 PAULO COELHO

It’s very important to have fun. Even in the middle of something that you are doing that requires a lot of discipline, you need this fun. Fun to be alive. Life is joy. Life is to be connected with the energy of love and the energy of love has a very important component and it is fun.

It can take courage to trust your intuition and act from the heart. Even when you are called clearly to give up a secure job in order to pursue your true purpose, fortune may not exactly smile upon you at first. This may be unnerving, but remember that anxiety comes from your personality. Have faith in your heart’s desire. Stay aligned with your intention to act from your heart.

 MAYA ANGELOU

I believe the heart is the only thing we can trust.

 MARIANNE WILLIAMSON

Sometimes in life you don’t know how to make the change. But the very fact that you are committed to making it, that you are clear that it is necessary, opens up new possibilities.

 MICHAEL BECKWITH

Our spiritual growth, development, and enfoldment as a being are contingent upon learning to trust the heart and the soul.

Trusting your heart means realizing that your heart has access to a wisdom that is many times greater than your intellect. Your heart intuits what is good for you. If you really trust your heart, you will not be troubled by the voice inside your head that discourages you, worries you, or criticizes you. Cut off any questions starting with the words “but what if?” and send loving-kindness and heart energy to yourself.

 ISABEL ALLENDE

If you don’t trust the heart, what are you going to trust? I mean, that’s all you have. When I have to make a decision, I know that the reasonable thing to do is make a list of the pros and the cons of what you should do and you shouldn’t do, and what are the advantages and what are not, the disadvantages. I just close my eyes, breathe in, breathe out, and trust my intuition. The intuition is the voice of the heart that will tell me what I have to do.

Entrust every decision, whether it is life-changing or insignificant, to your heart. But be prepared to forgo instant and tangible results. You may get a quick answer to your question about what to do with your life, as I did, but you might also have to pose your question quietly several times in order to hear and understand the answer. You will receive the answer you need, if not the answer you expect. Sometimes you have to live in uncertainty for a while so the connection with your soul can take hold and mature. Hold your question in your heart, live with your question. Live the question.

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves . . . Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.

—RAINER MARIA RILKE

 PAULO COELHO

It is because your heart is open, and because you enjoy the questions, not because you have answers to these questions. From the moment that you enjoy the questions, then you have an open door to life.

Confident that your soul will ultimately have something better in store for you than your mind can ever imagine, in time you will be able to live with that uncertainty, perhaps even enjoy it. Meanwhile, as you increase your trust in your heart, you establish more frequent contact with your soul.

Being at ease with not knowing is crucial for answers to come to you.

—ECKHART TOLLE

 LINDA FRANCIS

You have to experiment. Try it for yourself. It’s so important if you want to change your life.

These experiments do not have to be big ones at first. You can start by trying out decisions about whether to accept an invitation or whether to change your route to work or home.

Trust what moves you most deeply.

—SAM KEEN

In following your heart, you do not necessarily have to give up your job or burn bridges. As soon as you begin to reorganize your life around your heart and soul, you sense a deeper meaning in many everyday situations. You have a renewed enthusiasm for life. Your heart is keen to seize every opportunity for growth and, as the power of your heart grows, you find it easier to place your implicit trust in the universe.

 GARY ZUKAV

Then the wise and compassionate universe becomes you and you become a wise and compassionate expression of that.

Trusting in your heart leads to a profound peace of mind. You never really worry again, because you know that everything is taking its intended course.

 JOE DISPENZA

It is an interesting moment, because when we slip into this place and we feel so whole, we would never want anything and that’s the moment when we make it to this place that we are at the kingdom where we can have anything. And when we finally arrive there, we no longer want it and that is when miracles begin to happen around us. And the organization of the universe begins to show up in new and unusual ways.

When you let go of fear, you are in a state of utmost connectedness and harmony with the universe. You are living your best life.
