“I sure was hoping to hear that again.” Relief flashed in his eyes as he closed the distance and kissed her. One kiss. Carnal, sweet, hot, hopeful.

She caught a flash of movement from her peripheral vision. “Umm, Cameron.”

“Yeah?”

The speaker next to the car crackled to life. “There’s a movie playing on the screen.”

He kissed down her neck. “Mmm-hmm.
The Wedding Planner
. You wanna watch it or make out?”

What kind of question was that? “Did you bring popcorn?”

He drew back. “Seriously?”

Allie just smiled and scooted over his lap into the passenger seat.

Cameron slid behind the wheel, cranked BB and shifted into drive. Allie leaned over to give him a quick peck on the lips, but he grabbed her shoulders and deepened it to a hot slide of lips and tongue. The kiss was so consuming Allie felt the ground moving beneath her.

Oh, crud, that wasn’t the kiss. They really were moving. She broke the kiss. “Cameron, BB’s rolling.”

Before he could react, they rolled right into another speaker.

He studied BB’s front-end through the windshield. “You know I’m blaming this on you, right?”

And the heck of it was, everyone would believe him too. “That’s just wrong.”

He grinned and put BB in reverse. “Princess, I never claimed to be a prince.”
