Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

3 cups whole milk

2. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over

Irish Coffee Pie

Top this pie with a little Irish cream–laced whipped cream for the

adults or some cocoa whipped cream for the kids.
