“We are out-numbered,” Voor pointed out. “The infidels do not see the danger. They reject the Prophecy.”

“If the Abomination looks to be about to escape we will have to call on our special ally,” Nixixn told him.

“Are you sure?” Voor asked fearfully. “The, uh, ally is… dangerous.”

“The Abomination heralds That Which Ends all Things,” Nixixn stated with absolute certainty.

“So I have learned,” Voor agreed.

“No danger is worse than that,” Nixixn told him

“But for now,” Voor insisted hopefully, “we need only be vigilant.”

“For now.”
