“Of course they may.  You can
even drop them on a Friday and collect them on a Sunday.  We’d love to
have them here.”

“Careful what you wish for,
Jenna.  Those two can be a real handful and once yours are here, your hands
would be full.”

The twins called Liam and he went to
assist them to saddle the ponies.  Callum drew Jenna into his arms and
their eyes met.  His head lowered and he kissed her tenderly yet with so
much passion, she felt the warmth flutter down her spine.

“I can’t wait for the day we buy our
own their first little ponies!  You don’t know how much it means to me
knowing my children are growing inside you, my love.  I can’t wait to meet
them.”

Jenna got tears in her eyes and hid
her face against his chest.  Any doubts she might have had that he did not
really want the babies, evaporated. He already loved and treasured them.
Why could he not want the same from her?

Chapter
Twenty

“You
are wasting everyone’s time, Callum.  I am not marrying you next
week!  I told you this weeks ago already!

“I told you, Jenna, my children will
not be born out of wedlock!  You will marry me!”

“People do not get married just
because they are expecting a child!  There is more to marriage than that.”

Callum stilled on his chair where he
sat behind his desk in his study and stared at the beautiful woman sitting on
the other side of the desk.  What they say about women glowing when
they’re pregnant was true.  Jenna glowed and was even more beautiful than
before.

“That is how you see this marriage,
Jenna?”

“I don’t believe this!  That is
what you just said!  How else am I supposed to see it?”

“That I would not just jump into
marriage for the …”

“Oh really?  I distinctly
remember a recent engagement with the specific purpose of getting married!”

Callum sat forward and glared at her.

“My children will be born as part of a
committed unit, Jenna.  They will either have both parents always, or they
will have one.  I have no intention of ever being a weekend Father.
Ever!  So, here is the deal, my love.  Either you marry me next week,
or once my children are borne, I will take them away from you. Then you can go
back to the States.”

She gasped and went as pale as a sheet.

“You can’t do that! Callum …”

“Your call, my dear little
painter.  Beware of the power I have in this country before you
decide.  You will lose them, I guarantee you that. You will not be able to
leave before they are borne either.  I have locked your passport in my
safe at the office and I will have my friend at Interpol set up an alert at all
the borders and customs in the country.”

“You …”

Callum rose and walked towards the
door, glancing at her as he walked past her chair.

“I want your answer by the time you
come to bed tonight, Jenna. One more thing. I’ve had enough of your sulking and
denying me your body for the past two weeks.  You will spread your legs
for me tonight.”

She huffed, but before she could reply
he disappeared down the passage.  Since he told her Megan was planning the
wedding because of her refusal, she was livid.  Every night she went to
bed before him.  Every night she was either asleep by the time he came to
bed, or made it very clear she would not spread her legs for him.

Now he threatened her! She had heard
enough over the past few months on how ruthless he could be when he was doing
business.  She had no doubt in her mind that he would take her children
from her.  What would happen if she did marry him and after a few years
they divorced?  Would he then too take her children from her?

She got up and walked to her studio
where she left her phone. She phoned Kevin and waited for him to answer his
phone, sounding sleepy.

“Hi sis.  This is a surprise?”

“Hi Kev.  I’m sorry for waking you.
I totally forgot about the time difference. This is a professional call.”

“Sounds ominous.”

“Not really.  I want you to draw
up a prenuptial agreement please.”

Kevin remained quiet for a long while
and then sighed.

“Callum already asked me.  He
already has it.  I was wondering when he was going to send the signed copy
back.  Has he not discussed it with you yet?”

“No.  That means there is
something in there he knows I won’t accept.  Please do one for me. Just a
normal one where his is his and mine is mine.  I don’t want anything from
him if things don’t work out. The only stipulation is joint custody as far as
any children is concerned. I will not give up any of my kids, ever.”

“Jenna, talk to Callum first.”

“Please Kevin, just do it.  I
need to make sure he agrees up front about the children.”

“This is really a waste of ti …”

“Are you going to help me or should I
ask someone else?”

“Very
well.  I’ll email it to you before the end of day.”

“JENNA!
Where the devil are you?  JENNA!”

Callum shouted down the
corridor.  He has searched nearly the whole damn house and could not find
her. Her car was in the garage so he knew she was home.  He went back to
the studio to make sure she was not there.   He stalked back down the
corridor towards the opposite side of the house.

He sighed in relief when he saw a
slither of light shining from the bottom of the smaller ballroom door.
His mouth pulled tight in annoyance.  She should have heard him when he
shouted before. He pushed the door open and froze.  His heart slammed
against his chest and he stalked closer to the scaffolding like stand.

She was standing on the top floor of
the stand.  The ceilings in the castle were very high and she was probably
four meters up.

“Jenna.  Why did you not answer
me when I called you?”

Jenna still did not respond and
continued to scrape the mural with a small brush with soft bristles.

“It’s only words, and words are all I
have to take your heart away … hmmm hm hm hmmm hmm hm hm …”

He smiled listening to her sing, realizing
she had earphones in her ears, with her iPod in her pocket.  He climbed on
the stand and was relieved to find that it appeared very sturdy.  He stood
behind her and waited until he heard the music stop.

“Jenna.”

“Eeek!”

She jumped around with a shriek, her
eyes wide.

“What are you doing up here?  Do
you want to give me a heart attack?”

“You did not respond to any of my
shouts and I only realized you had the earphones in when you started to
serenade me.”

“You wish. What is so important that
could not wait?”

“Do you know what time it is?”

“No, can’t say that I do.”

“Are you deliberately working this
late to avoid me, little painter?”

“You are overestimating your
importance in my life, McGregor.  I have a lot of work to do.”

“I have spoken to your father. He is
sending a team after the wedding to finish the restoration. I don’t …”

“No!”

“No?”

“This is my job!  You are not
going to take it away from me!  You refused to accept a team before!
Why now all of a sudden?”

“I don’t want you climbing up and down
this stand all the time, Jenna.  I am also sure the cleaning material
fumes are not good for the twins.”

“I have never been an irresponsible
person, Callum.  I have no intention of starting now.  I am always
careful when I climb on the stand! Now, I will be even more so!”

“Jenna …”

“No Callum!  Please don’t take
this away from me!”

He sighed, turned and started climbing
down the stand.  He stood waiting for her and when she made no move to
follow, he took a few steps back and scowled up at her.

“Come down from there, Jenna.  We
can talk down here.”

She threw the brush down on the stand
and climbed carefully down the stand.  She slammed her hands on her hips
and returned his scowl.

“How about a compromise?”

“I am listening.”

“We bring in two or three people only
to assist with the cleaning process of the paintings.  The murals can wait
until you start working after the twins’ birth.  I know you want to do
them all by yourself.”

“That is if you allow me to stay.”

Callum became as still as a
statue.  His eyes bored into hers.  His voice hoarse and chilled her
to the bone.

“What are you saying, Jenna?”

“I will never be able to walk away
from my children, Callum and it is cruel of you to threaten me like that.
So I will marry you next week … providing you sign this.”

She took the prenuptial agreement
Kevin sent her from the bottom floor of the stand and held it out to him.
He did not even glance at it.

“What is it?”

“It is a prenuptial agreement.”

“I already have one.  We will
discuss it the day before the wedding.”

“Why not now.”

“Because the time is not right. We’ll
finalize it the day before the wedding.”

Jenna sighed and rubbed her
forehead.  She glared at him.

“Why must everything always have to be
done your way?”

She swung around and stormed through
the door and up the stairs.  Callum switched all the lights off on the
ground level and then followed her upstairs.  By the time he entered the
room, he could hear the shower running.  He took his shoes and clothes off
and sank down on the bed in his jockeys.  He was leaning back against the
headboard when she walked into the room.  Callum’s breath lodged in his
throat and he nearly choked.

Jenna walked naked into the room with
wet hair.  She ignored him and went to sit in front of the dressing table
and started to dry her hair. Callum swallowed hard.  No matter how many
times he has seen her naked, watching her walk into the room just now took his
breath away.  He jumped up and disappeared into the bathroom and took a quick
shower.

He walked back into the room and she
managed to take his breath away once again.  She was sitting on the large
wingback chair in the corner.  She sat with her back straight, her legs
crossed over at her knees and her arms rested on the arms of the chair.
Her long black hair was draped over one shoulder.  Her breasts pebbled
into hard buttons when his eyes touched them.

“Do you know how beautiful you are,
Baby?  You absolutely take my breath away.  Are you going to deny me
again tonight, Jenna?”

“I didn’t know I had a choice tonight,
McGregor.”

Callum sighed and threw his head back
and closed his eyes.  He would explode if she said no now.  He rasped
through thin lips, staring at the ceiling.  His shaft tightening even
further and the towel tented over his arousal.

“Tonight … even if you hated me after
… I’m sorry, Jenna, but I have to have you.  I cannot survive another
night!”

Jenna smiled and watched with awe as
his shaft grew larger still.

“Come here, Callum.”

He did not move at first.  Then he
dropped his head and looked at her.

“Good Lord, Jenna!”

His breath hitched in his throat and
he nearly choked.  Her legs were spread wide and she sat forward on the
chair.  Her core open to his heated gaze.  He stumbled closer.
He leaned down, but she shook her head.

“Hm hm, McGregor.  You are to
stand straight. Come closer, honey. Right here against the chair.”

He took the step as instructed to
stand between her legs.  She pulled the towel from his hips and flung it
to the floor.  He took a deep breath when she stroked upwards at the back
of his legs to draw slow circles on his ass.  She followed the same path
down and he hissed when she traced slow circles up the front of his thighs and
over his torso.  When she lightly scratched the sensitive skin just above
his jutting shaft the very member jerked in reaction. She slowly caressed his
inner thighs and reached between his legs to caress and knead his sacks.

Callum groaned when Jenna traced the
vein from the bottom of his shaft all the way to the top and back down. Her
small hand circled his shaft, and then added the other to encase him within her
palms.  He was too big for her hand to surround him totally.  She
stroked up and down, slowly, rubbing the flat tip with her fingers, spreading
the juices escaping his throbbing shaft all over the tip.

Jenna leaned forward to slowly lick
the tip of his shaft with a long slow stroke and he nearly exploded.

“Baby!  You …”

Her lips closed over the head and she
leaned forward, taking as much of his shaft inside her mouth as she could.
