Green juices. For an extra serving of powerhouse greens, try a green juice from your local health food store or juice bar. Kale, collards, and dandelion all work well, and you can add a small amount of beet, carrot, or green apple to make it sweet. Because raw, uncooked, dark greens are more difficult to digest than cooked ones, we recommend limiting green juices to once or twice a week.
