Many of the places and facts in this book, which many will classify as wild conspiracy theories, were actually accurately presented and described, and further down, I'm trying to give an account of some of the things described in the above work of fiction.

First, I'm sure it will be easy for anyone interested to know more to check the Bilderberg Club. It is very active these days; some of its members are individuals with immense economic powers. The Club was created in 1954 and carries the name of the Dutch hotel in which its first meeting took place. The described mysterious way the annual meetings take place is pretty accurate. The list of real politicians that attended meetings of this club just before they were elected is also accurate. Actually, Bill Clinton broke the US laws in 1991 by attending the meeting in Baden-Baden, which took place exactly a year before he was elected as President. According to the Logan Act, US citizens taking elected positions can't attend meetings with multimillionaires in which the main topic is the economic future of America. In 1991, Clinton was Governor of Arkansas, which makes his presence in Baden-Baden illegal.

As to the chipping and placing of implants inside humans with or without their knowledge, this is a well-known and fast-developing trend, and surprisingly few people find that wrong. It is no longer a conspiracy theory but a proven fact that CIA ran mind-control programs over the years. The Supreme Court was very busy over the past few decades. Despite a lot of evidence being destroyed, there was enough for it to be announced publically that, in the 1950s, the CIA used humans as guinea pigs to test mind-drugs. Also, it is no longer a secret that in the 1975 CIA Project MKUltra, many unaware people in hospitals, prisons and other public facilities were part of a massive test without their knowledge. At least two deaths of American citizens as a result of these experiments were confirmed, and the book and film

reveal in much more detail what exactly was happening then.

It's also a fact that in Sweden prisoners were chipped without their consent. A similar experiment took place in Spain in 1995 when the scientist testing the prisoners found that if a signal of 118 MHz is broadcast those with implants were falling into a deep sleep for eighteen to twenty hours.

The development of implants is a major part of the research of many institutions. Scientists from Calgary University recently presented the first neuro implant which uses living nerve cells of humans in its structure. In Korea, Andrew Chen designed the first invisible to the naked eye chip for Intel.

It is not a secret that a man with an implant can be traced wherever on the planet he is. Recently, Dr. Carl W. Sanders confirmed that this was already tested with American soldiers during the Gulf War with great success. Dr. Sanders is actually the inventor of the biotic interface that had been implanted in the soldiers. He also says that, through the use of electromagnetic stimulations he calls RSM, the brains of the objects can be easily manipulated. He talks about relative success of implementing in healthy individuals fear, hallucinations, dreams and even false memories. For that reason, the nickname given to him after the invention of his microchip is '
The Designer of the Mark of the Beast.
' Those really interested to find out more about what was really going on for years behind the scenes can read the confession of Dr. Carl Sanders given in an article appropriately titled, “The Microchip and the Mark of the Beast.” This article was published in the June-July, 1994 issue of NEXUS.

The Laboratory for Genetic Engineering of Beijing Institute for Genomic in Hong Kong really exists and it is one of the most secretive enterprises sponsored almost entirely by the Chinese Government. Many reports from local journalists talk about a secret project of breeding a new generation of super humans behind the walls. One fact that is confirmed even by the authorities is that, several years ago, a group of about twenty Chinese kids possessing unnatural talents – calculating complicated mathematical equations in seconds, bending spoons and forks with the mind, and similar – have been taken behind the walls of the Institute and haven't been seen since.

The underground city described in this book is the closest word-visualization I can give of a real project from a group of talented architects. Their project has designed this future-city for a time when the surface of our planet will be unlivable, and it is surprising how many people forget that every so often this happens and is part of the natural evolution of Earth. North America and the British Isles already live beyond the time given to them. Yellowstone and The Ring of Fire in Oregon are overdue for their next eruptions and when this happens, nobody argues that it's a matter of when not if, huge parts of the USA will be unlivable for years. The same is valid for Britain, with three big Icelandic volcanoes overdue to erupt.

The gyrocopter that helped Carolina and her father to make their way out of Athens, the tyre-type vehicles used by Jinhun and Taylor to cross China, plus the catamaran they used in the swamps, are all actually already patented means of transport of the future that one day might be produced in bulk.

The problem with the space rubbish trapped in the orbit of the planet is also very real, and currently NASA desperately looks for a solution of how and what to do with the very dangerous pieces of old satellites. Numerous documentary films were made on this topic and illustrate very well how serious the problem actually is. Vanguard 1's story shared in this book is also true and still nobody knows why the signal with it was lost.

The cave labyrinth in Itanagar is unfortunately only part of the author's imagination, and it was used only to serve the purpose of this book. Mind you, the mysterious giant temple is an exact description of such a temple inside a cave in Tibet which the local monks believe was once built by a race of giants. Kushajri's village and its inhabitants also exist and are where the book says. Everyone that has the chance must visit the friendly locals and enjoy their welcoming parties. Also, if you stay for the night, make sure early in the morning to take a short trip to the old bridge and the green waters of the waterfall there. Plunge in and enjoy the aroma of the orchids surrounding you, it's worth it!
