All that was left were a few young ladies that were stuck to Steven like glue. I did not know what had happened between him and Judith. Perhaps she had left already. Steven was trying his best to shoo them away, with little luck.

“Well, we made it through the day.” I smiled taking in my surroundings.

“Not quite.” Conner cocked his head to the side and looked at me quizzically. “Come with me,” he whispered, tugging on my hand. Without so much as a glance from our remaining guests, we left the room, and the house.

Once outside, I knew he was pulling me toward our own personal haven. We made it through the woods into the grove surrounded by all the tall trees. The wind blew effortlessly through the leaves, making them dance on the branches.

“We do have to consummate our marriage,” he looked at me eyes full of lust, “and there is no better place than our secret hide away.”

The sun was just beginning to set. The sky was a delectable shade of pink and violet. Conner stood there watching me for a moment. Nothing else in the world matter right then but me and him. I walked to him, almost drawn to him by some unseen force. Slowly, I ran my hand down the lapel of his jacket, looking straight into his gorgeous blue eyes.

I took a step back, my gaze never leaving his. I eased myself out of my dress. His breath caught while he watched me. I loved that I could affect him the way he did me.

I waited there, naked as his eyes slowly drank me in. Then he followed suit, first removing his jacket, slowly unbuttoning his shirt showing off his hard rippled stomach.

Undoing his trousers, he shoved them to the ground then he made his way over to me. Standing only inches away, Conner let his hand ghost across my breast, his lips followed. I let my head fall back while closing my eyes absorbing the pure ecstasy. My breathing grew heavy and ragged. I knew I belonged to him. He lifted me into his arms before laying me down against the cold grass, wet with dew.

My fingers ran down his back then up his glorious chest, feeling every indention of his toned muscles. He was mine. My other half and I wanted to feel every inch of him.

He slipped inside me with ease. My body was completely ready for him. I had been in a constant state of arousal since we had decided to wait until our wedding. Conner had offered earlier in the week, to help satisfy the ache but I felt that it would be cheating on our vow to wait, even though he assured me that if our bodies were not connected than it would not count.

I gasped in surprise. My head tilted back enjoying the feeling of him, giving him access to my neck. His lips and tongue traced up the side. Our bodies fit together like pieces of a puzzle, almost as if we had been made for each other. Perhaps we had.

“You are my everything, Francesca,” he whispered while cupping my face and looking deep into my eyes. He began to move, pressing deeper inside of me. He took his time with me, never rushing it. We now had the luxury of forever. Everything felt so intensified. I did not know if it was because it had been so long? Maybe it was the fact we truly belonged to one another, or because I had a bit of him growing inside of me. I did not know, but I reached my peek fast, falling hard around him. Conner kissed my neck while pushing deeper into me, causing the build to rising again.

The winds had come, swooping through with chaos. We clung to each other during the storm and had made it out the other side. No destruction left behind only peace, happiness, and contentment. I had everything I could possible want and more than I ever allowed myself to dream of. It had been a hard journey, but it had been worth every second.

This time we both came apart together. Waves of pure bliss crashed on us. We clung to each other, riding out the intensity of our joint release and it was glorious.
