About the author

As an Information Technology executive, Glenn R. Petrucci was sometimes criticized for his intimidating demeanor and for lacking a “sense of urgency.” He attributes his critics’ erroneous allegations to their diminished capacity to appreciate cynicism or comprehend the humor of hardware failures. Over the course of his career he has produced countless white papers, product test plans, user guides, quality analysis reports, and strategic planning documents, many of which surely should have been classified as fiction. He has also written several short stories which were actually intended to be fictional works. Timecachers, his first full-length novel, is the result of the encouragement by friends and family to continue writing.

Glenn has resided in many of these United States and has enjoyed discovering the treasures of each of them, hiking through the Southwestern deserts, biking in the mountains of the South, and touring the Northeast’s historical sites. In addition to writing, his more sedentary activities include reading a good story, watching classic movies, and indulging in a glass of cheap red wine. Still a geek at heart, he enjoys keeping up with the latest consumer technology developments, scoffing at most of them as needless and trivial but buying them anyway. He is devoted to his wife and best friend, Kathy.

This book is available in print from all major online retailers or by special request from bookstores.
