“No, Rhiannon you have to get to work. I’ll sort this.” he says folding the paper and shoving it down his jacket.

“Is this what you planned?” Jase asks Kaleb.

“I did not fucking plan any off this. I’m also not doing this here. Get to my office and we will talk about it.” Kaleb orders as other people gather in the entrance.

“Kaleb, I want to know what is in there.” I say referring to the paper.

“Is this why you acted shifty while you read it yesterday? Something you didn’t want me to see?” I ask finally putting at least two pieces of the puzzle together. Only another few hundred to go.

“Oh, so you spent all weekend with my girlfriend?” Jase shouts, “And to top it off, I didn’t even hear from you after the hospital yesterday.” he says really angry.

Right now, I don’t care about his feelings. I want to know what is in the paper. I will sort Jase out later.

Kaleb starts to walk towards his office, and I follow. I stamp my feet all the way there, just so he knows I’m following. Is it childish? - yeah. Do I care? - no. I have had more than enough shit this last weekend.

Jase finally follows after me. Once Kaleb reaches his door he turns to me, “Really mature Rhiannon.”

“I don’t give a shit Kaleb.” I say crossing my arms over my chest, just for added effect.

“Rhiannon, please go to work.” he asks calmly.

“Kaleb I want to know what is in the paper. I’m almost certain it is something to do with me, and till I see what it is I’m not going anywhere” I say as I stand in front of his door.

“Go on Kaleb, let her see what the papers are saying about her.” Jase says.

“What do you mean what the papers are saying about me?” I demand, giving Jase the evil eye. It’s not like he can’t tell me.

“Both of you in here now.” he says ushering me inside. “Jase, why you couldn’t just keep your mouth shut, for fuck sake.” Kaleb says rubbing his temples.

“You turn up to work with my girlfriend, after you had spent all weekend with her, after you tell her you want her. What do you want me to do?” he snarls.

Holy shit, how did he find that out? I stupidly think.

Then I remember the crowd that was outside the restaurant, and now the fact they’re trying to keep the paper from me.

Damn you fucking press. Another part of the puzzle slides in to place.

I sit in a chair opposite Kaleb’s desk and rub my temples too.

“Rhiannon?” Kaleb asks.

“Pass me the paper please.” I say holding my hand out.

He gives in and puts the paper in my hand. I don’t even have to open the paper to see what it’s about.

On the front page is a picture of me, and Kaleb shouting after me.

I still proceed to read it.

The Kaleb Braxton, the womanizer Kaleb Braxton, has being seen with an employee’s girl.

Mr. Braxton has been spotted with a girl, who is dating one of his employees, Jase Dean.

Jase and Rhiannon turned up to the première of Jase's new movie together, and were looking pretty cozy.

Pictures show Rhiannon running away from a car, tears streaming down her face, as Braxton shouts behind her, begging her not to do it.

We didn’t hear what he was begging her for, but I’m sure you can work it out.

An inside reported later reported that once Rhiannon returned to the restaurant, Jase was angry with her, and ignored her for the rest of the evening. Sending her home in his limo with a response 'he will call tomorrow'. Rhiannon then fled the scene in said limo.

Kaleb was later seen getting in a limo driven by his second hand man, heading in the same direction as Rhiannon.

Our reporters followed, and a picture has also been snapped of Braxton carrying the girl out of the bar, while a member of staff was trying to prevent the due from leaving. Kaleb wasn't having none of it and got in to the limo his second hand man was waiting in.

Back at the restaurant, Jase was seen leaving with a female, a pretty female, and they looked cozy wrapped in each other’s arms, and laughing. Is it just friendship, or is something going on? Well you know we don’t like to speculate here, but early yesterday morning, Jase was seen leaving the woman’s apartment, chucking his clothes on, and heading in the direction of the hospital. He looked troubled, but what was troubling him?

Is there trouble in paradise already for Rhiannon and Jase?

Now, is Rhiannon sleeping with both men? Or is this innocent?

She is a beautiful young woman, but is she making it too easy for guys to get her?

Also, what is Jase doing? Is this innocent or is this exactly what it looks like?

Fan-fucking-tastic. I told Kaleb the press was watching, and he still did it.

“This is what you were hiding from me yesterday?” I ask as I vacate my seat, darting straight to my feet.

“I didn’t want you to see this shit.” he defends his actions.

“They fucking called me easy because you had to open your mouth.” I spit at him,

“I didn’t want their words to hurt you. Its rubbish and you know it.”

“What so you didn’t say you wanted her?” Jase asks.

“I'm not saying that, they took it out of context.” Kaleb answers

“So you want her?” Jase asks Kaleb.

“I would treat her a lot better than you can Jase. How many is this now?” Kaleb stands up to him.

“You two are fucking stupid. I'm not a toy.” I shout at them both.

“You told her?” Jase asks in disbelieve.

“Of course I did, she has a right to know.”

“She didn’t need to know.” he shouts at Kaleb

“So have you slept with him?” Jase asks, turning his attention to me.

“No!” I shout in disbelieve, how he can ask me that I don’t know. I actually haven’t done anything wrong here.

“But this is why you were upset right?” Jase asks finally uncovering the truth.

“Yes.” I murmur keeping my eyes on the floor.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” Jase probes.

“I didn’t want to spoil your night, then you were an ass to me. I can’t do this shit. You guys do what the fuck you want but I’m out of here.” I tell them both as I turn to leave the office.

A thought pops to me, and my hand hovers on the handle, I quickly turn around to Jase, “Did you sleep with someone else Saturday night?” I ask him, remembering what else was posted.

He is silent a few minutes, before he whispers a weak 'no'. He won’t look at me, so right now, I don’t know what to believe. I continue my journey out of the office.

They can both leave me the fuck alone, I can’t take much more.

“Rhiannon wait.” Kaleb says as he follows me out.

“No, just leave me alone. The pair of you. This last weekend has been shit and all you two can do is cause drama and lie. I’m done.” I say pinning them both with a look that tells them it’s in their best interests to stay away.

I can’t even get out of here. I have no car, and no phone. I am fucking stuck here.

Great.

I run to my dressing room. I would rather be on my own then be with them two jerks right now. When they have sorted their issues, I will talk to them again. I will also not drop this issue with Jase. I need to know what happened after I left Saturday. If he slept with someone else, I am done with him. After the shit he has put on me because Kaleb said something to me, if he has done anything, I am done.

*****

Once I am in my dressing room. I lock the door and throw myself on the sofa.

After sitting letting my thoughts over run me, I decide I have to do something constructive.

I exit my room, ensuring the door is locked behind me, and make my way down to the dance studio. A work out with Cassie should give me some where to vent my frustration that is directed towards the two males downstairs causing me trouble.

I am pleased to see Cassie there. I didn’t know if she would be available, I was just too angry to sit in my room and brood some more.

“Rhiannon. Hello.” she says as she comes to give me a hug.

“How are you?” she asks concerned.

“I'm okay. Are you busy?” I ask her.

“Nope. No one scheduled in. You want to do some?” she asks pointing to the dance pole.

“Please, distraction is good.” I say as I place my coat on an empty chair.

“I saw the paper. What’s happening?” she asks kindly.

“It’s nothing like what they are picturing.” I respond.

“I didn’t for one minute think it was.” she says with a caring smile, “What do you want to do today?” she asks implying the pole.

“Can we have something hard?” I ask her.

“You got it. I have the perfect moves.” she says smiling a genuine smile.

“I'm going to list them off then we can start. We’re going to start with 'Hip Lock Walk Down', then, 'La Roue', 'Split Grip Chinese Rubber Aysha', 'Front Attitude To Flying Hip Lock' and 'Elbow Flag To Flag'.” she says reeling off a list of moves I have never heard.

“Okay.” I say cheery. Distraction is the best policy.

She first shows me how to do the 'Hip Lock Walk Down'. It doesn’t look easy.

I attempt it.

I start by holding on to the pole, and slowly lift myself higher. Once I think I’m high enough, I manage to angel my body, so my feet are higher than my head. I wrap my left foot around the pole, and bend my right leg.

The next bit, is the scary bit, and takes me a few moments to pluck up the courage to do it.

Taking a deep breath, I release my hands from the pole.

“That’s great Rhiannon, now stretch your arms.” Cassie encourages me.

I quickly do as she asks, so I can say I’ve done it, before I grab the pole again. That is some scary shit.

“That was fabulous Rhiannon. You ready for more?” she asks me.

“Yeah, I think so.”

“Great, now we're going to do the 'La Roue'.”

Again, Cassie shows me how it’s done before I take my place.

This one has me in a weird position.

I have both hands on the pole, quiet high up, and my legs are almost doing the splits, with my hands between my feet. I have to keep both feet on the pole, so I can feel the burn in my thighs.

Once I let go, and relax from the position, I hurt, but its a welcome feeling. Cassie proceeds to show me the rest of them.

After two hours with Cassie, Kaleb walks in the studio. He still looks pissed off.

"Rhiannon, what are you doing down here?" he asks.

"Hello Cassie." he says smiling at her.

"Mr. Braxton," she responds, "I had some free time and Rhiannon wanted to practice, I like her enthusiasm." she informs him.

"I appreciate that Cassie, but she only left hospital yesterday morning." he tells her, annoyed with me.

"Kaleb, you can't tell people that." I say narrowing my eyes to him. I guess he doesn’t understand what confidentiality means.

I look towards Cassie, "It was nothing too bad. Manly dehydration and to watch for concussion. I'm okay to work." I tell her, hoping she won’t send me packing.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know. Rhiannon concussion is serious, as is dehydration. You really shouldn't have done this today." she says sadly like she should have known I was capable of work.

"Let me ask you something, and please don't think I'm being a bitch because I'm not. Before Kaleb came in, did you notice anything different, or did I not do as well as I usually do?" I ask aiming to get my point across.

"Well honestly, no." she responds looking towards Kaleb.

"There we go. You didn't know no different till Kaleb said. I am capable of working." I say with a smug smile, as if to say 'fuck off, I can do what I want'.

"Rhiannon that isn't the point." Kaleb says annoyed, letting me know I’m missing an important fact.

"If you had no intentions in letting me work, why bring me to work?" I ask as I sit in the chair where my coat is resting.

"You wanted to come to work. I didn't want to leave you on your own."

"I'm fine Kaleb. I'm going back to my room anyway. Thank you Cassie." I say as I turn and smile at her.

"You're welcome Rhiannon." she responds as I leave the room.

"Rhiannon wait," Kaleb says as he runs after me.

"Kaleb you're over reacting. I'm fine to work. Where's Jase?" I ask him.

He doesn't like that question but he answers it.

"In his room. Why?" he asks.

"I'm going to speak to him. Do you need me for anything?" I ask, "work related," I add as he goes to speak.

He wisely closes his mouth, and shakes his head.

"Okay. If you need me, you know where to find me," I say as I walk away from him.

“You're not allowed in his room.” he reminds me.

“For fuck sake Kaleb, I’m not going to hump his brain dry. Relax, I just want to talk to him.” I don’t wait for an answer before I leave him stood there.

Kaleb is jealous of me going to see Jase, its written all over his face.
