STARFIRE – NARDUCAT ATOMIC ARMS TREATY I
Summary:
Most of the treaty concerned the Atomic arsenals of Starfire Nation and
Narducat Empire; primarily they mutually agreed to put a moratorium on any
further expansion of their arsenals as well as agreed not to sell or give away
techniques to any other country.
However
there were parts of the treaty that dealt with other matters, including
experimental weapons such as storm-making machines. Further experiments on
Storm Makers as those machines were called were stopped.
Part of
the Relevant Text:
“…Henceforth, it be resolved that neither Starfire Nation
nor Empire of Narducat Nation will carry any further experiments into machines
that can create hurricanes, tornadoes and other storms, nor will they share
existing knowledge with any other countries, nor with private companies or
individuals. Representatives from the two countries will be allowed to inspect
relevant bases to ensure compliance with the treaty…”
