Then she started to pump, roll and twist his shaft
. When she nearly reached the tip she closed her hand tight around the tip and he pressed hard into her hand. She moaned when she felt and saw his juices slipping from the slit in the blunt tip.  She slowly circled her finger over the tip, spreading his juices all over the tip.

“Alexandra …”

“Please don’t tell me you’re ready to beg, Baby.  I am enjoying this too much!”

“I can’t take much more of this, Angel.”

“Hmm … try, Baby, just a little longer.”

He clenched his teeth and leaned his head back against the tiles, trying to fill his mind with anything but the sensations she was creating with her sensual ministrations.
He lasted another minute and knew he was on the verge of climaxing.

Alexandra was still trying to overcome her amazement that Paul’s shaft swelled even bigger
and grew harder in front of her eyes, when he grabbed her around her waist and pressed her against the wall of the shower. He was inside her with her legs draped over his arms before she could blink. He pulled back and plunged hard and all the way back into her, covering her mouth as he did. Capturing her scream with his mouth. He knew he was too rough, but could not hold back the urgent need she had created with her hands.

He started to plunge in and out furiously, slamming her back against the wall with each thrust forward.  She clutched his arms and tightened her knees around his arms, thrashing against him.  He growled long and deep into her mouth when he felt her climax.  She clamped around him so hard he felt as if she was squeezing his life from him.  He sped up and grunted when his climax followed hers soon after and his release shot against her womb with heated intensity. He took her helpless scream and tightening of inner muscles around his throbbing shaft.

He softened his mouth and he kissed her deeply, tenderly.  He lowered her legs to the floor of the shower and withdrew from her.  She immediately crumbled to the floor.

“Angel!  Good God!  Did I hurt you?”

She looked up at him with guarded eyes as he went down on his haunches next to her, the water cascading down his back.  She smiled weakly and reached out to caress his cheek.

“No, Honey. You just took me by surprise and my legs collapsed because I … am still …”

“Oh, Angel!  Why did you not tell me!”

He sat down on the floor with his back against the tiles and pulled her on his lap.  Turning her and opening her legs so that the spray of the shower hit her on her clit and outer lips.  She mewled hoarsely and her hips jerked.  His arms folder around her hips and he pushed two fingers inside her pulsing channel.  With his other hand he lazily drew slow circles around her clit and the
n rubbed it up and down.  Alexandra cried out and started to thrash against his hand when the climax intensified and desperately clamped around his fingers inside her. He pumped his hand in and out and made sure he hit her G-spot every time he plunged back in.  He pulled her earlobe in his mouth and sucked sensually.

“Come Angel.  Let go completely.  Squirt for me … I want to
feel … yes!  Oh, yes Angel!  More … keep going … more!”

She screamed and tried to move away from his hands, but he held her tight and kept rubbing and plunging.  Alexandra cried and begged the intensity of the squirting climax absolutely ripping her apart.  When she cried and looked at him with
pleading tearful eyes, he relented and stopped.  Slowly caressing her until all the tremors inside her subsided, leaving only a heated lull inside her trembling channel.  He stood up and gently washed her with his hands.  He turned the shower off and quickly dried them both.  He picked her up and carried her to the bed, his mouth devouring hers all the way there.

Chapter Sixteen

“Ouch!  Stop that Alexandra! Enough!”

She kept hitting him on his chest with her fists until Paul rolled out of the bed, scowling at her from beside the bed.
He rubbed his chest.

“I much prefer you waking me up with kisses, Angel.  What the devil is the matter with you?”

“I’ll never forgive you!  How am I going to look them in the eye this morning?”

“For making love with you last night?”

“You made me scream, Shuttle!

Paul laughed with real mirth.

“Angel … they are on the opposite side of the house, and besides this room …”

“You know as well as I do sound travel
s further at night!”

She got up from the bed and stalked him.  He held his hand out in front of him and laughed harder as she aimed another fist at him.  He jumped out of the way.

“It is not funny Paul!  It’s my parents, for goodness sake!”

He swallowed his mirth realizing she was really upset.  He caught the next fist aimed at him and yanked her against him and kissed her hard on the lips.

“This room was built to be soundproof, my love and we were in the bathroom. They won’t even hear me laughing at this moment if they stood by the stairs.

She stopped struggling and glared at him.

“Are you sure?  You are not just making up a story to shut me up?”

“I promise you, I am telling the truth.  Now, unless you are ready for a quickie, I suggest you get dressed before I grab you and ravish you.”

She pulled away from him and dropped her dressing gown from her shoulders.  Her naked beauty   took his breath away.  She threw her arms wide and smiled sassily.

“I am quite ready for a quickie, Honey and by the looks of it, so are you.
Eeekkk!”

She screeched when he grabbed her and threw her on the bed.  She laughed joyfully when he growled when she spread her thighs.  Then her breath caught in her lungs when he plunged into her depths.

It was nearly another hour before they went downstairs.  Alexandra’s parents were in the kitchen and Rosa was assisting Ellie with breakfast.  Alexandra’s face flushed when they walked in and her parents looked up.  Paul wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her closer.

“Something smells wonderful.”

“Hm, it is Rosa’s blueberry muffins.  I promise you, there is nothing better with breakfast.”

“Did you sleep well?”

“The best we’ve slept in a long while.  Must be the clean air out here in the open.”

Paul’s cell phone rang and he excused himself.  It was Slade.

“Cuz, it’s time.”

“Mandy?”

“Yes and I am going out of my mind.  She has been in labor since ten last night.  I can’t stand it anymore.  I don’t know how she stands the pain!”

“Do you want me to come over?”

“Would you, Cuz?”

“Of course.  I’ll be there shortly.”

He walked into the kitchen shaking his head. He smiled at Alexandra.

“It’s Mandy.”

“She’s in labor?”

“For the past nine hours.  Slade is going out of his mind, can’t take
her being in so much pain.  He needs my support.”

Wayne smiled at Rosa.  “Let me tell you one thing Paul.  There is nothing that humbles a man as much as watching his wife go through a difficult birth. Why do you think we only had
Alexa?”

“Yes, even though I wanted more children he refused.  I was in labor for nearly eighteen hours.  Wayne went for a vasectomy immediately.

“Men of today are such softies.
Us women are much stronger than you give us credit for.  Most women forget the pain as soon as the baby is out.”  Ellie was a stall water for female rights.

Paul recognized the look in Alexandra’s eyes and smiled tenderly, drawing her close for a soft kiss.

“I assume you want to go with, my love?”

“Can I?”

He chuckled and looked at her parents.

“Go and don’t worry about us.  We have the rental and we’ll go exploring after breakfast.  Eat first and take some muffins with.”

They arrived at the private clinic and found Slade stomping back and forth in front of the delivery room.  His hair stood upright, proof of the difficult night they just had.  Alexandra hugged him and handed him the coffee they bought for him at the coffee shop.

“These are my Mom’s muffins.  I am sure you
must be hungry.

“The last thing I can think of is food.  What if something is wrong,
Cuz?  What if something happens to Mandy?  I have never seen anyone in so much pain.  Oh Lord!”

He dragged his hand through his hair when Mandy’s faint scream echoed through the closed doors.  He swung around and stormed back to the delivery room.  Alexandra looked at Paul and frowned at how pale he appeared.

“Honey, what’s the matter?”

“I’ve never seen
Slade in this condition.  Goodness, nothing scares that man.  Nothing!  He looks absolutely terrified!  Is it really that bad, Angel?”

Alexandra smiled at him tenderly and wrapped her arms around his waist.  He pulled her closer and locked his hands behind her back. His chin resting on her head.

“You have brought how many fillies in the world, honey.  It’s not that much different.  Not all births are that difficult though.  Some women have very quick and easy births.”

“We’re never having kids.”

Alexandra stopped breathing, but her heart beat so hard and fast in her chest it sounded deafening to her own ears. She pulled a deep breath wondering if he even realized or knew what he just said.  Slade came walking through the doors again, even paler than before.

“Mandy asked for you, Alexa.  I think she’s had it with my little boy attitude.”

“Drink that coffee and eat those muffins.  You’ll feel better thereafter.”

She went through the sterilization process and walked up to the bed where Mandy was lying on the delivery bed.  Very pale and tired.  She was drenched with sweat.  She smiled weakly and held her hand out to Alexandra.  She took it into hers and walked closer.

“I’m so glad you are here.  Slade is not coping with this very well. To be honest with you, Alexa, I am worried.  Something does not feel right.  The specialist keeps telling me all is well, but they keep taking a monitor of the baby’s heartbeat.  Please check and tell me honestly if all is well!”

“Mandy, I am an Equine expert, not humans!”

“Please!  I trust you!  I have already spoken to the specialist and he says it is fine with him.  I need to know!  I don’t know if I can take much more of this!  Oohh … aarrggghh!”

She clamped
Alexandra’s hand so hard she let out a shout as well.  Slade stormed through the door.

“Darling?  Another contraction?”

“Hmm … oohh … yes.

She took his hand in hers and smiled at him, her eyes hazy and Alexandra fe
lt the worry in her heart.  Mandy was a strong woman and she would know if something was wrong.

“Did the Specialist not suggest a caesarian yet?”

“I really wanted to give birth naturally.  He said we’ll give it another hour and then decide.  Will you please help us, Alexa?”

“Are you sure?  I’m not qualified for …”

“Yes, we’re sure!  I’ll listen to what you say.  I trust you.  Please!”

“Very well.”

She went to the nurse and after a quick chat went through all the results while the nurse confirmed with the Specialist in the delivery room next door.  Once confirmed she assisted Alexandra to put on surgical gloves and she went to the bottom end of the delivery bed.

She sat on the l
owered chair and did a brief but detailed examination.  She frowned and sat back with a frown between her eyes.  She did a further examination of Mandy’s belly and looked at her with concern.

“Mandy, I know you want a natural birth, but your baby’s heart rate is extremely weak. He seems to be turning away from the birthing
channel and into a breeching position.  The Specialist noticed it ten minutes ago and he has turned even further since. The amniotic fluid level is extremely low and I have a suspicion that he is squashing the umbilical cord. It could result in him not receiving enough oxygen. I would suggest they do a caesarian immediately.”

“Oh thank God.  Darling, please!”

Mandy nodded and smiled at Alexandra.

“Thank you. At least you gave me more information than what I’ve received so far!   Nurse, please inform the Specialist.  Alexa, would you assist, please?”

She nodded and the Specialist did not have a problem with her there.  They prepared Mandy quickly and efficiently and within thirty minutes the whole procedure was over.  Alexandra smiled as she handed the still bloody baby to his parents.  Mandy beamed and Slade cried openly.

Alexandra thought back to the first time she laid eyes on him and how she thought no one would dare oppose him.  It always amazed her how a tiny little baby could bring the biggest of man to his knees.

“You should rest now, Mandy.  Your body needs to recover.  And please, next time … don’t wait this long to make a call!”

She nodded
and handed the baby to the nurse to clean him.  They finished with the stitches and immediately took Mandy to her room.  Alexandra and Slade went out to the passage where Paul paced worriedly.

“What happened?”

“All is fine, thanks to this wonderful woman by your side.  Thank you Alexa.  We will be forever in your debt.”

“Nons
ense.  The Specialist would have told you the same thing on his next examination.  I would have preferred he made the call earlier though, then Mandy would not have gone through so much.”

“So both Mandy and little Paul is fine?”

“Yes, Cuz.  He is so beautiful!  The most beautiful baby ever born.  Of course, he looks just like me!”

They all laughed and went home with Slade so he could clean up and change before he went back to the hospital.

Paul was exceptionally quiet all the way back to the Ranch.  Alexandra could not help but wonder if it was because he realized what he said at the hospital and now regretted uttering the words.

Alexandra’s parents left on Friday and she was sad to see them go. At least they talked to her, which was more than could be said for Paul.  Since they returned from the hospital, he seemed to have withdrawn from her completely.  He did not make love to her anymore, even though he held her close at night.

She went directly to the lab in the stables to finalize the test of the last of the defective chromosomes.  Once that was done, her work here at the Ranch would be completed.  They would only be able to develop the antibodies at ADC.

She worked
the whole morning and by one in the afternoon all the tests were completed.  She sighed heavily.  Up until their trip to the hospital she was positive he wanted her to remain with him at the Ranch.  Now it felt as if he could not wait for her to be gone.

She walked out of the
stable listlessly and her steps quickened with a curse when she noticed the Mercedes Sports car parked in front of the house.  She found them in Paul’s study.  He was sitting against the desk with his legs spread wide and Gloria stood in between them, flush against his body.  His hands were molded around her hips and this time he was holding her in place, not pushing her away.  Gloria’s arms were wrapped around his neck and she rubbed her breasts against his chest.  The kiss they shared was intimate and Alexandra’s heart splintered apart.  Her gasp broke them apart.  Paul kept his hands on her hips and lifted his eyes to her slowly.  They were expressionless and the message was clear.  He did not want her anymore and using the one women he knew she could not stand to see in his arms could not have conveyed the message any clearer.

She spun around and ran to the open coral.  She screamed Samsonite’s name and Paul cursed.  He pushed a complaining Gloria away and rushed after her.

Alexandra ignored his furious shout and jumped on Samsonite’s back and kicked him to immediate full gallop.  She tightened her knees and grabbed more of his mane, preparing for the jump over the coral fence and Samsonite sailed over it.

Paul screamed
at her to stop, but she did not hear anything over the thunder of the horse’s hooves and the sobs that tore through her body.  Paul has never been so frightened in his life.  She was riding that damn devil bareback!

He cursed again.  He should have preempted her reaction.  She was just too highly emotive and passionate to just scream and shout and go upstairs to pack her bags and leave. But what the hell else was he to do!  He would never be able to
give her what she needed from a marriage.  It was for her own good to end it now.  He knew her well enough to know she would have questioned any reason he gave her.  He knew she would accept it was over if she saw him caressing and kissing Gloria.  The one woman she could not stand seeing in his arms.
