After a few moments, Julian felt something brush across his lips.  He opened his eyes to see Carr rubbing his cock against his mouth.  How could that be?  Julian looked at the male still embedded in his ass.  Two Carrs?  What was happening?

“Ripped.  Into two.  More pleasure.  For you.”

Julian frowned but accepted his demon’s word.  He opened his mouth and let the demon surge in a few inches.  Carr was too thick to allow for Julian to take much more than the head into him, but he laved the male and reached up to stroke the rest of the cock, hard and exposed.

Both Carrs howled in pleasure and increased the tempo of their fucking.  The male Julian was sucking off leaned forward and took Julian’s cock in his mouth and sucked the entire length down his throat.  Pure pleasure coursed through Julian’s body as all the sensations coalesced inside him.

It didn’t take long.  He felt his body clenching with need.  His balls tightened up under his shaft, the shaft the other Carr sucked vigorously.  His heart beat like a drum, and his back bowed … and cum shot from the tip of his cock in forceful rounds.  Death swelled over him, his body breaking down and stopping, organ by organ.

As his cock was milked, he heard his heart stop.  His lungs burned as he stopped breathing.  Fear had him in an icy grip as he felt blackness swallow him whole.  What had Carr done?  What …

Carr felt the life drain from his human’s body.  He waited until there wasn’t anything left, only the soul clinging to the mortal flesh for one final second.  And then he bit, and hard.

The second Carr disappeared back into his body as he began pumping his cock roughly into the human’s body.  Within a few thrusts, he erupted, filling his mate with his seed.

His life force.

Carr wanted to roar, wanted to scream for the overwhelming orgasm he was experiencing, knowing he was giving Julian new life, in more ways than one, but he couldn’t release his mate’s neck.  If he did, Julian’s soul would escape his body.  Carr didn’t want a phantom for a lover, but a flesh and blood male, one he could fuck until he was senseless and emptied.

But it was taking too long.

Julian should’ve returned to him by now.  Fear rippled through Carr as he worried he’d done the ceremony wrong somehow.  He was sure he hadn’t.

Slowly, Carr heard the human’s heart restart and breathed a sigh of relief.  Julian sucked in a deep, shaky breath, his entire body trembling.

And then he started beating on Carr’s shoulders and screaming at him.  “You son of a bitch!”

Carr released his hold on Julian’s neck and lifted up to look at his mate.  “About time you made it back to me.”

Julian looked up at Carr, and he froze.  “What was with the guttural demon speak?  And why are you
you
now?”

“Your cancer is now gone.  I was performing a ceremony of death and rebirth.  I took your life and then gave it back to you.”

Julian smiled wanly.  “Seriously?”

“There are, of course, strings attached,” Carr said with a smile.  He pulled from Julian’s ass and rolled to his side, taking the human with him.

“There are always strings when it comes to demons.”

Carr chuckled.  “You’re alive, but not exactly in the same sense you were on earth.  You’re now part demon.”

Julian reached up and caressed his forehead.

Carr shook his head.  “No, you haven’t grown horns.”

Julian relaxed and released a breath.  “Good.”

“You’re now Immortal,” Carr said cautiously.  “As my mate, you will live a long life at my side, ruling this realm.”

“Olivier?”

“Banished.”

Julian smiled.  “So, I’m now a gay half-demon who has to live the rest of my life by your side?”

Carr tensed.  The man hadn’t been quiet about his lack of desire to be a mate.  “Yes.”

“I can live with that,” Julian said as he snuggled in closer to Carr.

“Seriously?” Carr asked.  “I didn’t think you wanted to be a mate.”

Julian turned to face Carr.  “I can’t imagine being anywhere else.  It’s the most clarity I’ve had in many years.  I would like to spend time with my father on earth, if possible.  I haven’t been a good son, and he deserves more.  Will that be possible?”

“Of course,” Carr answered, happiness filling him.  He’d give his mate the moon and the stars to keep him happy.

Julian lay back into Carr’s embrace and grew quiet.  He’d taken the news of his rebirth so easily, Carr wondered if this was as good a time as any to spring the rest of the news on his mate.  He’d find out soon enough, and Carr didn’t want lies and surprises hounding them.

“So, there’s one more part of the ceremony.  I probably should’ve asked you beforehand, but I took liberties.”

Julian looked up, his gaze clear and untroubled.

“You were given life back.  As well as another life.”

Julian frowned.  “What do you mean?”

Carr shrugged his shoulders.  He was struggling with how to broach the topic, especially since the human wasn’t accustomed to demon ways.  “Well, as my mate, you’re my mate in every sense of the word now.  There are a few things we demons do that are a different than humans.”

Chapter Seven

Seven months later…

Julian awoke in the arms of his mate, stretching as well as he could without waking Carr.  He pushed himself out of the bed, his body sore and aching.  He padded over to the bathroom and washed his face and hands to help wake up completely.  Looking down, he rubbed the growing stomach protruding before him, still shocked months later that he’d be a father.

Or was that mother?

He still wasn’t completely sure how it would all work out.  He’d been angry for a long time, but it had been impossible for him to remain so.  He’d gotten a second chance at life and now he would bear the child of his mate.  Once his body had been filled with death, and now it was overfilled with new life.

A son.

Another great demon lord in the making, another male to stand tall against the evils of the underworld.  How could Julian be angry about that?  A male like Carr was exactly what their realm needed to continue the peace, and it was becoming harder and harder for Julian to mask his joy at the impending birth.

There was also a little fear mingled in there as well.  Carr had told him there would be no pain, but Julian wasn’t completely sold on the idea.  His mate seemed to like to leave out little details until after Julian found things out on his own.

Strong arms wrapped around him.  Julian looked over his shoulder and smiled up at his demon.  Carr lovingly stroked Julian’s stomach and kissed Julian’s neck.  “Good morning, lover.”

“Good morning, demon.”

“I awoke and missed you in our bed,” Carr said gently, pressing his hard cock into Julian’s back.  “Come back with me so I can show you how much I love you.”

Julian froze and looked into the mirror at the male behind him.  “What?”

Carr smiled and nuzzled Julian’s ear.  “I … love … you.”

Julian’s breath was taken away for just a moment.  “I—”

Carr glanced at Julian in the mirror, his gaze solemn.  “Yes?”

“I love you, too.”

Carr smiled.  “Then come back to bed so you can show me how much.”

Julian twisted in his demon’s arms and reached up to kiss him.  “Now you’ve asked for it,” he said with a smile.  Julian had never felt happier in his life.  The demon had reawakened him, giving his life meaning, and allowing him to become the man he’d wanted to be.  And with the life swelling inside him, he had an incredible reason to stand strong and do the right thing.  Carr lifted him into his arms and carried him to their bed.

They didn’t come up for air for days.

Chapter One

“Kaden, how long have you been a pilot in the Federated Navy?” Lieutenant Davidson asked as the man rested a firm hand on Kaden’s shoulder.

“I graduated from the Academy two months ago, sir,” Kaden Collins responded, the heat of the man’s hand warming him in other places, too.  Lieutenant Davidson was incredibly handsome, and the first officer on the ship.  Not only was he good looking, but he also held power, and both of those things were an aphrodisiac for Kaden.  He loved strong, older men and was a sucker for them every time.  Kaden had noticed the officer the moment he’d boarded the ship and had used the older man in several of his most recent fantasies.

He sucked in a little breath and tried to calm his beating heart.  It was just a hand to his shoulder, a simple gesture, nothing more.  There was no way a senior officer was interested in him.

“And you’ve been aboard the Ticonderoga for three weeks now, correct?”

“I have, sir,” Kaden responded, wondering if he was about to be reprimanded.  Kaden searched his mind, trying to think of anything he’d done out of line and could think of nothing.  They were alone on the bridge, covering the late night shift while the rest of the crew slept, so Kaden was able to speak freely.  “Have I done something wrong, sir?”

Davidson rested his other palm on the other side of Kaden’s shoulder, massaging it as he stepped even closer to Kaden’s back.  Kaden was positive he felt the man’s hard cock pressing into his back, but did his best to continue to check the controls and continue to do his job.  “No, nothing wrong at all.  I was just thinking it’s been such a shame we hadn’t had a chance to work alone in all these weeks.  Tonight’s the first night we’ve had the helm, just you and I.”

Kaden grinned as his gaze swept the controls.  Apparently, Davidson had been quietly checking Kaden out as he’d done the same to the lieutenant.  It was against Federated Navy regulations to share relations with other crewmen, but it happened all the time.  It was the navy’s dirty little secret that no one spoke of but everyone knew.  Months spent in space made people grow lonely and things happened.  Kaden had been hoping he’d have this opportunity, but it had seemed as likely as him winning the lottery.  Now it appeared he might have his chance.  “Is there a reason you would want to work alone with me?”

Davidson ran a hand through the back of Kaden’s hair.  “Yeah, a couple.  You do realize the ship is equipped with autopilot?”  Davidson reached over Kaden’s shoulder and flipped the switch, turning the autopilot on.  As Davidson leaned back, his hand absently stroked Kaden’s cheek for a passing moment before the lieutenant returned to massaging Kaden’s shoulders.  “It helps give you a few moments of free time, if there’s something you
must
do.”

Kaden shivered, excitement running through his body.  “And is there something I must do, sir?”

Davidson twisted Kaden’s seat and rested both hands on the back of Kaden’s chair, putting him within inches of Kaden’s face.  Damn, but the man was hot.  Dark hair, slightly graying at the temples and etched lines beside his eyes were the only two things belying the man’s age.  If not for them, the incredibly fit and energetic lieutenant could easily pass for a man ten years younger.  But Kaden liked the additions.  It made Davidson seem more mature, worldly, and sexy beyond measure.

His lieutenant stared down at him with the most brilliant amber eyes, both twinkling with lust.  Davidson’s warm, sweet breath drifted over Kaden’s face and made Kaden want to lean up and kiss the man, just to find out if he tasted as sweet.

“Do you want to kiss me, Ensign?” Davidson asked in a breathy whisper.

Kaden nodded briskly before leaning up and doing just that.  As soon as he did, Davidson took over, grasping the back of Kaden’s head and pressing his tongue forcefully down Kaden’s throat.  Opening his mouth to let the man explore his depths and taste every inch of flesh, Kaden accepted the kiss.  Davidson tasted of cinnamon and heat, causing Kaden to groan against the man’s tongue.

Davidson pulled back from the embrace and looked down at Kaden.  “I’ve wanted you since the moment you walked on board,” the lieutenant whispered as he began to undo his belt.  “I want to sink deep inside you while sitting at the helm.”

Kaden looked at the bridge doors.  “What if someone comes in?”

“I can lock the bridge.  Only the captain could override me, and we all know he’s a very sound sleeper,” Davidson said as he extended his hand down to flick a button, securing them both inside the bridge.  Then he reached into the open vee of his pants and pulled out his long, thick cock.  “Suck it for me, Ensign.  Show me what you’re made of.”

Kaden looked from the door to his control panel and then back to the hard cock his lieutenant hefted in his palm.  The wide, broad head was deeply purple, angry in its need to be satisfied.  A pearly drop oozed from the tiny hole at the tip, and Kaden felt the intense urge to lean in and capture it with his tongue.  Instead of wanting it, he took it, sliding his tongue from the base of Davidson’s shaft and up to the head, swirling it over the glands.  Salty-sweet flavor hit the back of his tongue as he engulfed the plump end and swallowed as many inches as he could.
