Born as an identical twin in a large family, she was raised in the Pacific Northwest. She later relocated to Colorado for college and a successful IT career before discovering her talent as a writer. She now makes her home in charming rural Texas where she enjoys hiking, swimming, wine tasting, and, of course, writing.
