? Leave
you alone?”

She shook her head. “No, Sir. Never.”

Good.” Releasing her, he stepped
back. “Will you willingly submit to me?”

When she started to speak, he held a finger up,
stopping her.

Understand, that your submission
means that you’ll be relocating to Baltimore with me. At least
until I can get a position at a family clinic in Charlotte. We need
an office manager and I think you’d be perfect for the job. I want
to protect you and learn how to properly guide you in the
lifestyle.” He paused, for a moment. “I’m still learning, but if
you are willing to grant me your submission, your trust then before
our friends and family I vow to do all I can to be the Dominant you
need.”

Standing there, she could see he was leaving himself
vulnerable to her rejection. Even though she loved him, she had
never allowed her heart and will of submission to be one. She knew
he was asking her permission to be her lover and Dom.

Can I do this? Can I give of my heart and body to
one man?

She looked across the platform at the one man and
knew the answer clearly.

As she kneeled before him, she
said, “To you I submit. Your cuffs I will wear, you collar I will
adore. To you I submit. One rule my heart will obey, your words. To
you I submit; to your instruction, your guidance, your law, your
punishment. To you I submit. I bow my head, rest on my knees and
yield my heart. I give you my trust, my word, my obedience
and
no other
will
I submit. You are my Dom. My Knight because you are the guardian of
my souls freedom.”

She heard his breath catch as she brought her head
down, pulling her hands behind her back she waited; unmoving and
her breathing controlled and even. This was where she was always
meant to be—before this man.

Squatting, before her, he placed a finger below her
chin and guided her eyes to him.

I accept your submission. Dom
Knight for you I will be.” His kiss was light, but no less
powerful.

Ending the kiss, he took her hand and helped her to
her feet.

Do you have any objections to the
dragontail?” he asked.

No, Dom Knight.” She liked the
sound of his name on her lips and felt pride in the fact he allowed
her to choose it.

Then please join me in our first
scene. Your safeword is mistletoe.”

She smiled as she reached up and undid the buttons
of her coat, handing it to him. Turning she walked to the large
wooden X, raising her arms she waited.

He came around the side and hooked the first cuff on
her wrist and then the other one.

As he leaned against her and started stroking her
back, allowing her the connection of his touch, she asked,
“Permission to speak, Sir.”

Granted,” he whispered, his hands
still moving in a slow caress.

You’re invited to next year’s
Christmas, with the Mitchems.”

He placed a kiss on her shoulder. “I look forward to
it.”

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I've been penning erotic tales since 2006, on
the hedonistic side of the romance genre. However, I've been
writing romance under a different pen for a while. I'm eclectic by
nature. My stories range from paranormal, contemporary, BDSM,
sci-fi and historical. Mostly short stories, but occasional
full-length novels.

I'm married to my best friend. A guy that makes me laugh 'til I
can't breathe and one who steals my breath every time he walks into
a room. I believe in happily ever after like the rising of the sun
depended on it.
