In the back of his mind, Kyr had expected her to be even sweeter and more adorable but instead, his pretty little blowfish turned into a pocketful of gloom and grumpiness. Sometimes, it was endearing, like the time he had come out of his early morning shower and nearly had a heart attack at finding her waiting for him right outside his door, frowning up at him.

“What is it?” he had demanded.

“You’re sneaking out to meet another girl, aren’t you?” she had said darkly.

It was rare for him to feel like laughing, but Kyr almost did at that moment, the question too random to be taken seriously. But then when he looked into her blue eyes and saw that she was fighting back tears, he had wordlessly carried her back to their bed and she had given him her blowfish look when he had started to pull the covers over them.

“What are you doing?” she had finally blurted out.

“Proving to you that you’re the only woman I want in my life,” he had said simply and then made tender, exquisitely slow love to her.

Of course, there were also times pregnancy could make her exasperating.

Like yesterday,
Kyr recalled.

Leaving his office at the resort to join Pollyanna for lunch, he had found his young wife waiting for him in the dining room, seated at the head of the table.

He had stopped dead in his tracks, unable to stop one eyebrow from lifting.

To her credit, she hadn’t even pretended ignorance. But her voice had been petulant and defensive when she told him, “I like your chair. It’s bigger.”

For one moment, he had debated telling her that the chair was part of a
set,
which meant all the chairs were the same in every way. He had dismissed the thought the next moment though, instead taking his seat on his wife’s right. When servants had come in to serve the first course, Kyr had simply ignored the way everyone did double takes at their unusual seating arrangement.

Not worth the argument,
he had thought with a mental shrug.

But then, there were also times pregnancy made Kyr want to shake some sense into Pollyanna.

Like now.

They stared at each other from across the bedroom, Kyr standing at the doorway because his wife had just told him he was
barred
from coming in.

“Pollyanna, would you be sensible?” he muttered. He was tired, dammit. It was one in the morning, and he had just come home after nineteen long hours at the office.

Her face didn’t soften at all. “But you promised me.”

“I know,” he gritted out. “But there was an emergency at the resort, and that’s why I forgot to buy—”

A dire look settled on her face, and she cut him off gloomily, saying, “Then you don’t care for me at all.” She pointed to the door.

He was about to shout at her, but then he saw the way tears were welling up in her eyes. With a stifled curse, he swung away and stalked off.

Knowing it would take too much time to rouse someone to take care of the errand for him, Kyr got behind the wheel of his sports car and drove off. Twenty minutes later, and he was heading back to the bedroom, and in his hands was a paper bag of
flavored fries,
deep-fried by Pollyanna’s favorite local food cart owner.

In Teleios, food carts located along the boardwalk were open round the clock, but even if they hadn’t been, he knew he would have gone knocking on the owner’s front door if he had to. The thought had him gnashing, a part of Kyr intensely disliking the way Pollyanna had him doing like tricks like a toy dog. His home employed a full-time Cordon Bleu chef, his kitchen had a massive variety of food in the pantry, and it had to be
this
she was craving.

And he had gone and bought her for it!

After a brief knock, he opened the door and found his wife standing next to the windows.
She had seen him then
, he thought.

“Your order, madam,” Kyr said, adding sarcastically, “Anything else you’d like?”

She shook her head.

He started to take a step inside the room.

Pollyanna said, “I don’t want it anymore.”

Kyr froze.

“I want the avocado ice cream from Maggie’s,” his wife declared, naming yet another local food cart found only in Teleios’ famed boardwalk. “And you can’t come in until you get that for me.”

Kyr exploded, “Why, you ungrateful little—”

Her face paled, and he saw Pollyanna cover her tummy with both hands, as if not wanting their unborn children to hear him.

Ah, dammit.

He broke off, closed his eyes, and counted until ten. His temper was still far from spent, but Kyr managed to keep his voice level as he took out his phone and called one of his bodyguards.

Eyes boring through his wife’s, he told the man to buy all the flavors of ice cream from Maggie’s.

“All of it, sir?”

Having no trouble hearing the bodyguard’s loud and incredulous response, Pollyanna couldn’t stop herself from flushing. Orion’s tone seemed to question his boss’ sanity, and hearing it was like having a bucket of cold water thrown at her.

Oh. Dear. Lord.

What was happening to her?

“Yes, all of it,” she heard her husband say, and his extremely dry voice made Pollyanna cringe.

“And while you’re there, see if you can find a sports good store, too.”

Pollyanna blinked.
Had she asked for that, too?

“Yes, drop by if you can. I seemed to have lost my balls right now, so I need to buy myself a pair.”

Pollyanna released a mortified moan. Dear Lord, what was it with this pregnancy that made her demand the most insane things from Kyr? And the way she had been treating him in front of his staff? She was lucky he hadn’t killed her yet.

When her husband reached out to lift her up in his arms, she didn’t hesitate. Throwing her arms around him, she said with a sniff, “I’m sorry for being such a B-word.”

He suppressed a smile. “You know you’re old enough to say the, err, B-word, don’t you?”

“I know,” she said, still sniffing. “But I don’t want them to hear me say things like that.” Hugging him more tightly, she said morosely, “You’re going to divorce me before the twins come out.”

He laughed as he laid her gently on the bed. “Probably.” Ignoring her hurt look, he began to dispense his wife of her nightgown, saying musingly, “Pregnancy’s supposed to make women nicer and sweeter, but with you…” He looked down at her wonderingly. “It’s turned you into a monstrous little termagant.”

“I don’t know what the last word means, and I think it’s unfair you speak better English than I do when you’re Greek, but whatever it is, it sounds horribly untrue.”

He was already grinning even before she finished speaking, and his hands hadn’t stopped moving that by the time she ended to draw an indignant breath, she was already naked, and he was down to his briefs.

But then that sexy piece of black silk disappeared, too, and Pollyanna became dry-mouthed. She forgot about being hurt and mad, and all she could think of was,
How did I get so lucky?

Kyrillos Gazis was so, so beautiful.

He was chiseled to perfection everywhere. Those sculpted cheekbones, those magnificently broad shoulders, his washboard abs, and oh dear Lord, that cock of his—

She had never had a chance to watch any porn, but she had a feeling if she did, her Greek husband could more than compete in terms of length and size and—

“Done staring?”

She realized belatedly he had been watching her stare at him, and she couldn’t stop herself from turning red.

Still smirking, he lowered himself to her, and his eyes capturing hers, he reached down and traced her folds. She trembled violently, her lips parting in need.

“You want me,” he murmured in husky satisfaction.

She gave him a small nod.

“How much?” When her eyes only widened, he lifted his hand, taunting, “I won’t touch you if you don’t say it.”

She squeezed her eyes shut. “So much.”

“You know how I want you to say it.” He started stroking her folds again.

Oh.

The pleasure was so exquisite, she knew she would die if it stopped. So she forced herself to say, “I n-need your cock inside of me.” Her face burst into flames as the words came out.

Even though they were several months married now and he had gotten her pregnant, Pollyanna was still having a hard time saying anything graphic.

Kyr knew this, and he found it incredibly arousing.

Lowering his head, he whispered to her ear, “I’m going to take revenge for every unmanly thing you’ve forced me to do.”

And because this was Kyrillos Gazis, he was good as his word, and it was the most unbearably pleasurable punishment.

Cupping her breasts, she offered them to him with trembling hands, saying pleadingly, “They’re s-swollen with need for you. Please suck on my nipples.”

And so he would make love to her like she wanted, she had to grasp his cock and guide it inside her while begging, “Please take me.”

The full length of his cock finally slid in, and she whimpered at the feel of it.

“And where do you want me to come?” Kyr purred.

“Inside of me,” Pollyanna moaned. She wanted him so much, she was willing to say anything, no matter how embarrassing. “I want to feel your h-hot c-cum inside of me. I want it filling me, so much that it w-would spill—”

Fuck.
The image she created was too fucking hot, and his plan backfired in an instant, Kyr losing his control. Tightening his hold on her hips, he drove into her hard. He had wanted to be tender, but she made it impossible, and now there was no possibility of that. His eyes closing, he pounded into her, and her cries only spurred him on.

They reached their climax together, Pollyanna arching against him, and Kyr shuddering over her as he spilled all of his cum into her. And it was exactly how she wanted, his cum flowing down her inner thighs when it became too much for her pussy to handle.

Wrapping her arms around his neck, she whispered sleepily, “I love you, Kyr.” He didn’t answer, but his soft kiss on her head was more than enough.

Chapter Four

When Pollyanna gave birth to the twins, both of them were awed. Neither of them had been the type to dream of having kids, Pollyanna because she had still been young and Kyr because he had used to associate the idea of marriage with Ana.

But the arrival of Dio and Ella changed them, in good ways, but also in ways neither of them expected.

Kyr started coming home earlier than usual, eager to spend more time with his wife and babies. It was his favorite part of the day, coming home and hearing the familiar sounds of his family. At first, it had just been Pollyanna, humming a nursery song as the twins fell asleep in their cots or reading them bedtime stories, switching between English and Greek. When the twins grew to several months old, the routine started to change as well, and more often than not, Kyr would come home hearing Pollyanna making the twins gurgle in laughter or the twins babbling nonsense.

One day, over breakfast, Ella and Dio started speaking baby talk to him, which left Kyr raising a quizzical brow even as a grin tugged at his lips.

Seeing the look on her husband’s face, Pollyanna interpreted, “They said,
Kalimera
.”

“Really?” he drawled.

The twins babbled some more.

“They also said you should talk to them, too,” Pollyanna added solemnly. She expected Kyr to tease her for being childish but to her surprise, her usually serious husband only gave her a long, thoughtful look.

“Umm…” She started to feel uneasy without knowing why.

And then Kyr turned back to the twins and said, “Xfingchergriwz.”

Oh.

Laughter threatened to bubble out of her as Kyr, the billionaire famous for his ruthlessly pragmatic style of doing business, continued speaking nonsense to Dio and Ella. Seconds passed, and she could no longer stop herself from laughing.
