I started
laughing and shook my head. I said, "You know I don't do
relationships, we are just having fun." Before Libby could reply my
phone chimed, alerting me of a new text.

"Lover boy."
Libby smiled at me.

"Oh shut it."
I said flipping her off.

Larkin: whens dessert. im hungry

Me:
impatient much?

Larkin: for you. hurry the hell up

Me:
girls night. gotta look good for the game. maybe i will meet some
hott player ;)

Larkin: i got your hott player right here baby

Me:
oh yeah, who? trent

Larkin: not funny. you know he wants in your pants

Me:
been there. done that. over it.

Larkin: ok well i have a surprise for you if you get your ass
back soon.

Me:
almost done. chill

I couldn't
help the huge smile on my face. I tried to hide it, but the girls
caught me. "That boy has it bad. Not only do you have Trent
tripping over you now you have Larkin. Not to mention Gage. Do you
have a magic vagina or something?" Libby giggled.

"What the
hell? I can't help that Trent won't give it up. Larkin and I are
just hooking up, that’s it. Nothing serious."

Libby shook
her head and said, "You and Larkin are adorable. You need to be
serious with him. Maybe then Trent would move on. At least he's not
with Whorey Tori anymore. Bitch got on my damn nerves."

"Never going
to happen. But with them who knows with Trent, she could pop up
again tomorrow. Maybe if Megan told him she liked him." I leaned
over to look at Megan.

"Not
happening. He would never be interested in me."

"Why? You’re
beautiful, smart, funny. You’re the perfect girl for him." Sadie
shook her head.

Megan let out
a sigh, "I am not the girl you normally see him with."

I tossed a
magazine at her. "Shut the hell up. You know I don't do touchy
feely but dammit babe you got it goin on! Don't you think so Lin?"
I looked down at the Chinese guy who was not so subtly listening to
our conversation.

He nodded. "Oh
yes. You sexy bitch," he said with a thick accent.

Sadie and
laughed, "See. Now tell him!"

CHAPTER 10

When Sadie
dropped me off, I saw Larkin's bike sitting in the parking lot, but
Gage's truck was gone. We had the apartment to ourselves, nice. I
walked into our apartment and yelled out, "Honey I'm home."
Nothing. I walked through and didn't see him in the kitchen or
living room. I tiptoed into my room and found him asleep and curled
up in my bed. How freakin cute! I tried to be quiet as I kicked my
flip flops off. I'm not the most graceful person, and as I tried
kicking my flip flop into my closet it ended up hitting my dresser
knocking over a picture frame and candle. Shit. I quickly turned to
see Larkin staring at me.

"Sorry I
didn't mean to wake you up. I was trying to be quiet but I guess my
flip flop decided to go all Chuck Norris and take out a
picture."

"S'ok I wasn't
sleeping," Larkin said, though his deep raspy voice betrayed
him.

"Hm really? Is
that why you were snoring?" I laughed.

Larkin chucked
a pillow at me and as I tried to dodge it he grabbed me by the hips
and pulled me onto the bed. "I was not snoring. You snore, I
don't."

"I do not,
asshat! Now where the hell is my surprise?"

"Ha. That’s
what you think." Larkin got off the bed and went to my dresser.
There was a small box sitting on top that I hadn't seen earlier. He
walked back over, handed it to me and said, “Open it."

I
took the box and started pulling the paper off. I opened the box
and saw a beautiful white gold chain with the
Open Heart
pendant covered in diamonds hanging from
it. "Oh my God, this is gorgeous. You didn't have to get me
anything."

Larkin sat
down beside me. "I know, but I wanted to. Being around you has
changed me, you make me want to be a better person than who I am.
Jinx tells me all the time I don't deserve a girl like you and he's
right, I don't. I am every mistake I have ever made, every person I
have ever hurt, and every word I have ever said. I am a completely
fucked up kinda guy. I should tell you to turn around and walk away
from me, never looking back. But I can't. There is something about
you that pulls me to you. I wanted to get you the Open Heart to
remind us both if we just keep an open mind anything can happen. I
have never done the girlfriend thing, never had the desire. Until
you."

"W-what? What
are you saying Larkin?" I sputtered out.

"I want to be
with you and only you. I'm not sure what I'm feeling but the
thought of you being with someone else makes me want to cut the
guys dick off and feed it to him for breakfast." Larkin grabbed my
hands, looking me in the eye so I could see how serious he was. His
eyes really were amazing, they were such a dark brown but had tiny
gold flecks reflecting the light.

"Larkin I did
the boyfriend thing and I got hurt. I'm not saying you would be
like that but it's just that last time was bad, really bad. I don't
think I could handle that again. He took everything from
me."

"Jenna, I
can't promise you the perfect relationship without argument or
trust issues. But if you’re willing to try so am I. I can be an
asshole and I know my fucking attitude and temper can get out of
control. My past is something I'm not proud of but I can't change
it, that’s why I came here, to get away and start over. I want to
prove everyone wrong and show them I can make something of my damn
self. Maybe I will make it to the NFL and maybe I won't but I know
I want you to be the one holding my hand, by my side through this.
Just give me a chance."

Hell how could
I say no to that? "This won't be easy for me and I have a lot of
issues that I am going to have to face but I'm willing to try. But
on one condition."

Larkin looked
nervous when he asked, "What's that?"

"Show me how
much you want me." I lay down and ran my hand along my
body.

"As you wish,
baby." Larkin leaned over trapping my mouth while pulling me into
him and pulling my shirt over my head. He rolled us, so he was on
top of me and ran his mouth down my neck and to my chest. Grabbing
my bra he slid the straps down and pulled one of my nipples into
his mouth.

I ran my hands
up under his shirt, feeling the hardness that made up his stomach.
I then trailed my hand back down his stomach and into his shorts.
He was ready for me, hard and ready.

Larkin undid
my shorts and slid them and my panties down my legs. Thank God I
shaved this morning. "I can see myself becoming very addicted to
you," he stated.

Looking into
Larkin's dark eyes I smiled. "You say that like it's a bad thing.
Maybe you should consider rehab. Addictions can be hard to
break."

Winking,
Larkin ran his mouth from my chest to my belly. "Rehabs for
quitters and I have no plans on quitting you anytime
soon."

I grabbed his
impressive erection and rubbed my thumb over the tip and down the
length. Finally taking the hint he leaned up and shoved his shorts
and boxers down in one swift move then he was back on top of me. I
let my legs fall open, so he was lying between my hips with his
dick rubbing my most sensitive area. "Ugh. Just fuck me
already!"

"Baby, I'm
going to fuck you until your legs are shaking and the neighbors are
going to know my name, by the time I'm done with you."

A small moan
slipped out of my mouth as I felt his hard manhood sliding ever so
slowly into me. His piercing made me want to yell out, but instead
I bit down on my lip and squeezed my eyes shut.

"Open your
eyes, I love the way your eyes change when you’re close to coming.
Fucking amazing."

Opening my
eyes, I stared into Larkin's deep brown pools of lust making up his
eyes. As soon as I had adjusted to the size of him, he started
pounding into me, scooting me up the bed from sheer force, so my
head was hitting my headboard with every thrust.

"Oh God! GOD!"
I screamed as I dug my nails into his back.

Larkin let a
smile form on his face and slowed his pace. "Nope, I’m not God but
close."

"Shut the hell
up!" Larkin grabbed my nipple and squeezed it, sending pain and
pleasure pulsing through my body, "Holy fuck!"

Larkin pulled
all the way out before slamming back into me and not stopping, I
was so close to losing it. Reaching between us he found my
'come-now' button and with a little pressure and rubbing I was
screaming out his name. Larkin thrust into me two more times before
finding his own release, grunting out my name and a few
unintelligible words before collapsing on top of me but making sure
most of his weight was on his arms and not crushing me.

I must admit,
the boy had mad fucking skills.

I woke up
early and went to the kitchen to start coffee. I knew Larkin and
Gage had to leave early to get to the field. Today was their first
pre-season game. I walked back into my room, and stopped to stare
at Larkin. I grabbed the necklace around my neck he had given me
the night before. I was scared of my feelings that were forming for
him. I told myself I couldn't keep living in the past. I had to
move on. It didn't make these feelings any damn easier though.
Larkin grumbled something before rolling and reaching for me. When
his hand hit the mattress, he opened his eyes searching the room
before they landed on me and smiled, such a sleepy and well fucked
smile.

"Mornin baby,"
Larkin said with his sleep roughened voice.

"Morning. I
started coffee for you and Gage since ya'll have to leave soon." I
sauntered back to my bed. As soon as I was close enough, Larkin
reached out and pulled me down.

"You know what
would make me play a kick ass game?"

"Not a clue."
I said as he brought his hand up to my hip attempting to tickle
me.

"Well allow me
to show you." Larkin's lips were on mine before I could
respond.

About an hour
later there was a loud knock on my door before I heard Gage's
voice, "Yo, Romeo. I know your ass is awake I heard you bangin my
babe. Let's go pussy." I heard Gage's feet shuffling away then
stopping. "Oh, mornin babe."

I couldn't
help but laugh as Larkin grumbled back, "Fuck off."

"Good morning
Gage! We will be out in a few." I climbed out of bed and grabbed
Larkin's t shirt from the night before. It hit me mid-thigh so I
didn't bother looking for shorts. Larkin threw on a pair of gym
shorts and his 'OSU FOOTBALL' shirt. I couldn't help but stare at
him. He was so damn sexy with all his tattoos and
muscles.

CHAPTER 11

After the guys
left, I hopped in the shower and headed to Sadie's apartment. I
spent the morning there until we left for the game. We watched the
game, screaming the entire time for our boys. They did awesome,
kicking Miami's ass. As soon as the game was over I found a very
sweaty but oh so sexy Larkin and flung myself in his arms. He was
awesome at football. He had told me he was a running back but
failed to mention just how good he was.

He swung me
around before setting me down and asked, "How did I do?"

"Amazing,
baby. I guess since you played so good I will have to reward you
later."

That earned me
another steamy kiss. "Get a damn room," Gage said through gritted
teeth.

"Hater." I
spun around to hug him. "Great game." Gage's stony eyes instantly
warmed when he looked at me.

Gage kissed my
cheek and said, "Thanks, babe."

Trent came
walking over yelling, "Party at our place tonight, you
in?"

I looked at
Larkin and smirked before saying, "Hell ya."

**********

Turning off my
car, I heard the music coming from Jinx and Trent’s apartment. The
party was already getting crazy and it was only ten.

Jenna, ‘bout damn time you show up.” A very drunk Trent flung
his arm around my shoulder.

How drunk are you?” I looked over him, curling my lips at his
beer breath.

Trent smiled
slowly and slurred, “Oh I know what could sober me up real
fast.”

Shaking my
head I pushed him away. “Have you seen Larkin?”

Yep, he’s in the kitchen playing bartender.”

Walking into
the kitchen, I saw Larkin behind the bar with a girl trying to
force her way between his arms. Larkin looked up just as I was
about to say something and winked, giving me his full sexy smile as
he said, “Hey baby.”

Deciding I
wanted to piss this girl off and show her Larkin was mine, I threw
my arms around his neck and kissed him. Pulling away I looked into
his eyes and ran my hands through his hair. “Hey.” Shifting my eyes
to look at the girl I smirked and asked, “Wanna get outta here and
have our own little party?”
