. Traditionally they are asked by the youngest competent person present. In response the leader of the seder explains the Passover tradition.

). The four plants which form part of the Sukkot rite. Traditionally the fruits are
etrog
and the leafy trees are myrtle. During the ceremony, the branches are bound together and held in one hand while the etrog is held in the other.
