She resignedly sighed and snapped the book shut.  There was no way she was going to get any mo
re studying done tonight while distracted by the promise of what and who waited for her when she got home.  She stood up and started to gather her things from the study table.  Her initial response was annoyance that she hadn’t completed her self-imposed deadline, but that soon melted away to be replaced with a smile.  She was going home to Reagan, and that wasn’t a tragedy at all.
