square.

 

Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes.

In a blender or food processor, combine peppers, onion, cilantro,
garlic, fish sauce, lime zest, lime juice, and soy sauce until pureed.

to coat thoroughly.

 

Cover and marinate for 1 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.

 

Let chicken come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
