This flavorful crust is tender yet crisp, and it has 62 percent less butter than a traditional pastry crust.

Most health and natural food stores carry white rice flour and potato starch.

If you can’t find them locally, you can easily find them on the Internet.

1. In a large bowl, sift together the white rice flour, potato
