This shit has to be pretty bad if Reaper can’t stomach whatever’s on this video. When I hit resume play, I see Hangman stacking Momma B’s body against a wall, with all her insides piled up around her. What the fuck?

He pulls Victor from his chair that he’s taped to and sits on him, grinning. “Now this, this will be fucking fun. You, motherfucker, killed my baby brother, and you’re gonna pay.” I watch as he scalps my father, stabbing him slowly with his knife. “Pass me that saw.” I watch him say to someone off camera.

He takes the saw and slowly saws off my dad’s arms. I can’t help but watch. I want to shut this fucking phone down and wish I’d never watched this, but I’m glued to it. As my dad screams more, that’s when Hangman finally shuts him up by sawing off his head.

When it’s finished, he stacks him beside Momma B’s body. Just when I think it’s over, he brings over Breaks. At first, I think he’s going to do the same to him. “Are you the one that killed everybody?” Hangman asks.

Breaks shakes his head. “No, Bruce got intel into the prison to kill Big Willy. He also killed Foxy and brought Roni here, but I killed him when I found out he was gonna switch sides. Then I got rid of Kayla for Lilly, and killed Monica for Eden,” Breaks says all in one breath.

“Why’d you do that?” I hear Hangman say, sounding bored.

“Momma B wanted Kayla gone for hurting Lilly. I wanted Monica gone because I knew Trent would want her to pay for hurting Eden,” he says, gulping.

I’ve had enough. Fuck this. I power down the phone and pass it back to Reaper, who is standing off to the side, smoking a joint. I always knew that fucker Trent wanted my woman. But what, if any, role did he play in this shit?

“Shit got worse,” is all I say to him.

He goes to reply, but we see a van pull up to the emergency bays, and we go forward, knowing it’s our women.

We arrive at the hospital, all three of us still pretty shaken. Before we even make it to the front doors, Jasper, Vinny, and Mason come storming out.

“Told you we had them. Just need to get them checked out,” Hangman tells the guys.

They don’t pay attention; Mason stalks forward toward me, I see Jasper grab Eden, kissing her passionately, and Vinny does the same with Lilly. Mason grabs me and pulls me in tight against him. “Never been so scared in my life. I’m not letting you go, Hilary. We’ll make this work,” he tells the top of my head.

I feel the tears welling up in my eyes as I nod against him.

“Thanks, man,” Jasper gruffly tells Hangman, still having Eden wrapped up in his arms.

Hangman nods. “Don’t call on us again. You’ve used up all of the markers we owed you.”

He takes off in the cargo van that he brought us here in.

I see Jasper take Eden aside, just as Vinny takes Lilly aside.

Mason grabs me in a bear hug. “Not letting you fuckin’ go ever again. Fuck, Hilary, I love you. We’re not getting’ a divorce. This is me and you. Gonna fill you with my kids,” he says, choking up.

He kisses me roughly.

“Ahem,” A throat clearing comes close to us.

“Come on. Let’s get you ladies checked out,” Mason says while pulling back from me, leading the way inside.

The hospital is busy tonight; looks like we might be in for a long wait. The guys make us sit down, telling us they’ll be back in a few minutes.

“Well, looks like we’re all finally getting our men,” I say with a small grin.

Eden looks flushed. “He told me we’re getting married tomorrow,” she whispers.

I burst out laughing. “Vinny told me we were getting married too,” Lilly says.

Now I’m laughing even harder. These guys are great. I knew they couldn’t be assholes forever.

“What about you? What’d Mason say?” Eden asks.

“Told me he was never letting me go,” I tell them.

Lilly grins. “Yay for the men getting the sticks outta their asses.”

“Yeah,” I whisper happily.

Once we have the girls checked in and they’re in the waiting area, me, Angel, and Zippo head outside to talk. “Shit’s done. Moving on now,” Angel says with a breath of relief.

“Yeah, we’re done with the Untamed Angels. Those fuckers are sick. Bastard sent me a fuckin’ picture and a video of him gutting Momma B and Victor. Sick fuck,” I tell Zippo; only Angel knew since he was beside me, but Zippo was off pacing the damn ground. “He was even grinning and laughing some of the time.”

Zippo’s eyes darken. “How’s shit coming with the warrants for mine and Reaper’s arrests?”

Angel smiles. “Good news on that. Hangman’s third in command isn’t as fuckin’ crazy as he is. He only put one bullet in Breaks, got him in the gut, but he’s alive. Dropped him off at the police station, bleeding out, along with the end of the video that was sent to Reaper with his confession.”

“Thank fuck,” Zippo says.

“I take it with the reunion ya’ll just had with the girls, you’re putting shit in the past and moving on?” I ask them with a knowing smirk.

“Fuck yes. I told Eden we’re getting married tomorrow,” Angel says.

Zippo bursts out laughing. “I told Lilly the same thing.”

I shake my head and grin.

“What about you?” Angel asks me.

“I told her I wasn’t letting her go.”

The guys come in a half an hour later, smirking. All three of them pull us out of our seats and sit down, pulling us on their laps.

Mason nuzzles my neck as I watch Eden and Jasper practically fuckin’ each other in their chair. Lilly and Vinny are cuddled up close, just talking. God, this is amazing. Finally.

It’s not long before Eden gets called in. Jasper tries to go with her, but they told him they’ll come get him in a little while. He looks pissed that he has to be separated from her but sits back down.

Lilly is next, but Vinny doesn’t bother to fight it; he just scowls as she leaves the room.

I have to hold in a giggle because I don’t want to piss them off.  When it’s my turn, Mason puts up a huge fight.

“She’s not going in without me,” he tells the nurse.

“I’m sorry, sir, but you can’t be in there. Someone will come out to get you once the doctor looks her over first. Then you’ll be allowed back,” she tells him gently.

“Fuck that. She was just kept from me for almost a month. She’s not leaving my sight.”

“Mason, it’ll be okay,” I tell him.

His jaw clenches, and he gives me a chin jerk. He kisses me roughly before letting me go. “Fuckin’ stupid hospital policies,” he grumbles as he sits down.

I follow the nurse into a cubicle, and she closes the curtain for some privacy. The doctor comes in shortly after and quickly looks me over.

“Everything looks fine,” he tells me with a smile.

Before he leaves, I speak up. “Is it possible to get a pregnancy test done?” I ask quietly.

He looks at me a moment before his face turns grim. “Of course. We can even offer a Plan B if you need.”

I shake my head. “No, no, it’s not that. They didn’t touch me that way,” I let him know quickly.

His face changes, and a small smile forms. “Okay, we’ll get you set up in a moment. I’ll have the nurse come in.” He gives me a nod and walks out of the room.

The nurse draws my blood and sends it down to the lab; she says she put a rush on the results for me. I think they just can’t wait to get Mason out of here. I can hear him down the hall, giving everyone shit because he hasn’t been allowed back to see me yet.

Thirty minutes later, the nurse comes back and congratulates me, letting me know that I am indeed pregnant. The doctor then comes in, along with an ultrasound machine to check out the baby. Once they are happy with everything they see, they let me know I’m about four and a half months along. This means the very first time Mason found me at the hotel was when I got pregnant. I can’t believe that, though; I still had a period. I only missed it while I was kidnapped. I can’t believe I’m getting a second chance to have a family with the love of my life. I just hope Mason takes the news better this time around. But after everything that has happened, I think he’ll be happy.

*~*

After telling the guys and a bunch of cops, including officer Thrane, who kept looking at Lilly often, about our time with Momma B, Victor, and Breaks, we all finally get to go home. I haven’t stepped foot in the house I shared with Mason since the day I left. It feels weird being back here.

It’s been a full day since the guys rescued us and we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the Untamed Angels. I accidently saw the video that was sent to Mason’s phone, and it’s fucking nasty.  The way they took out Momma B and Victor... I can’t stop having nightmares about it. They didn’t even blink. I can’t believe Lilly’s cousin, Tori, is married to that sick fuck.

Mason has given me some space, not much but enough, which is good because sometimes the nightmares are overwhelming. I also haven’t told him I’m pregnant.

I know I need to tell him; I watched Jasper when he learned of his twins, and the devastation of not ever knowing about them. I won’t do that to Mason. I just have to find the right time. We still haven’t even talked about anything.

“You’re being quiet. What’s wrong?” Mason asks, pulling me into him.

“It’s just been a long while since I was here last,” I tell him.

He squeezes me tight while kissing my neck. His fingers brush over the ring, which is now back on my finger. He smiles, and I think I may have just seen a hint of a tear coming from my tough guy. This ring on my finger is my answer; I want us to stay together. He is my husband after all.

“Well, lookie here. You’re home,” I hear called from behind us.

I forgot all about Trent. Crap. Mason’s body is tense as we turn around slowly.

“Trent, don’t do this,” I say, pleading with him, stepping forward.

“He killed my mother. I have to end him,” Trent says, lifting his gun and aiming it at Mason.

“I think there was somethin’ you missed telling me,” Mason says low into my ear.

I gulp. “Trent was in on it. I thought he was taken care of, and that you all just didn’t want to say it out loud, that my brother was gone. He didn’t care about the takeover, but he was in it for revenge against you,” I explain quickly.

Mason looks at me, then to Trent. “You wanna shoot me, man, do it, but make sure it’s a kill shot. Because, otherwise, you won’t leave this house alive,” he growls at him.

“Trent, please, you don’t want to do this. Just talk it out, something, but please don’t take the father of my child away from us,” I plead. Mason’s body stiffens more. I didn’t think it was possible, but seeing it now, it is.

Trent’s eyes cut to mine. “You’re pregnant?” he says in disgust. “Did you learn nothing from the first time around with this guy? You lose your baby, and he doesn’t come home to be there for you. You have a breakdown because of the loss, and he’s not there, accuses you of cheating. Spend time with your brother, and he again thinks your cheating, so he in turn actually cheats on you. You got shit taste in men, sis.”

“Don’t,” Mason’s voice rings out. “Don’t you dare bring that shit back up! We’re getting’ over it, moving on. Yes, I killed our mother. She’s the reason Mark is dead, drowned him in his fuckin’ tub during bath time.  She’s the reason my father drove himself to drink. He died from that shit. She’s the reason my sister was never born.”

My body locks on to what Mason just revealed. I didn’t know any of that. Why the hell didn’t he tell me?

“You had a sister?” I ask him, shocked.

“Mom had her aborted just a week before she killed Mark,” is all Mason says.

“Wait, but how’d you know if it was a girl?” I ask him, confused.

“Don’t know, but that’s what Mom kept saying over and over again when she came home upset.”

I look to Trent and see he’s lowered his gun. Just when I thought he would let it go, he quickly raises his gun and points it at me, firing off a shot. Then that’s it. There’s nothing else as I drift into blackness.
