“Callum this is Kevin.  Kev, this
is the owner of the McGregor Castle.”

They shook hands and Kevin smiled
extra broadly at the brooding man.  Very aware that Jenna omitted his
surname or to tell him he was her brother.  He winked at her and pulled
her tight against his side as they walked to the side terrace.

Kevin took the seat next to Jenna and
took her hand in his.  He looked into her eyes and they smiled at each
other. Jenna having realized he was playing a game. He was proud of his little
sister.  She showed a tremendous amount of strength even though she must
be hurting.  He did not expect to be told the gorgeous tall, red head was
the man, whose eyes bored so possessively on his sister the whole times’,
fiancé.

He leaned closer and kissed her
on her temple.  Callum grunted and Kevin smiled.  He did not seem too
concerned to hide his possessiveness from his fiancé.  He whispered into
Jenna’s ear.

“When did you find out, Sis?”

“Saturday.”

“The bloody bastard!”

“I concur.”

“How’s the hangover, the little
painter?

Jenna glared at Callum.  Annoyed
that he called her little painter and for bringing her embarrassing action to
everyone’s attention again.

“What’s a hangover, Mommy?”

Kevin looked at his sister with
amazement.  She was not into alcohol at all.  She would drink one
glass of wine at the most and maybe now and then a whiskey, but drunk?

“Ehm … it’s just something grown-ups
do, darling.”  Megan hedged the best she could.

“You love?  That’s a first.”

Jenna blushed and Kevin whispered in
her ear again.  Callum felt like ripping him from his chair and throwing
him down the hill.  When Jenna smiled, his hands fisted on his legs.

“Do you want me to sock him for you,
Sis?”

Connor came to stand in front of Kevin
and scowled at him.  He looked at their clasped hands.

“Who are you?  Why do you hold
our Aunty Jen’s hand?”

“Connor!”

Caitlin came to stand next to her
brother and Jenna was amazed when she too scowled at them.

“Well, I love your Aunty Jen very much
and I am not ashamed to show it.”

The twins looked at each other and
frowned.  Connor turned to Jenna.

“Why do you hold his hand, Aunty Jen?”

“Well, little buddy, I love him too.”

At least neither of them lied to the
twins.  They were very close and did love one another a lot. She still
felt a twinge of guilt deceiving them though. They were so little and did not
understand the stupidity of grown-ups.

“Connor, that’s enough.  Leave
Aunty Jen be.”

He frowned at his mother and turned to
scowl at his uncle, then back at Jenna.

“Then why did you and Uncle Callum
kiss?”

Everyone but Kevin and Shelly
groaned.  Callum’s eyes met Jenna’s and the sparks between them sizzled
with an invisible flame across the distance that separated them; something
everyone around the table noticed.

Kevin looked at Shelly and noticed the
small smile on her lips when she watched her fiancé looking at Jenna.  He
would bet his company that Callum and Shelly has never even been intimate.

“Connor, leave your Aunty Jen
alone.  Why don’t you and Caitlin see if you can find those butterflies
you saw earlier?”

Liam’s strict voice bore no resistance
and with a grumble they walked away, holding hands.  He turned around and
sassed them, scowling at Kevin.

“I hold my sisters hand and I love her
too!  Does not mean I will kiss her all the time!”

Jenna and Kevin started and looked at
each other.  The little monster was just too clever for his own good!

Kevin found it difficult to keep his
eyes from the tall red head.  She was captivating.  He has always
thought so when he saw pictures of her in magazines or newspapers.  There
was an openness you don’t find in super models.  She carried herself with
confidence, but there was no sign of vanity.

“Stop drooling, Kev.  You might
just end up with a blue eye.”

“I stand a better chance of that if I
drool over you as long as he does not realize I am your brother.
But, she is a beauty.  Shall I seduce her away from him?”

“Don’t you dare!”  She laughed
with real mirth and he smiled back.

“For you, love!  Of course I
will!”

Callum’s chair crashed to the ground
as he slammed it back and stomped away across the lawn.  Kevin grinned at
Jenna and asked Shelly with a raised eyebrow.

“Your fiancé seems a tad uptight,
Red.  You say something to upset him?”

Shelly simmered and glared at
him.  His eyes have captivated her from the first moment she looked into
them. Her insides fluttered and she cursed. She cleared her throat and forced a
smile around her lips.

“We had a bit of an argument this
morning.”

“Anything I can help with?”

She gasped and glanced at Jenna who
watched her brother with a smile.  Jenna did not seem upset about him
openly flirting with her, but she got smashing drunk when she met her on
Saturday before.  Maybe there was more to their relationship too.
Maybe he was not as unavailable as she thought at first.

“No thank you.”

Megan and Liam also looked at each
other, wondering about their strange behavior.  Liam looked at the couple
sitting holding hands closely.  Eventually he saw what Connor immediately
recognized. Their eyes had the exact same shape, their expressions were
similar.  They finished each other sentences and they were too relaxed with
each other to be anything else but … family.

Jenna looked up and caught Liam’s
stare.  He smiled at her and then winked.  Jenna startled and
realized he must have figured something out.

“Good for you, Jenna.  But just a
warning, he is going to be even more livid when he finds out.”

“It is not my fault he made
assumptions.”

He smiled and realized they all
did.  They did not admit to their association, only introduced him as
Kevin.   He shrugged his shoulders.

“He deserves to suffer, the bloody
idiot.”

“What are the two of you talking
about, my love?”

“I’m sure you will realize it soon
enough, heart of mine.” Megan frowned at him and so did Shelly.  Megan
turned to Kevin.

“How long are you going to be here
for, Kevin?”

“Until Monday!”

Kevin looked at Jenna with a
frown.  His flight was booked for the Sunday, but her pleading stare shot
directly to his heart and he sighed.  He smiled at Megan.

“Until Monday, it seems.”

“You of course will stay here.  I
am sure your brother won’t mind, Megs.  We can hardly allow him to stay in
town.”

“You’re
right.  I will go and chat to Callum.”

“NO!”

“Callum, be reasonable.  She has
not seen him for six months!  Their respective jobs have been keeping them
apart.  He flew especially here to see her.  It is silly for him to
stay in a hotel.  There is more than enough room.”

“I don’t want him here!”

“Then I guess Jenna will go and stay
with him at his hotel.”

“NO!  Bloody hell!  She is
not leaving this house!”

“So he can stay?”

“On the third floor.”

“Ehm … they … he will probably share
her room!”

“No! Not in my house, they
won’t!  Do you hear me!   If he stays here, he stays in his own
room!”

“Callum, you can’t make decisions for
her.”

“You better warn them, Megan.  If
I find him anywhere near her room, I will kill him!  Do you hear me?”

Megan looked at her brother with
amazement.  She has never seen him react like this over any woman.
The look in his eyes was vicious and so possessive it was palpable.  She
held up her hands.

“Very well.  I will tell
them.  Is that why you and Shelly don’t share a room?”

“Don’t stick your nose where it does
not belong.”

“Really?  You act like an ass and
you tell me not to ask questions?  You’re an engaged man threatening to
kill a man for touching his own girlfriend … with your own fiancé under the
same roof!  What in this equation is not confusing, Callum?”

She walked closer and hugged
him.  He hugged her back and Megan swallowed the lump in her throat
back.  He never did that.  He really was very confused.

“Callum … I don’t pretend to know what
is going on in your head, but I have never seen you react towards Shelly with
as much passion and desire as you do Jenna.  You need to do some serious
retrospection, my dear brother.  What you did to Jenna, what you’re doing
to her … it’s not right.”

She turned and walked out of the
study.  He stared broodingly after her retreating figure.

“Damn woman!”

He slammed his fist against the wall
and cried out when pain shot through his arm.

Oh, clever, McGregor!  Break you
bloody hand, why don’t you!”

He twisted his wrist and pressed the
bones in his hands, then his knuckles and he winced.  Hopefully he only
bruised them.

It was after ten when he walked into
his room.  He froze when he heard Jenna’s tingling laughter.  He
stormed to her room and flung the door open.  She sat on her bed dressed
in one of her oversized tee-shirts and Kevin was lying on his side across the
bottom end of the bed.  They looked up when he approached them.  He
was livid and his control was slipping fast.

Kevin recognized it immediately and
slowly sat up.  He should know better than to tickle a bear with a sore
tooth.  This man possessed Jenna and he would not let anyone near
her.  It was as clear as crystal in his eyes.  His voice was hoarse
when he snapped at Jenna.  He ignored Kevin.

“Did Megan give you my warning,
Jenna?”

The quietness in his voice registered
with Jenna and she rose from the bed and approached him.  Maybe they’ve
taken this game too far.  She glanced at Kevin and he nodded.  She
laid her hand on his chest and looked into his eyes.

“Relax honeybuns. We’re just
chatting.”

“Good Lord, Jenna.  You are
supposed to calm the man down, not annoy him further!  Honeybuns?”

Callum growled, but kept his eyes on Jenna.
Her small hand on his chest calmed him down.

“You told me … let me remember the
words … ah yes, you don’t sleep around and never with more than one man.
I see two in this room.”

“Callum!  You stupid ass!”

Kevin rose slowly from the bed.
His protective instinct rising rapidly. He growled at Callum.

“I better have misunderstood him,
Jenna!”

Jenna sighed and glared at Callum who
still ignored Kevin, his eyes burning into hers.

“What was the warning Megan told you,
Jenna?  I am on the verge here, Baby.”

“Baby!  Goddammit, Jenna!
Do not tell me you and this man are sleeping together!  He is an engaged
man!”

“I know that now!  I did not
then!”

“Jenna, if you do not get rid …”

“Kev, I think you better go.”

“Look at me McGregor.”

Jenna moaned when Kevin rasped the
instruction at Callum and dropped her head on her chest.  Callum swung his
eyes to Kevin.  They scorched each other.  Kevin approached him and
they nearly stood toe to toe, if not for Jenna that stepped between them.
Kevin slammed his finger in Callum’s chest and he stiffened.

“You better heed me well,
McGregor.  You hurt my little sister and you will regret it!”

Callum turned into a statue, his eyes
swung to Jenna and she took a step back, her hand still on his chest.

“Sleep well, sis.  See you in the
morning.”

Kevin walked out and closed the door
behind him.  Jenna took another step back her hand in front of her,
warding Callum off.  He followed her until she fell back on the bed.
He plucked her in his arms and sat down on the bed.  He picked her up and
put her on his lap, face down. She struggled.

“Callum McGregor!  Don’t you
bloody dare!”

He clamped one hand over her back and
pressed her against the bed. He pushed her tee-shirt up, baring her ass.
He could not prevent his hand from stroking the perfect round cheeks.
Jenna relaxed when he stroked her ass and then cried out when the first hard
smack burned on her ass.

“Callum! I am going to kill you!”

The next smack was even harder and so
was the third and the fourth.  Jenna cried out with each smack and then
the tears came and she cried.  With the fifth she screeched and cursed
him.  By the sixth smack she just cried and then begged when his hand made
contact for the seventh time.

“Please … Callum stop!  I beg
you!  Please honey … no more!”
