Elementalism:
The practice of worshiping elementals as deities.

Elementals:
Energetic archetypes of earth, air, fire, and water.
Elementals are personification of the four powerful puzzle pieces of the universe, and they are often believed to be
sentient beings.
Faeries:
Energetic or spiritual beings that are a personification of natural phenomenon.
Magic:
Change that is initiated within a person or in the real world around a person that aligns with the person’s will.
Ritual:
A ceremony that takes a prescribed form in order to accomplish the desired spiritual goals or magical effects
in a predictable way every time.
Pentagram:
A five-pointed star representing the elementals and spirit.
Pentacle:
A five-pointed star surrounded by a circle, representing the elementals and spirit. Also, a ritual tool bearing the same symbol.
Prayer:
A message, usually expressed in words, addressed towards at least one higher power. Prayers are used to con-
fer praise, gratitude or to request intercession regarding a specific need or desire.
Psychic:
A person who obtains information from a supernatural source, or sensed by means other than the five
natural senses.

Scrying:
A method of divination in which the practitioner gazes into a tool or substance in order to see visions in
the tool or in the mind’s eye.
Sigil:
A symbol, usually made from lettering, that represents a greater concept. Sigils are created in order to focus the mind on a complex idea during a ritual or spell.
Spell:
A discrete act of magic performed for a specific goal.
A spell is often performed in the context of a ritual, and may produce or make use of magical props in order to
focus the mind and energy.
Spirit:
An overarching term for a spiritual entity that includes faeries, elves, and ghosts among others.
Talisman:
A magical object that is created by a person in order to have a specific effect on a person who chooses to wear
it. For example, talismans are often created in order to
confer protection or luck upon the bearer.
Thoughtform:
An idea created by a magical practitioner on the astral plane that is fueled by spiritual energy to carry out a specific task (such as a spell’s goal) before it dissipates.
Wand:
Usually a wooden stick, a wand is used to direct energy during a spell or ritual. A wand is usually associated with fire elementals.
