Justin took long strides out the door and along the walk toward Morgan’s cabin. He stopped to knock on the door, then went in.

Morgan held her phone to her ear. Justin didn’t think she even heard him enter.

“Yes, Mother. I know it’s short notice, but you said you’re at home in Hollywood. I really would like for you and Dad to come to San Francisco.”

Justin saw the strain on Morgan’s face and the hunched shoulders. He moved behind her and began to massage her muscles.

“I’m sure you can get a flight. You and Dad usually have no problems.”

Leaning forward, Justin whispered in her ear. “Tell her your fiancé will send his plane, and you’ll pick them up at the airport.” Morgan raised her eyes. Justin nodded his head to urge her on.

“Mother, I have an idea. I’ll ask my fiancé to have his plane fly you and Dad to us. We’ll pick you up at the airport.

“Yes, he has the use of a plane. All right, good. Yes, I’ll let you know the flight time and all.” Morgan put the phone down.

“Are you sure it’s all right?” she asked Justin.

“Sure. Ethan bought a small jet two years ago since he likes to travel. It’s at the airport here on the ranch. Several of our men are pilots, or sometimes Ethan pilots himself.”

“More surprises every day about you two.”

“Not many about me. What you see is what you get. I like to stay at home. We travel enough on our jobs. Come on. You’re late, and I’m hungry.” He bent down and kissed her. “Hungry for you, too, but that will have to wait.”

The sun had set and stars twinkled across the dark sky. Morgan threw on a light jacket. Justin put his arm around her as they began to walk.

“Warm enough?”

“Hmmm, yes. You and Ethan are both very warm-blooded. Having your arm wrapped around me is like having my personal little heater.”

“Our body temperature adjusts to the weather. We don’t feel the cold and heat the same as you do.”

“I like learning more and more about the two of you.”

When they got to the steps, Morgan stopped and turned to lean her body into his. “Don’t worry about the differences between Ethan and you. I mean your liking to stay here and being such a homebody. I admire that quality about you, just as I’m happy that Ethan enjoys cities and plays and such. With the two of you I get the best of what I like.”

Justin touched her soft lips with his mouth. She parted her lips, and his tongue slid inside to rake across the tender sweetness. Reluctantly, he raised his head. “When you get back we’ll go visit my mountain cabin and spend some time alone. Hopefully, we’ll have a few days to do that before I have to leave.” He took a deep breath. “What would be even better is if you’d wed us before I leave on assignment.”

“Let’s go in,” she whispered. “I can’t promise you, not yet.”

He followed her. Several people greeted her, and soon there was much teasing about her expertise with guns. Justin knew the men had a new respect for the woman he and Ethan loved. She’d been in danger and held her own. Warriors respected courage.

Ethan and Justin walked her back to the cabin. It had been a good evening, good food, and nice people. She’d met a number of women and realized most of them had two husbands, yet it seemed like most gatherings where the women congregated to talk about ranch life and families, while some of the men watched the last of a ball game on TV, and others went into the billiard room to play or cheer.

“Are you too tired for us to come in?” Justin asked. They’d arrived at her front door.

“Listen, I’m going on home. I have to pack and make arrangements for the plane. You two need to talk. I’ll pick you up in the morning at seven,” Ethan said. He waved and strode off toward the home he and Justin shared.

“May I come in?” Justin asked.

“Yes, shall I put on coffee?”

“I’d rather you took off a few things, starting with this blouse.” Justin had shut and locked the door behind him. He swooped her into his arms and took her into the bedroom. As soon as her feet touched the floor he began to undress her. Her blouse and bra were thrown across a chair. Justin undid her button to her slacks, and they were soon dropped to the floor. He kissed her stomach as he gradually peeled off her panties. His nose nuzzled into the hair covering her mound.

“I love your scent when you’re excited.” He separated the folds hiding her clit and racked his tongue across. A tremor raced up Morgan’s body.

Justin straightened and stood back admiring her. “Absolutely perfect.” His hands made the motion of copying her curves. “How could any man want more? And just spicy enough to keep a man on his toes.” A teasing light lit his green eyes.

Lifting her, he threw her onto the bed. She laughed and pulled the spread and top sheet from under her while she watched him undress. Before he joined her, he put on a condom, and then started toward her bed.

She loved his sleek body, the graceful movements, a confidence about himself and his world. She realized that him getting upset with her was a testament to how much he cared.

He took a small bottle out of his pocket and put it on the bedside table, then climbed on the bed. “Turn over,” he directed. When she did, he ran his hands through her short curls and began to gently massage her head. When he moved to her neck, he stopped and squirted some lotion from the bottle he’d brought.

“What is that?” she asked.

“One of our scientists came up with a mixture that has relaxing qualities, and an effect of heightening tactile pleasure. You’ll see what I mean.”

“I’m not sure I like this.”

“Believe me. You will.” His fingers slid lightly over her neck to her shoulders. Warmth followed his touch. His teeth nipped at her earlobe while his fingers made magic across her back. A sizzle of electricity shot down to her pussy.

He continued her massage, kneading the muscles in her back. Her body relaxed, and yet deep inside a yearning began to grow. She wasn’t sure she could move if she wanted to. He followed his massage with soft kisses across her skin, down along her spine, over her buttocks, all along the back of the legs. She melted into a pool of heated desire. A strange mixture of need, and yet total relaxation.

Below, she felt moisture seeping from between her lower lips. The scent of desire swirled around them. Justin’s hands rubbed back up her legs. Then suddenly, his fingers slipped between her folds to the opening of her pussy.

The yearning became a full-blown fire of insatiable need. She moaned. “I’m starving for you.” She heard his chuckle.

“I’m just beginning.” He moved and flipped her onto her back. “We have to massage the front.” Reaching across her, he put more lotion on his hands and cupped both her breasts. The sensation had her crying out and bowing her body to push her breasts more fully into his hands. The palms of his hands brushed across her tightened nipples. Every touch sent exquisite pleasure swirling through her veins.

He leaned forward and kissed her while his hands kept caressing her sensitive breasts. Their tongues teased and danced around each other. Her whole body had become totally engrossed in him, his scent, his touch, his taste.

His mouth slid along her neck, kissing the area where her pulse pounded, then nipping along her collarbone. When he came to her breast and covered it with his warm mouth, her pussy began to tingle and her inner muscles tremble.

“Take me,” she screamed at him.

“If you insist.” He moved quickly to the juncture between her thighs, separated her lower lips, and sucked on her nub. An overpowering orgasm began to flow across her. Her body trembled as though caught in a storm. She bucked against his mouth as he continued to lick and tease and taste.

When she thought she couldn’t take any more, he moved his hard cock to her opening and plunged inside her supersensitive pussy. Her inner muscles clenched tight around him as he took them both up and over into a joint orgasm that had their bodies straining to get closer.

Justin’s cock was so hard it hurt and when she tightened those soft, wet muscles around him, he thought he’d blown the top of his head off. His body stiffened and he plunged again harder. Her body trembling and straining to get closer to him gave him the hardest orgasm he’d ever had. Gasping for breath, he breathed in her sweet scent. He rolled to the side, keeping her warm body close against him.

After he got his breath and could move, he brushed the wet curls from her forehead. “Are you all right?”

She peeked up at him and gave him a weak smile. “I think so. I’m not sure I can move. Hopefully that will change in a minute.”

“You don’t have to move. Go to sleep. I’ll be here when you wake.”

“Promise.”

“Yes.”

He saw her muscles relax and her breathing deepen. Moving carefully, he went into the bathroom and took a quick shower. Slipping on his jeans, he walked into the kitchen and made instant coffee.

The fire had died down in the living room. He put several new logs on and settled in the lounge chair to sip his coffee and think.

He loved her. No doubts left. He and Ethan had to convince her to stay and marry them. Defeat was no longer an option. He’d work with her on her fear as he promised. He’d seen her pleasure in riding, and she enjoyed their cookout the night they rode to the river. When she came back from California they’d marry, and he’d take her to his home set close to the mountains. They’d have a day or two there alone before he had to leave.

She was moving. He picked up the little sounds of her turning and getting up. He pretended he didn’t hear her coming into the room. She was tiptoeing, hoping to surprise him.

Her arms went around his neck and she whispered in his ear, “Surprise.”

Justin swung her around onto his lap. “I thought you’d get a good night’s sleep after all your exercise.”

Morgan snuggled into his shoulder. “I turned over and missed you.”

Her words sent a warm feeling straight to his chest. Her lips kissed him all along his neck. And his unruly dick came to attention.

“Darlin’, you keep that up and we’ll be back rolling around that bed of yours.”

“Hmmm, I wouldn’t mind.”

“Nor would I, but you have a long trip ahead of you in about five hours.”

“I can sleep on the plane.” She raised her head to look at him. Her beautiful, dark blue eyes glowed in the firelight. “Why did you get up? Are you still worried about me fitting in here at the ranch?”

“Are you?”

“Not like I was. I enjoyed meeting some more of the women tonight. I love the scenery, and I like to ride. You said you’d help me with my fear of dogs, and I believe you. Sure, I’ll want to go on trips occasionally, but I don’t have to be entertained all the time. I’m not the silly, empty-headed woman many men assume I am.”

“No you’re not. I have to admit to being guilty of some of those first impressions, mainly as a self-defense against feelings I had started to have for you.” He cuddled her closer against his body. He loved the feel of her soft curves nestled against him.

“You are an intelligent, beautiful, talented lady, and I love you.”

“Oh!” She looked surprised. “You may be overdoing it. I haven’t found any particular talent I have, at least not yet.”

He grinned. “Well, for one thing, you shoot better than any woman I’ve met.”

“Really?” She perked up and smiled at him.

Justin picked her up and started toward the bedroom. “Yes, truly. Now it’s time for you to go to sleep.” He tumbled into bed with her and pulled her close against his body.
