Immanuel turns to Abgal, who has been listening intently to Parat's proposal and tells him, "We have begun to resurface Mars and its atmosphere, but it will take centuries before life can be sustained there. Is there anything on Titan that would be beneficial for the Igigi to build settlements on Europa?"

"The atmosphere on Titan is too thick with nitrogen," says Abgal. "What little there is on Europa is oxygen. With fueling stations and receiving stations on both moons, a commingling of gases from each moon to the other would eventually bring about an Earth-like atmosphere on both worlds. Such a change would protect Europa from the deadly radiation of Jupiter. The Igigi could then build on the surface above the ice, while exploring the oceans below."

"I shall remain here on Earth with the flagship," says Immanuel. "My father, Elohim, will join me in two shars aboard New Jerusalem. Mars will be ready for settlement when he arrives. Parat, I give you Titan... Abgal, I give you Europa. As for Earth's moon, I have promised it to Sarpanit."

In the days that follow, the volunteer Titan colony settlers are loaded aboard New Jerusalem. After all farewells have been made, the giant vessel lifts off, bound for its new destination. Immanuel decides to begin rebuilding Earth by delivering additional water to the parched, drought-laden areas of Africa. With the entire fleet at his disposal, the project begins by dumping water from the fuel tanks of the larger Anunna ships into areas where rain is needed most. Dams are also constructed to provide power and water to parched landscapes. The first dams are built on the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.

Soon the areas around the Sahara are turning green again, and men begin to plant food crops and graze cattle in areas where it had become impossible. Hospitals are soon emptied and converted into medical universities and urban housing centers, as Anunna physicians and nurses heal the sick and injured and share their medical expertise with the world. The plagues of the past and even the common cold are eliminated. All of the world's artificial borders and fences are removed, allowing people to travel unhindered and live where they wish. Measures are taken to eliminate air pollution and water pollution. The contaminants that had been dumped into the air and water during the previous centuries since the Industrial Revolution no longer threaten the health of the planet, as better sources of energy and fuel are introduced using new technologies. Wars become a thing of the past. Mental illness, drug addictions and alcoholism are treated with effective, genetic therapies. Prisons are emptied, as those incarcerated within them are effectively rehabilitated. Universities and colleges grow and thrive, as the Anunna teach new skills and deliver new tools to those who thirst for knowledge and training.

New arts are explored and developed to enhance the increased leisure time afforded to those who were once enslaved to spending all their time earning a living and providing for their families. With the new building projects, unemployment and homelessness disappears virtually overnight. Governments are forced to become systems of efficiency to carry out the will of the people, instead of institutions designed to retain the status quo and increase the wealth of those in power. All minority status distinctions soon disappear, as class divisions are replaced with respect for each individual's rights. A higher regard for free and open exchanges of ideas becomes essential. Lawyers are no longer needed, as the Anunna and the resurrected saints begin to serve as judges, kings, and priests who can glean the truth from lies without seemingly endless debates. Businesses thrive by competing to serve, rather than by merely pursuing wealth for their wealthy executives and stockholders.

Three times each year, the nations of the world are obligated to elect representatives to meet with Immanuel in Jerusalem to present their needs and resolve their grievances with one another. Those nations who fail to send representatives to the Feast of Tabernacles are informed that their support in the new rebuilding efforts will be suspended for a year, and the additional rain for their thriving farms and grazing lands will be stopped. Without additional rain to cleanse the land, each nation which borders the Mediterranean Sea knows that the plagues which resulted from the nuclear explosions will re-emerge within their homelands, particularly in the most arid areas like those in Egypt.

Any and all conflicts over religion have abruptly ceased, and a new temple dedicated to Elohim is constructed on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, where he is expected to live upon his return to Earth after the one thousand-year rebuilding effort is completed. The lifespan of those born in this new generation is expected to increase tenfold with the renewal of the environment and the elimination of mankind's plethora of health and genetic disorders. Most of those born during this time will live to see the day Elohim arrives, accompanied by the Anunna that return with him from Eris.

Nations, like some people, maintain long-standing distrusts and hatred of other nations. Those nations who despise Israel (and the countries that support her) continue to do so, often with blatant calls from their leaders to eliminate every last one of her citizens. At the end of the next millennium, those nations will organize behind a single leader with the single-minded goal of destroying Israel and Elohim when he returns to Earth.

23. The Return of Elohim

"The rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished... When the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth,
Gog and Magog
, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
--Revelation 20: 5,7-15

After a thousand years, the Mediterranean Sea no longer exists, except for scattered lakes and deep pools of stagnant, contaminated water. Millions of acres of land exposed in the basin are barricaded and left undeveloped. The entire area becomes known as the
badlands
. The population of Earth has increased several times over, as birth rates have continued to be maintained and death rates have diminished. Those nations and peoples who choose are promised eternal life and provided with the Paraclete from the Tree of Life. Their names are recorded in the Book of Life.

Because of false pride in their mortal nature, some individuals choose not to receive the Paraclete. Others consume powdered gold or drink the blood of animals, in defiance of the law, to purposely rid themselves of the Paraclete they have been granted by the Anunna. The resurrected saints serve Immanuel and hold all positions of authority on Earth. The names of those judged guilty of crimes against humanity are removed from the Book of Life and written into the Book of Judgement. Then they are exiled to the badlands of the Mediterranean basin, where they establish rudimentary dwellings for survival and compete for food, water, and personal property, often committing atrocities against one another.

The former islands of Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, and Cypress have been abandoned, and those who are exiled to the badlands make their way to the former settlements, towns, and cities that remain crumbling there, isolated from the rest of humanity. Over time, the population of the badlands is as concentrated as anywhere else on Earth, and seething with the worst of humanity.

At the end of his one thousand year sentence of imprisonment, Baalthazar is released from his prison, according to the terms of his contract with Elohim and the judgement of the Anunna High Council. He is given a final warning not to interfere in the affairs of mankind. He makes his way to the high places of Sicily and begins to encourage the people of the badlands to rise up and overthrow their Anunna overlords, who have exiled them in the contaminated lands of the Mediterranean basin. He tells them that they must begin their attack by surrounding Jerusalem, and that by capturing the city they will render Immanuel and those who serve him powerless. Then they can conquer the rest of the world, take it back for mankind, and rid themselves of the Anunna for all time. The rallying call of the people of the badlands soon becomes, "KILL ALL JEWS! KILL ALL JEWS!...", as anti-Semitism rears its ugly head again and the people become filled with jealousy and hatred for Elohim's chosen people.

No one knows Baalthazar better than Elohim, who has long anticipated what he is likely to do when he is released. His tactics this time are no different than they were when he stirred up the Egyptians, Assyrians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, Persians, the Crusaders, and the Arabs to conquer Jerusalem. Since 925 B.C., Elohim's city has been under siege no less than sixteen times by as many nations who yielded to Baalthazar's influence. Elohim orders Igigi surveillance ships to monitor Baalthazar's whereabouts and report on his activities, as soon as he is released.

The Titan colony has succeeded in their goal of building adequate shelters, and the Europa colonies are making steady progress in stabilizing its atmosphere. The Igigi settlers on Europa have begun exploring Europa's oceans beneath its icy surface. The New Jerusalem has returned to Eris, where Elohim is preparing for his return to Earth.

Learning of the civil unrest and calls for war in the badlands, Elohim decides to collect all of the seraphim on Eris who have left their parents' nests and place a pair of seraphim in the care of each Anunna selected to make the journey to Earth with him. The seraphim recognize the Anunna as their kinsmen, because they share those common genes which create a similar electromagnetic aura around their bodies, which mortal men do not exhibit. The Anunna, the seraphim, and the resurrected saints all have this same type of aura, though few men can see it, as its wavelength lies just outside of the visible spectrum. However, the visual spectrum of the seraphim allows them to see ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths, including the auras surrounding each other and the Anunna. When all are ready for departure, Elohim leaves Eris bound for Earth.

As Elohim approaches Earth, he receives a coded ship-to-ship message from Gabriel which reads,
"Gog and Magog have broken through the barricades of the badlands on Israel's borders. Awaiting orders."

If possible, Elohim wants to avoid any confrontation before he arrives. He instructs Gabriel to have Michael withdraw all of his forces to the city of Jerusalem without confronting the invaders. He cloaks the ship and begins his descent toward Jerusalem, where the ship's commander is ordered to hold the hidden vessel. When Elohim and the Anunna look below them, they see thousands upon thousands of men from the badlands who have worked their way toward Jerusalem and have begun to surround it, awaiting orders from Baalthazar to begin their attack.

When the decks are lowered, each of the Anunna takes his pair of seraphim to the railings, attaches an individual cloaking device to each one, and unchains them from their perches. Then each of the Anunna tosses out two pieces of Dragon Fire fruit over the railings, and the unseen seraphim each catch a piece of the fruit before it hits the ground. They swallow them whole, causing the fruits to seemingly disappear in mid-air. Within minutes, a howling shriek pierces the air. Then there is another and another and another, until a cacophony of ear-splitting shrieks and moans and growls echo above the city. There are now 288,000 invisible dragons flying above the city of Jerusalem, singing their mating songs. Those men, women and children within the sound of the dragons' calls whose name have been added to the Book of Life begin to change, as their Paraclete is activated by the dragon calls. As they change, the new aura surrounding their bodies begins to glow, and the dragons recognize them as one of their own, but the men outside the city are unaffected by the same sounds, because they have no Paraclete within them. The dragons soon recognize those outside the city as prey and begin to swoop toward them, first stunning their victims with a blasting call, then scorching them with fire from their raging bellies. The people of the badlands begin to scream and run amuck, as they are burned alive and begin to fall dead by the thousands. The dragons continue to roast and tear at their flesh, until every last one of the invaders from the badlands is dead and ripped from limb to limb.

Elohim spots Baalthazar walking among the charred, smoking bodies of his comrades in arms. The dragons recognized Baalthazar as Anunna, so he is left unharmed. Elohim orders Michael to seize him and bring him to New Jerusalem, where he is soon delivered to the throne room and brought before Elohim in chains. Immanuel and the twenty-four elders who comprise the Anunna High Council join them in the throne room. Daniel goes to the outer deck and sounds his dragon shofar, while the Anunna aboard New Jerusalem all hold up two pieces of Manna fruit, one in each hand above their heads. When the dragons return to the ship, they are offered gold nuggets to swallow and soon transform back into gentle, chattering seraphim.
