“Just relax, let yourself enjoy it,” Luther breathed, taking a hand off his hip and placing it on his back to push him a little more forward so he could get all the way inside of him.  Andy felt a mix of intense pleasure and pain as Luther pulled his asscheeks further apart and began slowly fucking him in long, deep strokes.  Their moans were lost to the darkness of the forest around them.

“It feels like you are ripped me into,” Andy panted.

“Do you want me to stop?” Luther replied, reaching up and grabbing a handful of his hair.  He pulled his head back and drove his cock deep inside him rather than easing up any.

“Don’t you dare,” Andy responded with a grunt.

It was all Luther needed to hear.  He could feel the heavy veins in Luther’s thick cock rippling inside of him.  His strokes grew more aggressive until Andy was screaming with pleasure and begging him to spread him open even wider.  He felt crazy with desire, loving how great this felt.  Luther let go of his hair, instead reaching around him to take his cock in his hand.  Andy had been so aroused by what he was feeling with Luther’s cock buried deep inside him that he had not even realized how hard he was again.  Luther began pumping his cock with hand as he continued to slam his ass, harder and faster.

“Yes, fuck me, Luther.  Fuck me harder.  Ram your big hard cock inside me faster,” Andy screeched.

Luther acknowledged his request by pumping into him just as asked, seeming to enjoy how loud he was crying out and begging for more.  He could feel himself being stretched, broken in and if felt wonderful.  Their bodies rocked back and forth as Andy pushed back, meeting his thrusts with increasing vigor.

“I’m coming.  Yes.  Gahhhhh,” Luther exclaimed, slamming fully into him.  Andy felt the warmth of his cum as it exploded inside of him, filling him with a hot, sticky load.  His whole body shook as he realized that he was coming too.  He explodes against Luther’s hand, spraying his juices all over the tower wall in front of him.

The two of them stayed there for a while, Luther leaning against his back, still buried deep in his ass.  After a few moments, he slipped free of him and leaned on a nearby wall.  Andy admired his new lover’s cum covered cock and hard body in what was left of the light from the glow sticks.  Reaching into his bag, he pulled out a small pack of tissues and wiped himself clean as Luther looked on quietly.  Afterwards, he walked over and cleaned him off with another, leaning forward to kiss him heatedly as he did so.

“That was the most amazing sexual experience of my life,” Andy told him as he pulled away.

“I thought it was pretty fantastic myself, Luther said a little breathlessly.

The men slipped back into their thermals for warmth and slipped under the emergency blankets on their cots.  The temperature was dropping fast and they were going to need to maintain what warmth they could.  Andy would have liked to have curled up with him the rest of the night, but their cots were too small and it was warmer against the side walls than it would be if they pushed them together.  The thought of another session with him sounded amazing, but they had an early morning and hopefully, there would be other times.

The following morning, they got up at daybreak, dressed and got their gear together.  Andy felt a little out of sorts that Luther didn’t mention anything about the night before and didn’t really show any affection toward him.  Perhaps it was just a one-night stand.  He wasn’t going to be clingy about it.  Instead, he grabbed their bag of trash and headed down the ladder to drop it in the closed bin for the rangers to pick up on their runs.  Luther met him at the bottom and they hit the trail.

“Listen, Andy.  I don’t want to make too much of last night.  It just happened.  I know you are new at this and probably just want to explore right now or maybe it was a one-time thing for you,” Luther said, seeming a little awkward.

“It’s cool, Luther.  I understand,’ Andy said a little glumly.

“What’s cool?’ Luther said, looking over at him as they walked down the mountainside.

“That you weren’t looking for some long term thing.  It is just what it is and nothing more,” Andy replied.

“Then you don’t understand at all,” Luther replied.

“What don’t I understand?” Andy replied curiously.

“That . . .,” Luther began to say, but his words were cut off as he suddenly stopped and began listening to a sound nearby.  Andy looked in the direction of the noise, as well.  A small four pod came into view with two guys from their squad.

“Hey, man!” one of them greeted Luther as he saw him first.  “We got the all clear from here down.  Cap sent us up to save the two of you from having to hike out.”

“Fantastic,” Luther replied.

Andy climbed into one side of the vehicle while Luther climbed in beside him.  He was careful not to look at him for fear that something would show on his face to the others.  Instead, he looked out at the trees as they passed on the way down the mountain.  When they arrived at the bottom, they helped load the four pod onto a trailer they were pulling behind their truck and then headed to the one that had been brought around for them to return to the station.  Once again, both of them were silent for a bit.

“What I wanted to say earlier,” Luther finally began, “is that I really enjoyed last night with you.  I know I have a reputation for being a bit of a wild child and I guess I am in some things, but my love life isn’t one of them.  I’d really like to spend more time with you if you would be interested in that.”

“Really?  Sure.  Yes.  I would love that,” Andy said, feeling much less awkward now.  He found that he was happy to explore the possibilities with Luther further.

“Just one thing, and I probably don’t need to tell you this, but I am very much on the down low.  I am not ashamed of being gay, but there are a lot of guys at the station that wouldn’t deal with it well and I don’t want to deal with their homophobia.  I’d appreciate it if we just kept this between us,” Luther said.

“I don’t have a problem at all with that,” Andy replied.  “I hardly want to tell the masses when I haven’t quite sorted it out myself.”

“Good enough.  Now, how about we go toss our gear in the station, grab some breakfast and then go sleep at my place the rest of the day.  It is going to be a long shift tomorrow with no more sleep than either of us have gotten since our last full shift,” Luther said.

“I think that sounds perfect,” Andy told him, smiling happily to himself.  He was surprised when Luther’s hand slipped across the seat toward his, covering it as they made their way back to the station.

An hour later, they were showering together at Luther’s place, once again enjoying each other’s bodies.  Andy slipped inside of Luther under the hot, steamy water and fucked him slowly as he held onto the metal bars on one side of the glass enclosure.  He was so tight and hot inside.  This was the intensity he had always been missing with women.  Everything was beginning to make sense to him now and he was so glad that Luther had been perceptive enough to pick up on what he needed.

After a long rousing session of lovemaking, they dried off and slipped between the sheets of Luther’s bed, kissing and cuddling for a while before drifting off to sleep on separate sides of the bed.  They slept for a while and then got up for some lunch, eating grilled cheese sandwiches and soup in front of the television.  The two of them talked quite a bit about growing up in different places and how they had ended up as firemen.  Luther told him how hard it had been when he had first realized that he wasn’t really attracted to girls in high school.

“Everyone around me was hormonal and talking about how they would like to get to first base with this one and that one and I just didn’t see it.  I went along with them so I didn’t seem different, but I knew I was.  They were looking at bikini clad models and I was sneaking into my mother’s room and stealing her Playboy Magazine.  I played a lot of sports and knew no one would want me in their locker room if I was honest about it, so I dated girls and played the part,” he said.

“I know what you mean.  Not only have I hidden it, but I’ve denied it.  I was so afraid to just allow myself to make that decision to see if what I was feeling was right.  You certainly showed me that it was and I appreciate that.  You know, not just for the sex part of it, but for the liberation,” Andy laughed.

“My pleasure,” Luther said with a huge smile.

“Not all of it,” Andy replied playfully.

“I still cover up the fact that I don’t date with wild behavior.  It is like a distraction.  People just assume they never see me with women because I’m a bad boy and undateable.  They assume that I’m banging chicks all over town and am just discrete about who they are.  I hear rumors that I don’t like to get attached and am just sneaking around with lonely housewives.  I just let them talk.  It masks what is really going on,” he replied.

“Don’t you get tired of having to hide who you are?” Andy asked.

“Sometimes, but mostly I am pretty private anyway.  I wouldn’t be talking about my love life if I wasn’t gay, so no reason to discuss it when I am,” he replied.

“Makes sense,” Andy told him.

“Come on.  I’m ready for more of you,” Luther told him.

They spent the rest of the evening back in bed, enjoying one another in every possible way.  Eventually, they watched a movie and drifted back off to sleep again.  When Andy woke up feeling confused as Luther’s alarm sounded by the bed.  It seemed like they had just laid down and it was already time to get up.  He should feel tired, but he didn’t.  Instead, he felt better than he had ever felt in his life.

“I’m going to head to my place to get some clean clothes and I’ll see you at the station,” he told Luther, kissing him on the lips before climbing out of bed.  It should seem awkward to be waking up with a man after all the years of being with females, but it didn’t.  It seemed perfectly natural.  Everything felt just perfect.

A couple hours later he walked into the station house and sat down across the table from some of the guys.  He didn’t see Luther anywhere, but didn’t want to make a point of seeking him out.  Already, he knew that it was going to be hard working together and not giving anything away.  Instead, he just sat listening to some of the guys talking about the fires from yesterday and waiting to see if he turned up soon.  Instead, he heard the sound of the alarms going off.  Everyone jumped up and ran toward the truck, grabbing their gear and slipping it on as they climbed aboard.

Andy looked down from where he stood on the side to see Luther climb behind the wheel and start the lights and sirens.  Getting the go signal from the captain, he rolled out, heading back up toward the mountain where they had spent an amazing night together already.  Several trucks from neighboring houses pulled up along with them as everyone began making their way toward the huge blaze that had reignited and was spreading rapidly through the wooded side of the mountain toward a cluster of mountainside homes.

“Water buckets are on the way from the air, but we are going to have to try to slow it down as much as we can on the ground before it hits those homes.  Evacuation is already in progress.  Get to it!” yelled one of the district chief who was out seeing over the combined efforts.

Andy turned and made his way up through a clearing in an attempt to get ahead of the fire and lay down some suppression trenching.  He was halfway up the side when he realized he was along.  Was he the only one working this area?  Deciding they just hadn’t gotten up as quickly as he had, he got busy trying do what he could to get things under control.  The smoke was blinding around him, making it hard to determine which way the fire was going and exactly where he was within it.  It seemed to be getting hotter, thicker, closer . . . despite his efforts.

Looking around, he realized that he was still alone and that the fire around him seemed to be coming from all directions.  His radio crackled on his belt and he snatched it off to answer.

“McCall, where are you?” one of the guys shouted from the other end.

“I’m up on the east pass putting down suppression,” Andy called back.

“East pass?  Shit.  Get out of there man.  It’s circling back up there.  You’re going to get boxed in.  Get out now!” came the reply from what sounded like Simpson, one of the other Burning Bears.

“Check. I’m coming out,” Andy replied, clipping the radio back on.  No sooner had he responded than the began to cough.  The smoke was getting thicker and he was unmasked.  He reached back and slipped on his respirator as he attempted to make his way back out of the area he had found his way into.  Panic began to set in as he realized he couldn’t see which way to go and it was getting extremely hot around him.  He could now see flames on all sides of him except one, so he headed in that direction.

He hadn’t gone far when he began to see flames approaching him from that area, as well.  He felt like he was going to melt in his uniform from the heat around him.  He had made a rookie mistake and gone in the wrong direction and alone.  There was no one out here to help him.  Reaching for his radio, he pushed the button and called out for assistance.

“McCall, where are you?” he heard Luther reply.

“Jackson, I’m stuck up her on the east pass.  I’m surrounded by flames and can’t find a way out.  I need a clearing,” he called out, trying not to sound as frightened as he felt.  He was supposed to be a highly trained firefighter and here he was, about to die from a stupid mistake.  Trying to keep a clear head, he stood looking helplessly around the wall of flames quickly closing in on him.
